It was late into the night, almost every person except a few were asleep. And on this night you could hear loud footsteps thundering down the sidewalk heading towards an apartment in a rush. Jeon Jungkook knew that he had screwed up big time and he was in for a long lecture with his girlfriend. He not only forgot their anniversary but also got held up with rehearsals when he knew that his girlfriend, Choi Nabi, was waiting for him at her apartment for a dinner date. He quickly climbs up 4 flight of stairs and fumbles around with the key to the apartment before finally opening it.

He enters the quiet and dark apartment and turns around in search of his girlfriend to find her fast asleep on the dining table with dinner still set out. Cursing softly he drops his bag on the Sofa before walking towards Nabi. He finds her sleeping peacefully, her head safely tucked over her crossed hands on the table. He gently tucks a stray strand of hair that had fallen on her face, behind her ears. Not wanting to wake her up he slowly lifts her up and carries her to the bed. He gently lays her down and covers her with the comforter before walking to the dining table and cleaning up after refrigerating the left overs. After freshening up a bit he walks towards the bed while removing his shirt before laying down. He pulls Nabi into his arms before drifting off to sleep.

Clanking of vessels is what wakes him up the next morning. He opens his eyes to find that he is the only one on the bed. He sleep walks into the kitchen to find Nabi cooking breakfast while wearing-only-his shirt. The sight makes him smile. He slowly walks towards her, and as though sensing him behind her Nabi turns around with a fierce glare, stopping him in his tracks.

"I know you are mad but just listen to me." Jungkook tries to cease the fire in her eyes with his words.

"Breakfast is on the table. You can eat and leave for whatever schedule is waiting for you today." Nabi says in a Monotone before turning around to walk away from the kitchen.

"Nabi-ya, I'm sorry. Just listen to me." Jungkook tries once again, following her out to find her tugging on shorts. "Nabi, Nabi-ya!! I'm sorry. Just listen to me." Jungkook says trying to reach out to her.

"Don't! Don't touch me." Nabi stops him before he can hold her. She sighs before turning around to grab her bag from the chair.

"Nabi! Choi Nabi." He calls out to her yet again but Nabi quickly grabs her bag and turns towards the main door. "What are you doing?" Jungkook asks her.

"Out!" Nabi answers not turning around to face him.

"Yah!! Nabi!" He yells making her stop and turn around to face him with a stoic face.

"I said I'm going. I'll see you afterwards." Nabi states, her voice cold and Jungkook nods, knowing well that there was no use arguing over this. Nabi turns around to walk away when she trips over her own leg and falls.

"Ow." Nabi groans and curses her clumsy self, on falling at a time like this.

"Nabi! Are you okay?" Jungkook rushes upto her.

"Don't." Nabi says and tries to get up. When on her feet again, a sharp pain shoots across her right leg, causing her to slip again but thankfully her boyfriend was there to hold her. "I'm fine. And besides aren't you late for your schedule?!" Nabi asks pushing his hands away from her before limping towards the Sofa.

Jungkook sighs before walking towards her and quickly sweeping her off her feet and into his arms. Nabi startled gasps before holding onto her boyfriend.

"Kookie!" She squeals holding onto him firmer. Jungkook doesn't answer her and instead carries her towards the bed before softly putting her down on it.

"Stay." He instructs her. Nabi scoots towards the headrest as Jungkook walks into the washroom and not even a minute later comes back into the room, medical kit in one hand. He plops down on the bed, beside her leg before slowly holding it and gently placing it on his lap. He opens the kit before pulling out a pain reliever spray. He gently sprays it on her leg and grabbing a compression bandage, gently rolls it on her leg.

"Thanks." Nabi mumbles before gently pulling her leg toward her and away from him. But Jungkooks hold on her leg grows firm, causing a slight pain as Nabi winces. Noticing this his hold on her leg loosens before he slowly leans down and presses a soft kiss on her ankle.

"Stay. With me. Forever." He whispers before looking up and straight into her eyes. "머무르다. 영원히, 나랑." He once again whispers, his eyes showing love, adoration and pure passion and Nabi nods as a small smile graces her lips. Which is returned with one of his own." I'm sorry that I was late. I can't promise it won't happen again. But I'll try my best to not repeat it." He apologizes.

"It's fine, Kookie." Nabi smiles sincerely, already having forgiven him the minute she woke up and saw him beside her, sleeping soundly. But the pain and hurt still remained until now.

"So you aren't leaving?" Jungkook asks, hope gleaming in his eyes.

"I'm here aren't I? And besides I don't think I can go anywhere with my leg like this." Nabi chuckles.

"All that matters is you are staying. Here. With me." Jungkook grins.

"Yeah." Nabi smiles softly. "I wouldn't and couldn't have possibly thought of anywhere better."

"The best place is where you and I are. Together." Jungkook nods.

Yeah and as long as they are together they would be fine.....
