Jihyo's Attitude

The group was cautiously approaching Alexandria, following Aaron’s lead. Rick and Michonne were at the front, discussing strategy, while Daryl kept an eye on their surroundings, his crossbow at the ready. The group was weary from weeks of survival, but the promise of a safe haven gave them the strength to keep going.

Then, the sound came.

A sharp, blaring car horn echoed down the road, cutting through the quiet like a knife. The group froze, immediately on edge.

“What now?” Daryl muttered, tightening his grip on his crossbow.

The horn blasted again, this time longer and louder. They all turned to see a sleek black Bugatti Chiron speeding toward them, its engine purring like a predator.

“What the hell?” Rick growled, his hand instinctively going to his gun.

As the car got closer, it didn’t slow down. Instead, the driver laid on the horn again, as if to say, Move or get hit.

“She’s not stopping!” Glenn exclaimed, grabbing Maggie’s arm to pull her to the side of the road.

The group scrambled out of the way, some muttering curses under their breath. The Bugatti came to an abrupt halt just a few feet from where they had been standing, the engine still roaring.

The driver didn’t get out. Instead, the window rolled down, and a woman’s voice called out, dripping with impatience.

“Are you all deaf or just stupid? Get out of the damn road!”

The group turned to look at the driver, stunned. The woman behind the wheel had sharp features and piercing eyes. Her hair was tied up in a messy bun, and she wore an oversized leather jacket that somehow looked expensive. She had a lollipop in her mouth, which she popped out with a loud click before continuing.

“Seriously, who just stands in the middle of the road like that? You’re lucky I didn’t run you over,” she snapped.

“Uh, who is that?” Glenn asked, still processing the situation.

Aaron sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. “That’s Song Jihyo. She’s... one of Alexandria’s residents.”

“That’s one of your people?” Michonne said, raising an eyebrow.

Aaron nodded. “Yeah. She’s... well, she can be a bit blunt.”

“Blunt?” Daryl scoffed. “She’s a damn menace.”

Jihyo, clearly hearing the comment, rolled her eyes. “You’re still standing there. Move. I don’t have all day.”

Aaron quickly motioned for the group to step aside. “It’s best not to argue with her. She’s not exactly the patient type.”

As the group moved to the side of the road, Jihyo gave a small nod of approval. “Finally. Took you long enough.”

She revved the engine, the sound echoing through the area, before speeding off toward Alexandria without another word.

The group stood there, dumbfounded.

“Is she always like that?” Rick asked, turning to Aaron.

Aaron hesitated. “Uh... yeah, pretty much. But trust me, she’s useful. You’ll see.”

“Useful or not, someone needs to teach her some manners,” Michonne said, shaking her head.

“Good luck with that,” Aaron muttered under his breath.

As the group continued toward Alexandria, the image of the rude, impatient woman in the Bugatti lingered in their minds. If this was the kind of person living in Alexandria, they weren’t sure what they were walking into.
