(im proud of this story and ik its gonna get better. this is the most effort i ever put into a story lol)

*two weeks later*

You wake up to a great wall of fluffiness. Shadow is a great cuddler, he may be a bog creature with wings, a tail, claws, horns and hooves for feet but he is very soft. Today is Friday and you don't want to go to school but you want to see Morana. You roll out of bed and get ready for the day. You decide to look in the mirror after avoiding it for years. You see a girl looking back at you with those bright gold eyes, the ones you learned to hate after all those years of kids making fun of you, pushing you over, tricking you. You look at those eyes that show you all the dark in the world. They look so innocent but they aren't. They made you cry many nights, they made you feel useless and unworthy. You look around for something sharp and you find hair scissors. You look back in to the mirror and you see the eyes in the reflection crying. How dare the reflection cry, you get mad at it, how dare it get sad when all it did was cause you pain. You hit the reflection but it doesn't budge. You keep hitting it till it cracks into little pieces and the person in the reflection disappears. You look at your hand and see blood. You just got rid of the reflection but it still caused you pain. You watch your hand as more and more red appears and the skin slowly gets covered. You walk to the room and walk over to shadow.

"My hand is red" you say as you hold it out to him. He grabs your hand and says, "and why is it red?" "Because the eyes in the mirror were crying even though they had no right so I kept hitting the mirror till they went away" you say as you watch your hand slowly go back to normal in shadows hands. "You know, you are probably the nicest person I know" he looks at you, "you were so kind to me 4 years ago, you were only 10 but you had more decency than all the others. You are a beautiful person and people are ugly. You have all this power for your kind but you're so humble and modest. Don't let those people mess with you."

You walk down the stairs and see your little cousin all dressed up for school, she looks adorable. You walk up to her, "are you excited to go to kindergarten?" "Yea" she mumbles. You hear footsteps and they stop right next to you, you look up and see Marcus. "Sofia did you take my pencils again?" She says "no" and runs away giggling, he shakes his head and follows her. It was adorable.

*Time skip to 2nd class*
You are in history and the teacher gives out a packet and tells the class to fill in the blanks with the slides. It's not that much work.
After a while class is over and now you gotta go to English class and write about videos. It's quite annoying but you do the work anyways and make sure Marcus does his work. The teacher is doing teacher things while the class watches the video.
Now it's (pick a language) class and the teacher hands out folders and explains that they're to hold the papers and things for the class.

*more time skip to lunch cuz im bad at writing boring scenes 👹*

You are walking in the hall to the stairs and so many people are moving around either going to lunch or coming back. In the middle of the crowd is someone. It wouldn't bother you but he stands out. He wears red and black, his eyes are red and they're staring right at you. He looks threatening as hell because of the face he makes but also because of the huge double scythe he is holding. It is red, black, gold and silver and almost the size of him. You have this feeling of dread because no one seems to notice him. You want to turn around or run away but you can't, you can't move. A student walks by and he disappears. You turn around terrified and look at Marcus, he looks at you the same way. "Did you se-" "yeah" at least you weren't going crazy. This might be the first time you've seen something you shouldn't have but why was he staring you down like that?

(i relized how pale he looked after i drew him lol yall can imagine him however yall want but he's some vampire and i wanted to give him horns 😭)

"How did he get in here"you ask. "remember people can't see them" Marcus says. "well then why was he staring me down?" "I don't know." "I don't wanna be here anymore" you say as you look at the doors. "But how do we leave?" "I don't know, lets just leave." You walk down the stairs and the person at the front desk asks "where are you two going?" You say "home." "Is it safe for you to leave? should I call your mom?" "No, she's busy, I know how to get there." "alright if you say so, just be careful." You and Marcus walk out of the building. "Now what?" he asked. "I don't know, lets just start walking." "Where though??" You point to the direction of the house and start walking that way. There are so many people outside, it isn't raining right now so it's actually not that bad out. Some villagers are talking to each other and some are just working, some are looking at you.

After a while of walking you get tired. "I thought the house would be closer" you tell Marcus but he looks annoyed. "Now we are just in the middle of a random road surrounded by plains and you don't know how far your own house is" he keeps walking up the road so you follow him, you have no other choice. The road is starting to look familiar. Soon you see the driveway. "we're here!!!" you say as you run to the doors, or as others would say, run into them. "oWw" you back up and watch as the doors open. You see your dad on the other side. "why aren't you at school?" "because there was this person staring me down but he wasn't a person and he had this huge scythe thing." "are you making this up??" "I'm not, even Marcus saw the non-person person." Your dad looks past you to Marcus who is walking up the stairs to the door. "What did you see?" "This tall person was wearing all red and black with dark red eyes and he had this sword thing that was almost as big as him and he was staring at y/n with this dark evil face and we couldn't move, it was quite terrifying" he walks past your dad into the house. "well if you say so but you are going to school tomorrow. He walks away and you walk into the house. Shadow just appears next to you out of nowhere. It scared you. "I told you to stop that!!" "Why stop such fun?" you roll your eyes and walk to the kitchen. He strolls along with you. You get food out of the fridge and put it on the table. "You know, I know who you were describing~" he says in a leading voice, you turn around and look at him. "His name is Azvameth." He looks at you, you look at him, he looks at you, you look at him. "Well do ya know anything else about him??" "He's twisted, that's all I know." "Well why was he staring me down." "I have no idea." He leans on the counter and looks at the ceiling. You look up and see a little animal on a one of the beams. It has little wings and a tail like a lizard. You can't see all of it because it's high up. "What is that?" You ask as you lean side ways to try and see it more. "A baby dragon" he says as he climbs a chair to grab it. "Dragons are real?!?!" "Yea but don't be loud or she'll leave" he hands you the dragon. It looks like the baby dragon from Harry Potter but blue white and gold.
