Unstable State of Mind

Hoseok sat back in his office chair, leisurely staring at the person across from him, his hands intertwined in front of his face as he stared into the dark and frightened eyes of a dimpled blond. "Let me get this straight," he addressed, leaning forward and placing his elbows on the desk while his chin rested on the back of his intertwined hands. "You failed, right," he asked, a scowl on his face as he stared at the person across from him. It wasn't Taehyung, so it wasn't anyone he wanted to deal with at fucking all as his frown carved deeper into his handsome face. He sighed slowly, closing his eyes, only to open them in an intense and piercing glare. "Am I correct? That you were unable to obtain a simple ingredient," he asked, quickly and fiercely rising to his feet. "Is that fucking right, Namjoon," he yelled, throwing everything off his desk as he stared daggers into Namjoon's very soul.

Namjoon trembled uncontrollably as Hoseok's eyes blazed with a passionate hatred for him, cutting him to the very core of his manhood and leaving him unable to stay dominate in this situation. "I- I- I d- didn't kn- know it w- was that im- important," he stuttered in terror, watching as Hoseok stormed around his desk, heading straight for him.

"Is that right," he yelled once again, another person quickly running into Hoseok's office, even though it was supposed to be closed and locked. Hoseok's eyes blazed hotter as he watched the man kneel in front of Namjoon, hugging his head to his chest. "Please! Hoseok, it was my fault," the man cried, trying to protect the one he loved from being utterly annihilated by Hoseok's rage.

Hoseok shoved the man aside, harshly, staring him down as he stood over him. He didn't even hear the third person enter his office in an attempt to stop him until he saw Taehyung's face come into view. "Jin, are you alright," he asked, staring up at Hoseok, his hand up defensively for Hoseok not to hurt Jin.

Hoseok stopped in his tracks, his entire demeanor changing as he stepped back. He would never do anything to actually hurt Taehyung, although his punishments may be harsh, he'd never treat him the same way he treated anybody else. "T-Taehyung. What are you doing here," he asked, meeting Taehyung's concerned honey brown eyes.

"I brought something for you. But what's going on here," he asked, helping Jin to his feet. Jin gripped Taehyung's hands, his own trembling in Taehyung's grip as he quickly ushered Jin out of the room for his own protection. He glanced over at Namjoon, really unconcerned for him, but knowing Jin loved him.

He sighed softly, turning his attention back towards Hoseok. "Whatever it is, why not let them go with a warning this time," he asked, holding his hands out to Hoseok. "I'll make it worth your time," he stated as Hoseok raised an eyebrow in interest.

He flicked his hand towards Namjoon, a small cut appearing across his cheek, blood slowly trickling from the cut as Namjoon stared at Hoseok in utter terror. "Cross me again, and not even Taehyung could save you. Are we clear?"

Namjoon nodded frantically before darting out of the room, Taehyung stepping over to close the door behind them.

Hoseok retracted his switchblade back into the holster before he leaned against his desk, arms propped behind him as he stared at Taehyung. "What do you have for me," he asked, casting his eyes over Taehyung's body hungrily.

Taehyung felt the utter sense that he was the one in danger now as he opened up his suit jacket and pulled out a small bag with a bunch of tiny, miniscule crystals and small sheets of almost translucent paper. "Finished before I promised, okay," he stated, tossing the bag onto the desk next to Hoseok.

Hoseok glanced over at it for a moment, only slightly impressed, but refusing to show it to Taehyung. He glared back towards Taehyung, scoffing loudly. "You think I'm impressed by simple acts? Better try a little harder, boy."

Taehyung grit his teeth, clenching his jaw as he noticed Hoseok staring at his jawline. He quickly unclenched his jaw, aware Hoseok had noticed already. "Did you just clench your jaw," he asked, smirking. "You have something to say? Are you going to be a big man and say something to me? I bet you won't even do anything," he quipped, shoving Taehyung heavily in his chest.

Taehyung did nothing more because the gleam in Hoseok's eye wasn't very reassuring to his safety and he was right. Even without provoking Hoseok further, he didn't have time to react before Hoseok made his next move. A sharp pain splintered its way up his leg, his knee buckling under the severe stike to the back of it. He dropped to his knees, holding the back of his leg and glancing up at Hoseok who now held a small, metal pipe in his hand that rested casually on his shoulder. "Square up to me again and see what happens," he stated, grabbing a fistful of Taehyung's hair and yanking his head back harshly.

Taehyung's eyes met Hoseok's and they stared at each other for several moments before Taehyung barely nodded. "Yes, sir."

Hoseok smiled wickedly as he harshly shoved Taehyung's head away from him, propping himself back up against his desk. "Your next batch should be done in three weeks. No more than that," he stated, eyeing Taehyung.

Taehyung's mouth fell open as he stared at Hoseok. "But! The last one was four weeks and I needed an extension then! How--"

He was cut short as Hoseok's dark glare cut him to his very core and shut him up. Hoseok pushed himself away from his desk, pointing the lead pipe into Taehyung's chest, his eyes dark with murderous intent. "Three weeks or I come for your head. Are we clear?" Taehyung was silent for a moment, trying to figure out if Hoseok was being hateful and just saying that or if he really meant it.

Taehyung nodded, realizing that Hoseok was not playing or just saying that to be an asshole. He meant every word of it and he shuttered under Hoseok's intense gaze. "Yes. Three weeks. I'll have it ready for you."

Hoseok smiled, crouching down in front of Taehyung. "Good. Now get out."

Hoseok rose to his feet before Taehyung could even stand on his own two feet, his injured leg screaming out in defeaning pain. Taehyung knew that no man was ever going to stand above Hoseok. He was always the one looking down on others, never the other way around.

Taehyung gripped his leg, slowly limping towards Hoseok's office door, before Hoseok roughly grabbed his arm and whipped him around. "On second thought," he stated, shoving Taehyung into one of the chairs and pinning his wrists. "Open your mouth," he demanded, staring darkly into Taehyung's eyes.

Taehyung's leg ached even more as he sat there, staring up into Hoseok's dangerous eyes. He slowly but surely obeyed, opening his mouth as he was told. Hoseok shoved one of his own sheet of drugs that he'd made into his mouth and covered his mouth and nose, forcing it to stay in his mouth and dissolve on his tongue.

Taehyung may have made drugs to make his living, but he never once partook in doing drugs himself. He stared at Hoseok, who still had his hand over his mouth. Hoseok smirked before leaning down and pressing his forehead to Taehyung's. "I hope you enjoy the trip," he stated, moving his hands back to his wrists as he pressed his lips onto Taehyung's.

Taehyung felt numb, not sure of how to react as his body began to feel light and airy. His body acting on its own as he turned his head, a look, unknown by him of disgust on his face. Breaking the kiss wasn't something Hoseok expected him to do as he stared him down, still pinning Taehyung's wrists. His grip growing tighter at the look on Taehyung's face. "Why do you defy me," he asked rather calmly, his grip tightening around Taehyung's wrists.

Taehyung's head felt heavy on his own shoulders as Hoseok turned Taehyung's head back towards him. "I drugged you, so that I'd have any easy time getting you into my bed. But you still seem to fight me. Every. Step. Of. The. Way," he stated, his voice lowering with each word, the last a growl. He harshly grabbed Taehyung's hair once again, yanking him from the chair and throwing him to the ground on his hands and knees. "Daddy feels a little needy and you're going to deny him," he asked, shoving Taehyung's head further towards the ground.

He placed the heel of his shoe on the back of Taehyung's head and shoved his face into the ground, forcing him into a groveling position. "Beg for it! Say you want me," he screamed, shoving his foot harder onto Taehyung's head.

Hoseok could hear someone on the other side of the door, jiggling the locked door handle and banging on the door. He could hear the cries of Soekjin, begging him not to hurt Taehyung as he glared towards the door. "It's none of your concern," he yelled in the direction of the door, turning his attention back towards Taehyung.

He removed his foot from Taehyung's head when Taehyung refused to beg him. But Taehyung didn't know what he was supposed to be begging for. Was he supposed to beg him to be fucked or veg him for mercy on his deadline? He wasn't sure, but when he was yanked from the ground by his hair, he would find out.

Before Taehyung could ask what Hoseok wanted him to beg for, he was shoved against an unforgiving and hard wall. His head bounced off of it slightly as Hoseok held him by the lapels of his suit and lifted him off the ground slightly. Taehyung had never been more frightened in his life and he couldn't hide his facial expression too well, now that his own drug was fucking with his brain.

Hoseok slapped him hard across the face, his face distorted by the violent rage that surged within his body as he pulled Taehyung closer to him. "You want to give me a look of disgust again? Go right the fuck ahead," he shouted, smacking Taehyung again. He continued to hit and smack Taehyung in his face, busting his lip, scratching him and blacking his eye. He shook Taehyung violently, throwing Taehyung harshly to the floor before kicking him.

"You have been daddy's favorite since the day he saw you and YOU of all people wabt to look at ME woth disgust," he yelled, getting right in Taehyung's face. Taehyung barely met Hoseok's eyes, covering his face as Hoseok kicked him again, this time square in his chest. He gasped, sputtering and coughing to catch his breath as Hoseok swung the lead pipe down on him a few times.

Before he could deliver a crushing blow to Taehyung's rib cage, Hoseok's wrist was grabbed harshly and yanked behind him in an attempt to keep him from killing the younger. Hoseok fought his own men as hard as he could, his mind in another place as he violently swung the lead pipe around. Seokjin taking it from his hand and staring into Hoseok's eyes. "Hoseok," he stated, soothingly. "Calm down."

Seokjin bent down beside a curled up Taehyung, placing his hand gently upon his shoulder. "Taehyung! Are you okay," he asked, turning him onto his back slightly. Taehyung opened his eyes with a soft groan to Seokjin's relief as he helped Taehyung into a sitting position.

Seokjin glanced over at Hoseok, who was still breathing heavily. Taehyung glanced over his shoulder at Hoseok, his head still swimming from being drugged. He grabbed tightly onto Seokjin's arm, still terrified of the look in Hoseok's eyes as he slowly and hesitantly tried to stand. Only to have Seokjin hold onto him to help him to his feet, noticing he was having trouble getting up. "Taehyung? Are you sure you're okay?"

Taehyung was just glad that Hoseok had been stopped, Jin's men still holding Hoseok back no matter how much he struggled. He knew Jin had his own men to defend him, but no one had ever seen them. Taehyung limped slightly in Seokjin's grip, Jin holding him close to him to help him balance himself a bit better. Taehyung rested his head on Jin's shoulder, his leg not able to support his own weight as Jin held most of Taehyung's weight up for him. He gently gave Taehyung's head a pat, Namjoon watching from the door as Seokjin babied Taehyung.

Seokjin wrapped Taehyung's arm around his neck, helping Taehyung to walk out of Hoseok's office. Namjoon didn't like it as he watched, but the look in Hoseok's eye was far more terrifying than anyone else could stand. "Watch your back," he declared, glaring daggers into Seokjin's back. His voice dark and brooding as Seokjin's men kept him restrained long enough for them to leave the building.

Jin felt Taehyung flinch when they heard the sound of gun shots echoing through the silence. Jin closing his eyes for the men he knew he'd lost as he tapped his driver. "Quickly. Let's get out of here," he stated, the driver doing as he was told and quickly getting them out of there.

Namjoon sat silently across from Jin and Taehyung, his hands in his lap as he stared at the ground. He knew Jin treasured each and everyone of his men, and was sure his heart was breaking for the two he'd left behind. He glanced up momentarily, the sight before him angering him enough for him to turn his eyes away once again. He couldn't stand that Jin was resting his head in Taehyung's neck, hiding his face from him. Namjoon especially didn't like that his head was buried in his enemies neck, his shoulders shaking with silent sobs as Taehyung gently ran his fingers through Seokjin's dark hair, playing with his hair.

He knew Jin babied every one of the dealers that came to him for chemicals, but he'd never seen it before. He certainly didn't care to see it now. Although, he kept his mouth shut as they drove Taehyung to his home in silence.

Upon arriving at his front gate, Taehyung quickly opened the car door, feeling the intense atmosphere surrounding him and suffocating him. Jin moved quickly, grabbing his arm. "Do you need help getting to your front door," he asked softly, wanting to ensure Taehyung's safety.

Taehyung shook his head, slowly standing to his feet. "I'll be fine on my own, I promise," he stated, shutting the door behind him and limping towards his front gate. He quickly opened the gate and slowly made his way towards his house.

Jin carefully watched as the door closed behind Taehyung, turning his attention back towards Namjoon. Although, he could tell that he certainly wasn't pleased either as he tapped his driver once more.

Taehyung limped into the foyer of his home, nobody there to greet him since his fight woth Jimin the other day. He silently cursed himself for letting his emotions get the best of him that night as he collapsed onto the ground. His hands catching him before he fell face first into the unforgiving marble tile. He heard a small noise as he looked up to see Yoongi's head peeking around the kitchen corner.

He inhaled heavily before forcing himself back up onto his feet, his leg desperately wanting to give out on him as he limped towards the kitchen. It took him several minutes to reach the kitchen as he reached for one of the kitchen chairs, plopping down in it. "What are you doing," he asked, resting his head in his hands.

Yoongi turned towards him with a plate of pancakes, a small smile on his lips. "Breakfast. I noticed the other day... that physically... You aren't doing too well. And I think you could eat a little more," he stated softly, placing the plate in front of Taehyung.

Taehyung chuckled softly, nodding as he ate one of the pancakes but not really eating much more than that. Which only worried Yoongi more. He glanced down at Taehyung's leg, noticing he was holding it as he stepped closer to him. "What happened there," he asked, pointing towards Taehyung's extended leg.

Taehyung pulled his leg closer to him, wincing in pain as he shook his head. "Nothing for you to worry about," he stated, trying to force a smile of reassurance. Yoongi sighed softly, his eyes landing on the garden through the back door.

Taehyung looked back, noticing the longing in Yoongi's eyes to be out there. He sighed softly, his mother's garden always being his oasis. He turned his attention back towards Yoongi with a soft smile. "If you want... I can take you back there to pick some flowers," he offered, slowly and hesitantly standing to his feet. Pain shooting up his leg as he forced himself to act as if he wasn't hurt, smiling as he gently guided Yoongi in front of him.

He leaned over Yoongi to open the door to the elaborate garden that still gleaned with the pride of his mother's hard work. Yoongi's eyes lit up as he ran out onto the veranda, leaves of ivy hanging from the top and encircling the entire trim of the veranda. Taehyung smiled at the gasps that escaped Yoongi's lips, watching as he ran out into the colorful and bright garden. He limped out onto the veranda, standing on the edge as Yoongi ran to every colorful flower in excitement.

Taehyung couldn't do much with his leg hurting as much as it did, but he was glad that Yoongi was enjoying his mother's garden. The garden that he continued to care for now that his mother was no longer with him. He would always have a little piece of her with him as long as this garden thrived with life.

He slowly limped out into the garden, some of his old memories flooding back as he stared at the bench in the middle of the garden. He gently touched his neck before turning his attention to a bright eyed Yoongi picking some of the vibrant red roses. "Please don't pick too many of those," he stated, pointing towards the roses. "Those were planted in memory of my parents," he stated softly, staring down at the ground now.

Yoongi glanced at the vibrant roses and how many there were in this patch as he stared down at the bunch he had gathered in his hands. Tears touched Yoongi's eyes as he glanced back at Taehyung, sudden fear rushing through him. "I'm so sorry," he whispered, quivering in fear at what Taehyung would do now.

Taehyung reached out and pulled Yoongi's head into his chest, gently patting his head to soothe him. "Shhh, it's okay," he cooed, still patting Yoongi's head. "There's no need to be afraid. You didn't do anything wrong," he stated, noticing Yoongi's arms wrapping around his waist. Yoongi hid his face in Taehyung's chest, noticing how comfortable he felt with Taehyung's arms wrapped firmly around him.

He could feel Taehyung gently playing with his hair as he glanced up at Taehyung with big, watery eyes. He leaned up slightly, tilting his head to press his lips to Taehyung's, gently gripping the taller male's shirt. Taehyung breaks the kiss to stare down at Yoongi with a small smile. "Pick however many flowers you want, just not the roses, okay?"

Yoongi nodded softly, gently pecking Taehyung's lips once again before skipping off to go pick more flowers. Taehyung laughed softly as he glanced around the garden with a soft smile. His mother would be hapoy to know that someone else loved her garden as much as Jimin and himself.

Taehyung slowly sat down on the bench, watching an excited Yoongi happily pick flowers. He leaned back, extending his leg once again to relieve some of his pain. He sighed softly, turning his head towards the house as he thought about the argument between Jimin and himself. Jimin hasn't spoken to him since and he knew the other was pissed off at him.

He sighed softly once again, staring at the ground before glancing back up at the house. Noticing Jimin staring at him through the window. He waved slightly, only for Jimin to turn away and walk away from the door. Taehyung looked down once again, missing the worried glance Jimin cast over his shoulder. Both hated when they fought, but neither one liked to apologize first.

Taehyung looked up and forced a smile when Yoongi skipped over and plopped down in his lap. "Um, Tae tae," he asked cutely, Taehyung smiling at the nickname. "Can I sleep with you from now on," he asked, staring cutely at Taehyung as he wiggled in his lap slightly.

Taehyung moaned softly, stilling Yoongi's hips. "Don't move like that in my lap. You do things to me," he admitted, unabashed as he chuckled. "But if you really want to sleep with me, I won't mind," he stated, kissing Yoongi's nose. Yoongi smiled brightly, shoving the flowers that he'd picked in Taehyung's face.

"Look at the pretty flowers that I picked, Tae tae," he exclaimed, turning to straddle Taehyung's waist. He wrapped his arms around Taehyung's neck, bouncing excitedly in Taehyung's lap. The other moaned softly once again, biting his lip as Yoongi pulled away from him. "Carry me," he asked, turning in Taehyung's lap once again.

Taehyung groaned softly at all the movement in his lap as he rose very slowly to his feet, holding Yoongi up. Pain coursed through his leg as he limped back towards the house, carrying Yoongi bridal style towards the kitchen. Although, he didn't stop there. He kept limping until he got the two of them into his room, gently plopping Yoongi down on his plush bed.

"Are you sure you're going to want to sleep in my bed with me? I tend to wake up pretty early and I may or may not want attention from time to time," he stated, laughing softly. Yoongi stared up at him, grabbing Taehyung by the back of his neck as he yanked Taehyung on top of him. Taehyung's waist rested between Yoongi's legs as Yoongi kissed Taehyung heatedly. "If you want attention, wake me up with you. I'll give you all my attention," he offered, kissing Taehyung once again as he grinded his hips against Taehyung's.

Taehyung broke the kiss to look down at Yoongi with lust filled eyes. "Are you trying to start something now," he asked, biting his lip at the growing frustration Yoongi created. Yoongi giggled, placing the flowers around him on the bed as he pressed his hips against Taehyung's once more. "Mm, daddy," he whispered, biting his lip now. And that was more than enough to make Taehyung take Yoongi once more.

Jin narrowed his eyes at Namjoon's jealousy, unable to see why he was so upset about his interactions with Taehyung earlier. "I was just being a good friend. He doesnt have any parents, Joonie," he stated, glancing over his shoulder.

He walked up the stairs to his front door, Namjoon following behind him as he searched for his keys. While not being able to find them, he reached for the potted plant where he hides his spare key. He tilted his head confused when it wasn't there and reached for his doorknob. He turned it and to his surprise the door opened, even though he was sure he locked his front door.

He glanced at Namjoon as he pushed his front door open, both of them hesitantly walking inside. Namjoon drew his gun, walking beside Jin as they searched his house for an intruder.

A light in the main room caught Jin and Namjoon's attention as they slowly drew closer. The sight that met Jin as he opened the main parlor door, stopped both Jin and Namjoon in their tracks. Hoseok sat in Jin's chair, his legs crossed and his hands folded in front of his face, blocking his mouth.

"You," he snapped darkly, his voice almost unrecognizable as he quickly stood and briskly walked towards Jin. Before Jin or Namjoon could even react, he placed the barrel of his gun between Jin's eyes, a dangerous and murderous gleam in his eyes.
