Adora's POV

"Well yeah, she wants me to-"

"Adora, think for yourself. What do you want to do?"

"The mall," I admitted, smiling at the thought. I frowned remembering the rage on her face from the pie shop.

"But Catra would get mad. A-At the shop..." My voice trailed off as my hands started trembling. 

"But Adora, this is what you want to do," Bow added & I sighed.

"If I tell her no, s-she would get mad. She's scary when she's mad." I said playing with my fingers. Glimmer & Bow put their hands on mine.

"Adora you have to say no," Bow said.

"If she tries anything we'll be there." Glimmer said making me smile.

"Ok... ok, we are going to the mall tomorrow!" I cheered & they cheered with me.

"Quiet down Mara!"

"Sorry, Razz!" I waved before she left. We continued to watch the movie until we fell asleep.

I woke up & immediately went downstairs.

"Morning!"

"Morning Bow, you made pancakes!?"

"Yep, here." He handed me a plate before going back to whatever else he was making.

"Thanks!"

"No problem!"

"Hey Bow!"

"Morning Glimmer!" We said in unison. Bow handed her a buttered bagel with eggs, cheese & bacon on it. We ate before showering & changing clothes.

"Mall time!" Glimmer cheered & I chuckled. My phone buzzed but I put it on do not disturb.

"K, let's go!" We got into Glimmer's car before driving off. We listened to music before arriving at the mall.

"Let's go! Clothes first!" Glimmer said.

"Ok ok!" I said getting out of the car. It's been about two hours since we arrived at the mall & we were coming back from our second trip to the car.

"You really need to stop buying so much stuff Glimmer," I said & she smiled.

"Never~!" She said running back into the mall. Bow & I laughed before closing the trunk & running after her.

"Can we get lunch?" Glimmer asked as we sat down.

"Yeah, ok!" We stood & started walking until I felt someone tap my shoulder. I turned around & forced a smile.

"H-Hey Catra," I noticed Bow & Glimmer stopped walking & came over.

"Hi, Adora. What are you doing here?" She asked with a genuine smile.

"Just hanging out with m-my friends." I managed as Bow held my hand. Catra noticed & she yanked my hand away. I pulled my hand away & she huffed.

"I was trying to be nice! Why are you here!?" She asked & I stepped back.

"I didn't want to spend time with you today."

"Why? We planned this before them! You promised me!"

"You forced her!" Glimmer argued.

"This isn't about you Sparkles!" Catra snapped before glaring at me.

"B-But you did-"

"So your siding with Glimmer? Over me!?"

"I-I just uh-" Then I ran.

"Come back- get off of me!" I ran around the mall & hid in the bathroom stall. I was hyperventilating & felt like passing out. I leaned against the door as I suddenly felt light-headed.

"Ugh, I lost her." I covered my mouth with my hands as my eyes widened.

"I just wanted to spend time with her, why can't she see that?" I felt my heart beating faster & I felt even worse than before. I felt sick but couldn't throw up so I turned around & opened the stall door before leaning against it.

Catra's POV

I turned around & my eyes widened.

"Adora!? What are- you ok?" I asked coming over. She shook her head & I took her hand.

"What's wrong?"

"Lightheaded, so light-headed." She muttered so I helped her out of the bathroom & onto the bench.

"Just relax, try not to move. Ok, babe?" I asked & she gave me a thumbs up.  

"Adora?! Are you ok?" Glimmer asked arriving with Bow.

"She feels lightheaded," I answered & he frowned.

"Well then shouldn't we leave-"

"Are you crazy? If your feeling light-headed then you should sit down!"

"Yeah, that makes sense." It was an awkward minute of silence until Adora sighed.

"I'm feeling better now," Adora mumbled sitting up straight.

"Then let's go!" Glimmer said but I held her hand.

"I need to talk to her first. She'll catch up." I said before the two walked away.

"Catra I'm sorry I didn't come over, I wasn't feeling like going out with you. I wanted to hang out with Glimmer & Bow." She said & I blushed. She said go out with me! She said go out! Oh my god yes!

"Oh uh, y-yeah that's fine. I guess tomorrow then?" I asked & she nodded. She smiled & stood up before offering me her hand. I took it & she hoisted me up.

"Bye Catra I love you!" She said blowing me a kiss. I blew one back as she ran off with her friends.

"Love you too... always."
