Adora's POV

Relationship Entry 1
Our relationship has been very well for the past few weeks... a̶t̶ ̶l̶e̶a̶s̶t̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶h̶e̶r̶. Sadly her mom said the trip will take longer & somehow Catra is happy about it. She says she gets to spend more time with me but there's something fishy about it. The only problem I've faced is standing up for myself. Catra seemed to have found a way to make me do what she wants & I hate it. She can manipulate me into ditching my friends for her & it's scaring me. Glimmer knows somethings up but Catra insists on staying near me at all times so even if Glimmer tries to talk to me about her, Catra would hear it. She started using the word babe more often than calling me Adora, it's kind of weird. One time I asked her to just call me Adora but she shook her head. Sometimes she would start uncomfortably touching me. But if I bring it up she'd shush me & tell me to enjoy it. I ask her what I'm supposed to be enjoying but she never answers. I think she's horny, is that the word? I'll find out later. If I try to avoid her she would confront me about it, something like not saying I love you back. She goes nuts! One time she stayed up all night spamming me with I love you. Then she came to school acting like nothing happened. She started by calling me princess, now she calls me baby or babe. But when she says babe I get scared, I don't know why. I'm starting to think she's half-insane only because she scares me but she'll never know that. She's been trying to read my diary a few times & won't stop. One time I tried to break up with her but she acted like she didn't hear. Then the next few days she smothered me with affection proving that she did hear me. I hate when she does that. Then another time I asked for a relationship break & I had to run so I don't get verbally attacked with her words. She so fast but luckily I play football. Then she broke into my house & made me change my mind. I WAS TERRIFIED!! IT WAS 1 IN THE MORNING!! She never let's me decide anything, its always her choice. Never mine. I think she literally depends on me. One time we were asking what if questions to each other & I asked what if I committed. Omg she freaked out even though I told her it was just a question. She said she wouldn't let anything get in the way of our relationship. I've got lunch now, I'll write later.

I closed my diary before sticking it in my backpack.

"Nice diary," I jumped before turning my head.

"Um, thanks? You didn't read any of it did you?"

"Not yet baby,"

"Um, Catra those are private thoughts."

"So it's about me?"

"Huh? No no, when I say private thoughts I just mean about my life." I said turning back around.

"Hey baby~," I turned my head & waved.

"Hey Catra," I said taking my lunch out of my backpack.

"So~ my house today?"

"Catra, I have football today. I can't skip practice."

"Just once?"

"Catra I can't, the coach would go nuts," I said closing my locker. She kissed my cheek before hugging me.

"We are in the middle of the hallway."

"Want to go somewhere more private?" She asked but I shook my head. I moved her hands off of me before making my way to the cafeteria. Then she grabbed my hand & spun me around.

"Let's eat in our secret spot."

"But Catra, I wanted to catch up with Glim-"

"No. Secret spot, come on babe." She said dragging me away. We went into the abandoned classroom before sitting down.

"I'm so thirsty," I muttered & she blushed before looking away.

"You ok?"

"Yeah yeah, it's just you said thirsty."

"Yeah? For water, darn, I forgot my water. I'll be back."

"I'll come with you-"

"I'll be fine, brb!" I said running outside. I slowed down before walking towards my locker.

"There it is," I took my water bottle out before contemplating on going to the cafe.

"Don't even think about it." A familiar voice said causing me to almost drop my water bottle.

"Catra!? I told you to stay!"

"Yeah? Well, I told myself to come & I'm glad I did."

"I just want to say hi-"

"Say hi another time!"

"I can't! My schedule is filled up because of you!" I said before putting my hand on my mouth. Her eyes widened before her expression changed & her brows furrowed.

"C-Catra I'm sorry-"

"No your not. You meant what you said because you are an honest person! How did I fill up your schedule!?" She asked before the bell rang. I ran off, getting lost in the crowd. Then I saw Glimmer.

"Hey!"

"Adora!? Oh my god its been so long since we've chatted, how are you?" She asked adjusting her bag.

"Eh, not as good as before. I was thinking maybe we can meet up at the pie shop on Saturday with Bow & have a proper hangout instead of over the phone." I said & she nodded before she pointed behind me.

"Hey," I said before she huffed.

"So your making plans with Glimmer huh?" She asked before getting closer to me.

"What did I tell you? She's a distraction & a waste of time. Besides, we have plans do we not?" She whispered & I looked down. Wait... I DON'T HAVE PLANS ON SATURDAY!! YES!!!

"Wait no we don't! I'm free Glimmer I'm free! Let's do it!" I cheered before Catra dragged me away.

"Seriously!?"

"What, I just want to hang out."

"With her? A girl?"

"Want me to ask Bow?"

"Even worse."

"Why are you talking shit about them? They're my friends!" I said & she crossed her arms.

"Not anymore babe. Not. Any. More." She snarled. 

"Why can't I have a say in this?" I asked & she looked away before holding my hand.

"I love you too," She whispered & kissed my cheek before walking away. I sighed before proceeding with football practice. After practice ended I showered before seeing Glimmer near my locker.

"Hey!"

"Oh good you're here, we need to talk." She said & I froze.
