"Coffee!" My mom shouted at the bottom of the stairs.
I however, couldn't hear her my mind was a million miles away.

"Come on Katie, today is the day it is your first day of school be exited" I said to myself.

"I said coffee's ready!"

I'm not

It was my first day at Morris Hill High and I had a bundle of nerves.

"KATHRINE ANDREA MARCIA MILTION! GET DOWN HERE AND EAT BREAKFAST!" my mom shouted.

I let out a long sigh and rolled my eyes "Coming mom!"

I rushed down the stairs to our Italian-style kitchen.

"Good morning sweetheart" my dad said from the living room, as always in his favorite chair reading the newspaper.

"Hey Katie" that's my big brother Dave. He is a senior and plays for the football team.

"Get over here and eat your breakfast or you will be late!" my mom pleaded

I quickly ate my breakfast and mom gave me a ride.

'No turning back' I thought and walked into the double doors.

The hallway was filled with people swarming like bees, they were either on the walls, at their lockers or zipping through the halls trying to get to class.

I panicked.

I was trying to get to my locker when suddenly,

'BASH'

"Ow" I said rubbing my aching head. Great. Some moron bumped into me, and now my books are all over the floor. I nervously started to pick them up.

"I am so sorry! Here let me.."The person said in a deep voice. He helped me to pick up my books.

"It's ok." I said. I looked up to see the owner of the voice.

"No honestly I'm really sor....."

Our eyes met and I could clearly see his deep mocha, almond shaped eyes. He had a awesome fade, chiseled face, full lips, light brown skin and he was tall and buff! He smiled at me and held out his hand.

"Hey I'm Kenyon"

Still in shock by his looks I took his hand.

"Katie"
