It was 10 in the morning and jungkook was ready to go to office. Not his. Taehyung's.
He would stand outside the office building, wait for the other to see him when he passes by the gate or something and then fall to his knees and beg for forgiveness and to come back home.

There have been nights he'd have night terrors,  nights where he's cried himself to sleep, nights where he's been sick, nights in college where they had to slept empty stomach.

But out of all the nights these two nights without taehyung at home are the worst nights of his life.

Home is not home without the other.

He picks up his keys, wallet and phone and quickly rushed out of the apartment.

PREVIOUS NIGHT-

Taehyung tossed and turned in the bed in an attempt to catch a little sleep. But ofcourse he couldn't. Not when this wasn't his bed,  not when he wasn't assured of Koo's presence in the next room. Ugghh

But then he remembered. The letter. When you can't sleep.

He scurried over to the nightstand where he had kept the letter and sat back up. He opened the envelope with the utmost care again and touched the handwriting once again. Oh how much he misses jungkook right now. The urge to kiss him only growing and growing as if it was locked away somewhere but the door has now opened to have it running around like a ferrari on drugs.

He shook his head and started with the letter very curious how jungkook decided to make him sleep with written words.

But the envelope not only had a letter but also a little flash drive.

This is the most important letter out of all because this is my sole purpose of existence. When you sleep, i sleep. It's just that simple.

Your struggles with sleep have made me love storms, made me love you being around 40% angry,  made me love you being a little anxious. Taehyung looked around desperately and saw Laurie's laptop and grabbed it. It's very very impolite of him as a guest but the laptop it very very needed and also very very unlocked. Yay!

Taehyung followed all the instructions and then played the audio after setting it on repeat already knowing what's on it. Their song. The one that Jungkook wrote, jungkook composed and jungkook sings now everytime they cuddle.
