My soul was forgotten long ago

You may think that I have only been there for you, but you have been there for me, so you have thought wrong.

We laugh and sing
We yearned for last spring
When I was there and times where fun.
But the distance has have made us stun.
I feel for you and nothing will change that.
This painful distance won't make it barren.
For that you always feel near and I don't have to worry us falling apart.

My soul was forgotten long ago

For that I thank you ever so.
