Wyatt Roberts is the CEO of a well-known food company in the Philippines. He already has everything, including wealth, a beautiful physical appearance, and a healthy body. But there is one thing he lacks, and that is LOVE.

When his first love betrayed him, he became a man as cold as ice, unable to praise, be affectionate, or be open with others. He never attempted to fall in love again, feeling that there was no such thing as a happy ending to a love story.

He is emotionless and has a slight aversion to his employees. He fired them right away. None of his employees tried to speak of the dissatisfaction they felt with how he treated them until a woman named Effie Cynara came in, a woman of hot blood and ice melting on hot surfaces, who was the only one who dared to speak out against his mistreatment of them.

His stone-cold heart warmed over time as Effie Cynara changed his perspective on life. Despite his hesitation out of fear of being hurt again, he gradually fell for her.
