II Multiple Characters x Reader (Enchanted) 1/???

Warning: Swearing

"TOO OLD?!"

(Y/n)'s young cousin gasped in shock, nearly dropping the book in her hands. They nodded, gently brushing the clay on the table with a paintbrush.

"That's what I said. Isn't it?" They repeated. "I'm just too old for that stuff." (C/n) huffed, puffing her cheeks slightly. She 'hmphed'.

"But how can you be too old for fairytales?!" She asked in an exaggerated tone, waving her arms. "The Princesses! The dragons!! True love?! The DRAGONS?!"

(Y/n) chuckled. "You said dragons twice." (C/n) threw her head back. "Because dragons are the best part!! Dragons are all good precious babies deep down!!"

They turned to face her, eyebrow raised. "Then why do they kidnap princesses?" (C/n) put her hands on her hips. "Because they're in love! Duh!"

(Y/n) smirked. "And when they burn down villages?" (C/n) crossed her arms, a triumphant smile on her face. "They tried to help everyone get warm! Just...badly."

She turned away, picking up her book. "It's the thought that counts, (Y/n)!" They rolled their eyes. "Sure. Let's go with that."
(C/n) sassily turned back to face them.

"You might think it's kid stuff, but fairytales are literally the coolest!"

(Y/n) shrugged, glaring at their clay figure. "Uh-huh...that's nice..." They said, zoning out. Their tiny cousin huffed, storming away.

"...I'm getting nowhere." They sighed, standing up. "I hate this stupid project." They tsked, flattening their clay. "What kind of art teacher asks us to make figures anyways?"

Storing their clay, they went to wash their hands. "Most art teachers ask us to make flat cups or bowls...not actual art!" They laughed. "I mean, they're great but..."

They sighed. "Why fairytale creatures? Why not just a regular wolf or deer?" Walking into the kitchen, (Y/n) ran their hands under water, getting all the gunk off.

"I don't even know what I should make..." They mumbled, yawning. "Guess I'll just look up something tomorrow..." Legs dragging groggily, they went to their room.

As soon as their head hit the pillow, they fell asleep.

"WAKE UP!! YOU ARE LATE!!"

(Y/n) gasped, as (C/n) slapped their stomach. "GET UP!! GET UP!!" She yelled, pushing them out of bed. (C/n) ran out, as
(Y/n) quickly got changed.

They dashed out the door, breakfast in hand. (C/n) waved them over from their Aunt's car. Dashing across the street, their Aunt and cousin started screaming.

Being so groggy, they couldn't understand what they were saying.

Then, they looked down.

Suddenly, they were falling.

"Y-Your majesty?"

A timid voice woke them. (Y/n) sat up, gasping for air. "(C/n)?!" They coughed, covering their mouth. "...Who?" The timid voice asked again, as (Y/n) flinched.

Their head whipped to the side, as they screamed, causing the mysterious person to do the same.

Well...

Object.

A living marshmallow was right beside them, wearing a weird outfit. It was like those old regal outfits, or whatever. (Y/n) wasn't up to date on medieval fashion.

She covered her mouth, staring at them in concern. "Your majesty..." She bowed her head. "Sorry if I scared you." (Y/n) quickly stood up.

"Excuse me, "Majesty"?!" They questioned, clenching their head slightly. "What do I look like, a prin-" Their hand brushed against something cold...and pointy.

Their eyes widened, and their face paled. Looking around, (Y/n) noticed a pond nearby. Rushing over to it, they stared into the water.

They were wearing a crown...or tiara?

Not only that, but a subtle pastel (f/c) (dress/tux)! They quickly pulled the metal thing off their head, tossing it on the ground with fear.

"WHAT THE FUCK?!" The marshmallow quickly picked it up. "Hey! Don't just toss that around!" She was quick to scold, before returning to her concerned demeanor.

"Your majesty, what's wrong?" (Y/n) shushed her repeatedly. "Stop. Stop. Stop." They clenched their head. "Okay...time to wake up now!"

The marshmallow put a hand on their side. "(Y/n). Seriously, what's wrong?!" She asked again, tone more firm. They looked down at her. "Okay, so you do know my name."

They knelt down. "But let me get this straight, I am not a princess, I am not a prince, I am not royalty of any kind!" They hissed, as she have them a light glare.

"Why do you think I started calling you by your first name?" She sighed. "It's clear you were freaking out...so I dropped the whole 'majesty' thing for a sec."

(Y/n) threw their head back, groaning. "Were?! I still am freaking out! Who the hell are you?!" They asked. The marshmallow facepalmed. "Amnesia...great..."

She tsked. "I am Marshmallow, a royal adviser, if you will." She stared at them, concerned. "...This really isn't a joke...?" She asked.

(Y/n)'s expression softened slightly. Even if they didn't know her...clearly she knew them. So this must have hurt, seeing her friend like this.

"No...I'm sorry..." They said, as Marshmallow sighed. "Great..." She stood up. "Follow me." She said, grabbing their hand.
(Y/n) got up, walking with her.

Marshmallow, after a while of walking, started to quietly rant. "This had to happen during the only time of the year when you need to talk to the others..."

She turned to face them. "The special festival is this month..." She explained. "Each year, every leader from every kingdom gathers to this one."

(Y/n) stared at her in confusion. "Basically, it's like one big meeting, and everyone talks about what went down since the last five years."

They nodded in understanding. Suddenly, Marshmallow stopped. She smiled, staring at something. "There it is." (Y/n) glanced ahead, but found their eyes lingering.

A huge castle was ahead, sitting at the top of a cliff. It was gorgeous, bricks seemingly glistening in the sun. It was almost as if...it were made of crystal!

"That's...where you live?" (Y/n) asked, slightly zoned out. Marshmallow stared at them. "Uh...you live there too..." (Y/n) flinched. "Right."

She sighed. "Okay, let's just get you to Test Tube." But before they continued, Marshmallow covered them with a cloak. "Don't take that off."

They walked through town, and they stared at everyone in disbelief. More objects strolled the streets, not a single sign of another human.

Were they the only one?

Once they were out of the town, Marshmallow took off their cloak. "Okay, now we should be safe." She knocked on the gates. They creaked open, and they quickly slipped through.

"Your Majesty! Welcome back!" A small apple greeted them, smiling brightly. "Is everyone in this world named after the object they are?" (Y/n) whispered to Marshmallow.

"Eh. Most, give or take a few." She whispered back. "Great to see you too... Apple...?" They said in a questioning tone, as Marshmallow facepalmed.

Apple was quick to notice, staring in shock. "Your Majesty?!" She rose her voice. "What happened while they were gone?!" Apple asked, shaking Marshmallow slightly.

Marshmallow stopped her, shaking her head slightly. "They fell, even though I told them not to climb that tree, they did." She sighed.

"So now they have amnesia..." Apple started to panic. "WHAT DO WE DO?! THEY DUE TO SEE EVERYONE IN FIVE MINUTES!!" Marshmallow gasped.

"FIVE MINUTES?!"

She turned to face them. "Okay, so we don't have time to see Test Tube, can you act like you still have your memories?" She asked them. (Y/n) nodded.

"I think...I did have a drama class last year." They mumbled. Marshmallow sighed in relief. "Okay, let's get you changed." She started to drag them towards a room.

However, (Y/n) could swear they heard a chorus of people singing as they passed a window. They figured it was normal for the place they were stuck in.

Marshmallow ushered them into a room, handing them a fresh (dress/tux). "Here! It's your official meeting attire!" They sighed, as they got changed.

After they slipped into their new clothes, they were dragged into another room. Filled with yet more sentient objects. They sighed, as Marshmallow tapped them on their side.

"Stand up straight!" She hissed quietly. Then, she smiled. "May I present their Majesty, (Y/n), ruler of Faire Springs!" Everyone clapped, as they nervously smiled.

"There are a few things we must arrange before we can begin, so feel free to socialize!" She said, before leaning towards
(Y/n).

"Don't talk to anyone, no one will suspect a thing." She whispered. "You're not exactly known for your social skills." With that, Marshmallow left.

Sighing, (Y/n) attempted to walk down the stairs. The sound of everyone talking was unbearable to them. Looking for a quiet room to slip into, they weaved through the crowd.

Eventually, they spotted an open door. Smiling, they started to rush towards it. That was, until someone grabbed their hand. They nearly fell over, but whoever grabbed their hand stopped them.

"Glad I caught you." A voice chuckled, pulling them up. They sighed, noticing a trophy in front of them. "Ah. Prince...Trophy...of...?" He was quick to finish.

"Oh! The Southern Isles!" He said, smiling in a weird way. (Y/n) didn't feel comfortable around him. "Yeah...I have to go..." They said.

"The Royal...Baker wants me to try the soufflé." Trophy gave them a confused look. "Didn't the soufflé blow up?" They nervously looked away. "Did it? I heard he fixed it."

Trophy stared at them, crossing his arms slightly as rose an eyebrow. "...he?" (Y/n) nervously chuckled. "He? I-I mean-" He laughed.

"I'm just messing with you, your Highness!" He snickered. "I've heard the stories, I know talking to people isn't your strong suit."

He smiled. "I just couldn't pass up the opportunity, you know?" Trophy dismissively waved. "Now go on, I won't tell anyone where you snuck off to."

(Y/n) looked away slightly, before walking off. The odd experience left them confused...and kinda flustered...They shook their head, before exiting the room.

Sighing in relief, (Y/n) closed the door behind them. The room was dark, but the moon shone through the window. How much time had passed?

They walked over to the window, staring at the landscape before them. It was hard to believe they weren't dreaming. The landscape looked like a painting.

Mountains towards the back, an ocean far to the side of the castle, a forest just below the mountains, and what appeared to be a city in the clouds.

It was beautiful...if unrealistic. But it was right there in front of them. For a moment, a tiny spark of joy ignited deep down. That was, until they heard something behind them.

Whipping around, they came face to face with a baseball. He flinched back slightly. "Gah!" (Y/n) quietly screamed, falling to their knees.

"You almost gave me a heart attack!" They said, sighing slightly. "Uh...Baseball of the...?" Nervously, he glanced to the side. "Oh!" He chuckled.

"Uh...I'm not one of...them..." He smiled. "Actually...Marshmallow sent m-me!" Pausing for a moment, he confidently smiled. "Yeah! Marshmallow sent me!"

(Y/n) stood up, confused. "Oh...right! Yes!" They nervously laughed, pointing finger guns at him. "Of course! Baseball from...the... food...department...?"

He quickly nodded. "Yes! T-That is me! B-Baseball from the Royal Kitchen!" He stepped behind them. "The head chef...wants... your opinion! Yeah! Urgent stuff, really."

(Y/n) gulped. Great. Hopefully it wasn't anything major. "Opinion? On what?" They asked him, as he started to nudge them slightly.

"Oh, you know...potato recipes..." Baseball said, looking around. "That door over there." He said, gently nudging them to the other side of the room.

(Y/n) tried not to slip up. "Right! Obviously!" They quietly laughed. "Where else would the Royal Kitchen be?" Baseball laughed with them.

"I mean, duh!" He chuckled, opening the door. "You know your castle better than anyone!" (Y/n) walked through it, shivering slightly.

They covered their arms with their hands. Baseball had lead them to a balcony, and it was pretty cold out. Quickly covering up their confusion, they commented.

"Ah, yes. The outdoor kitchen!" (Y/n) attempted to predict. "I do love a good grill..." They smiled, turning to face him. However, their smile fell slightly.

Baseball was staring down at them.

They backed away slightly, noticing he looked...different than earlier. He had wings, and a sharp looking tail. Wincing slightly, he frowned.

"I'm so sorry about this." He said, quickly covering their mouth. "Don't scream. Just...be quiet." Squeaking slightly, (Y/n) shivered as he grabbed the back of their clothes.

He nervously looked around. "Okay..." he spoke, voice slightly muffled. "Just gotta get out of here now." (Y/n) was in shock. They almost didn't hear the flap of his powerful wings.

Suddenly, they could hear several gasps and screams. (Y/n) felt their brain suddenly turn back on, as they began to process what happened.

Had they just been kidnapped?

(A/n): So uh-

Mini series, anyone?

I know- I'm still doing the speed date special, the ending is still being decided. Too many ideas can be difficult sometimes ;w;

So yeah, this idea kinda exploded to the point where I couldn't leave it on the sidelines-

So it'll be multipart, I'm not sure how many though.

I hope you enjoy this mini series!! c:
