Obito's POV

The doors burst open. Kakashi and I run in to save Rin. An enemy ninja appears, and I activate my new found sharingan. Me and Kakashi use our epic teamwork to kick his butt and appear next to Rin. 

"Her chakra is disturbed, genjutsu." I say.

"Release!" Kakashi says. Rin opens her eyes. I am relieved. Then the walls start to collapse. We all take off running. a boulder is going to fall on them, I can see it with my sharingan. 

"Look out!" I cry as I shove my two best friends, Rin and Kakashi out of danger. They look at the boulder behind them.

"Thanks Obi-" Rin starts to say as a look of horror crosses her face. "Oh my gosh! Obito! No! WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS?" 

"The entire right side of my body is crushed. I can't even feel it anymore." I say. That is a lie. Rin is a medical ninja who would care for my wounds and ease my suffering anytime. It hurts a lot, but I need at least two people to get out of here alive.

"Kakashi, I am the only one who didn't get you a present for becoming a jonin. I didn't know what to give you. But now I do. I'll give you.....my sharingan. Since I won't be walking out of this one, it will be of more use to you. Despite anything the village may say, you're a great jonin. Protect Rin with it, okay? And Rin......... I loved you since I first met you. You always healed my wounds, and watched over me, and helped me up when I fell. You never got angry with me. I will love you always. Seeya on the other side, you two! Now get Rin out of here, Kakashi!" I say as I try to flash my signature grin. I cough up a ton of blood.

"Why Obito? Why do you have to die so soon?" Rin asks with her lip trembling.

"Don't cry. This is a war, and this is how I dreamed to go out. I will have died protecting the love of my life and my best friend. As long as you two get out of here alive, I'll die, no problem! You two are my reason for living, and I would rather die than see you two die. Have good lives, and help all the old ladies while I'm gone, okay? Now get out of here! I don't want to die in vain, and if I do, You'll be the one I haunt, Kakashi! See you around, Rin and Kakashi." I say as I make the transplant to give my eye to Kakashi. Both of them are crying as they run outside. It'll be sad to leave them. Then I realized, I don't need to! I copied Kakashi's Lightning Blade, so I can just brake the boulder with that! I do exactly that, and limp away. In a year or so, I'll come back strong enough to protect them!
