[MAIN PLOT BY Roxy-Rox0 ]

The Being sighed and addressed the people following them. Telling the green eyed people their latest plan.

The Being glanced at Zedaph, who was rubbing his wrist but still bowing. The Being returned their attention to the majority and silently hoped Zedaph wouldn't "break" again.

It wouldn't help anyone. At least anyone on the Being's side.

Xisuma ran past an old bench that a hermit probably built when they were on a picnic with someone else, his eyes wide. He stopped to catch his breath and looked around.

Of course one of his regular walks was going this badly.

He didn't see anyone, but the possessed hermits had just been chasing him, so who knows what danger Xisuma could be in.

X decided to continue running and he ducked behind a large building. The tall walls blocking out some sun.

Xisuma slowed down as he looked around the alley, glancing up at the a bit shorter wall from a different build completing the pocket of space in between the two buildings.

Gem peaked out from a few outer placed blocks, adding detail to the building she was pressed against. She grinned to herself and her lime green eyes glinted with malice.

"Found him," she whispered to no one in particular, just knowing that the Being would hear her.

She watched as the admin walked deeper into the alley and smiled.

X's eyes widened as he heard something behind him and he quickly turned around. The light footsteps that he heard, he should have paid attention to them. Huh?

He would've noticed those green eyes sooner.

Grian opened the door to his bunker, finally leading Etho and BDubs outside after a few days of recovery.

"Okay, where to first?" Etho asked, taking the lead and walking forward, his ears twitching.

"Do we find X first?" Grian wondered aloud, his wings fluttering behind him as he looked around. "Or do we go straight for the possessed and the Entity?"

"We could do both," BDubs proposed, messing with a flower on his moss cloak. Etho glanced back at him and BDubs continued.

"Etho and I could go find the Being or a few possessed Hermit, then Grian can go find X and tell him our plan." BDubs said.

"Why me?" Grian asked.

"Because my wings are damaged and BDubs doesn't like showing his off, and you're the best flyer," Etho explained for BDubs.

Grian stopped walking and nodded, spreading his wings out. Etho stopped and turned to face him, BDubs walking to stand beside him.

"Alright then, see you soon boys," Grian flapped his colourful wings and lifted himself into the air.

BDubs waved and turned to Etho. "Okay, where to leader?"

Etho chuckled and turned back around. "To hopefully the Being."

Grian flew over trees and around buildings, in search of a specific brunette admin. But a trail of blood caught his interest instead.

Grian nervously flew down to get closer to the blood, it seemed fairly fresh, but still sort of old. Maybe left there a day ago or so.

Grian landed and folded his wings behind him, anxiously following the crimson trail. It looked like someone had either crawled along while bleeding or had been dragged.

Grian hoped it was the former, because then there was a lower chance of him finding a dead body.

Grian stared at the blood as it trailed against grass, but he looked up when shadows loomed over him and the floor changed.

Grian froze in horror, his eyes widening. He found a brunette, not the admin, but still someone very important. To Grian, at least.

"Scar?!" Grian cried rushing forward and stumbling to the floor in front of his friend.

Scar was on the floor, unconscious (dead.?) and propped up against a wall, his head bleeding heavily and tilted down, and his leg looking broken.

Grian grabbed Scar's shoulders and brought his taller friend close. He wrapped his arms around Scar and hugged him tightly.

Scar's arms were limp and didn't move to reciprocate the embrace. Grian looked at the blood stained wall behind Scar in horror, tears threatening his eyes.

  Grian rubbed Scar's back, partially for comfort, and partially in a frantic check for Scar's pulse. {PoV I  had to look ahead in Roxy's videos to make sure if I was killing Scar or not-}

Grian felt the tears fall down his face as he finally felt the tiny beat that made Scar's back move ever so slightly. Grian sighed with relief and buried his face in Scar's shoulder.

"Okay, Grian, you have to patch him up, somehow.." Grian mumbled to himself and pushed Scar against the wall again.

Grian sniffed and wiped the tears away from his eyes to clear his vision. How long had Scar been there? How close was he to death.? Grian panicked.

He didn't have any bandages on him, so Grian needed to improvise. Grian pulled off his sweater, a simple white t-shirt underneath, because it was his only spare in the bunker with the red sweater.

Grian pulled apart the thick red fabric with struggle and wrapped it tightly around Scar's head, watching as its red colour deepened slightly. Hopefully it would stop the bleeding and Grian could figure out Scar's leg.

Grian grimaced and straightened Scar's bruised leg as best as he could. Grian stood up and looked around for something he could use as a splint to keep Scar's leg straight.

Grian glanced back at Scar's battered form, desperately wishing he had healing magic, then he ran out of the alley to find a splint. He never wondered how Scar got injured, or if Scar was possessed, too worried for his safety.

Scar's head hurt, and his mind felt fuzzy. His leg was numb, and his eyes were heavy. Is this what dying feels like? Scar couldn't help but think.

But, when Scar opened his eyes he saw a dark alley. Well, his vision was blocked and slightly red tinted, but he could still see.

Scar groaned when a massive migraine hit him and his head dipped. Scar gagged when he saw his twisted and bloody leg, immediately rolling out the death option.

Scar glanced up when he heard footsteps and saw wings through the blood in his eyes. Oh, his head was bleeding. That's why it was hard for him to see.

Scar carefully tried bringing his hand up to feel his head and felt fabric. The wings froze halfway into the alley and Scar squinted to see better.

"Grian." Scar muttered, and the wings dashed forward.

Grian tilted Scar's head back up, making Scar wince as pain followed. Grian mumbled a sorry and kept his arm under Scar's chin to keep his head up.

Grian leaned down and used his other arm to touch Scar's leg, he looked up. "Does it hurt?"

  "Not really.." Scar mumbled.

Grian hummed in concern. "Keep your head up, I'd rather you keep blood flow regular and not complicate your insides by moving around so much."

Scar felt Grian remove his arm and did as he was told, keeping his head up. He tilted it slightly so he could see Grian properly though. He noticed Grian wearing a t-shirt.

"Your sweater.." Scar started, but Grian cut him off.

"On your head," Grian pulled out a red sleeve that was stuffed in his pocket and used it to tie something to Scar's leg. "Don't focus on talking, focus on staying awake, Scar. Please."

Scar nodded, then instantly regretted it when pain followed and his vision blurred. Grian wiped some blood away from Scar's eyes then wrapped his arms around him.

Scar hummed and Grian carefully tried to lift Scar up, using his wings to help him.

Eventually Grian got Scar upright and sighed, Scar leaning heavily on the shorter Hermit for support. "Yeah, it hurts now Gri," Scar laughed softly.

"Come on, Scar, let's get you out of here."

Pearl gasped and hissed in pain when she caught the sword with her hand, which, in hindsight, was probably a bad idea. But she was able to throw the weapon away from her opponent.

Of course, that didn't stop the ginger in front of her, if anything it just made Gem madder. Gem grinned and punched Pearl.

"Oof," Pearl grunted and glared at Gem, then instantly felt bad for doing so.

Gem took this as an opportunity to punch again, but this time Pearl was prepared, and she put her hands up to block it.

Pearl felt an after shock still, and she stumbled backwards a bit. She hit something, and felt hands on her head.

Then Pearl's vision flashed green and faded away until it was green tinted black.

Gem tucked some hair behind her ear and smiled again as part of Pearl's wings faded and turned green, proud of her contribution.

"Scar, careful!" Grian whisper yelled at the panicking brunette dangling from his arms.

Doc walked below them, just barely out of earshot. Grian's wings were flapping quickly to keep both him and Scar in the air, but it was just getting more and more difficult.

"Grian, can't you land somewhere?" Scar asked nervously, his head starting to get more light headed from the elevation.

"Uh, I can try..!" Grian looked back to the ground and saw Doc no where in sight.

He swooped down slowly towards a large tree, lifting Scar up as best he could so that he can land safely with Scar's broken leg.

Grian hugged Scar close and landed softly, his wings flapping quickly to brace the tiny fall properly. Scar smiled and gave Grian a thumbs up to reassure him that he was alright now.

Grian smiled back. When he looked at Scar though he saw a flash of orange and red and yellow, his eyes widened and Grian put his wings up and around Scar to protect him.

Pain exploded in Grian's wings and he gasped from the pain. Scar looked bewildered and Grian un furled his wings, shoving Scar away and into a bush by the tree he landed by.

Grian heard Scar hiss in pain and silently hoped that he was all right. Grian looked at his wing and panicked when he realised that it was on fire.

"Doc," Grian said when he saw the creeper hybrid grin at him, his hand out and ready to fire off another explosion.

Grian let his wings hang behind him and brought his hands up protectively, and which was a really bad idea, honestly.

Grian cried out in pain and fell to his knees, he looked up at Doc and clutched his hand close to his chest, cradling it.

"Doc, stop it," Grian pleaded, tears forming in his eyes as the fire on his wings spread and started to burn the skin under the feathers.

But Doc didn't, well, he couldn't stop.

"Please!" Grian yelled, another explosion making his ears ring as pain exploded on his already blistering skin.

Ren's ears perked up when a blonde walked into the room he was in.

"Ren! Cub is searching for you," False told him.

"Do you know why? Does he need help?" Ren asked and tilted his head.

"He didn't say," False shrugged and smiled, then left Ren alone with the new information.

Ren grabbed his sunglasses and stood up, putting them on. He exited the little room and messed with the golden fluff connected to his King cloak.

"False, wait up!" Ren said and ran after her to find Cub.

"Oh, there you are Ren," Cub said, he had been asking Stress the same thing he asked False.

"Yup," Ren said.

"Firstly, where did you put that book I let you borrow? Ans secondly, do you know where X is?" Cub asked Ren.

"Uh, I put the book in the sleeping area of the lab, and I haven't seen X." Ren said and his ears twitched.

"Hm.. I haven't seen him in a while, I hope he's alright," Cub mumbled.

Stress' eyebrows furrowed in concern and False spoke. "Do you think he's alright?"

"I sure hope so, luv," Stress said anxiously, moving a bit closer to False.

"He can take care of himself, so don't worry too much. If he's not back in the next half hour or so with no word we'll go look for him," Cub said.

Ren nodded and his tail swayed a bit uneasily.

"Hopefully he'll show up safe and sound on his own."

"Uh, hey Mumbo." Etho said quietly.

Etho carefully walked closer to the moustached hermit in front of him. Mumbo hasn't attacked yet, just glared and raised an eyebrow.

BDubs teleported behind Mumbo and grabbed his wrists before he could do anything with them free. Etho quickly got closer, grabbing Mumbo's shoulders to help restrain him.

Mumbo's green eyes immediately blazed with anger. "Let me go!" He shouted angrily, probably annoyed at being restrained again so soon.

Etho winced at the sudden noise. BDubs gave him a sympathetic look. It honestly hurt to see all of these Hermits suddenly flip around because of this possession situation.

Sudden violence, easy anger, and cold attitudes, ignorance. None of them were like that. Mumbo was a pacifist most of the time!

And now look at him.

"Sorry, Mumbo," Etho replied quietly, earning a glare from piercing green eyes.

BDubs used magic on Mumbo and his eyes glazed over. It was a spell that Listeners used to annoy Watchers usually, like blindness.

"Let's find a place to put him for now," BDubs said and Mumbo growled in anger, still confused as to why he couldn't see.

Etho nodded and glanced at Mumbo.

Xisuma defended himself when Iskall charged and stumbled back.

"Iskall?! Were you following me this whole time?" Xisuma mumbled the last part to himself.

He grunted when Iskall swung a sword at him and he had to use his armour as protection before he could grab out his own weapon to defend with.

Iskall's eyes narrowed as Xisuma pulled out a sword to defend himself. They sped up, Iskall backing Xisuma into a corner as he only defended. X didn't want to hurt Iskall at all.

X yelled out, barely avoiding saying a curse as pain throbbed through his head. Iskall smirked as a tall creeper hybrid made himself known and shoved X to the floor from behind him.

Iskall raised his sword again, but was shoved by someone smaller than him. "Watch out!" The tackler shouted.

Xisuma hissed in pain as Etho pushed Doc away, using a shovel against his cybernetic parts to hit him away. Doc stumbled and growled at Etho.

BDubs yelped when Iskall slashed at him and he grabbed the weapon to throw it away before he jumped off of Iskall. BDubs backed up and brought a hand to his cheek where blood started to drip.

  "You alright, BDubs?" Etho asked.

  BDubs nodded. "It isn't deep."

Xisuma rubbed the side of his side and grimaced when his hand felt liquid, he brought it in front of his  visor and saw purple tinted crimson coating it.

"X?" Etho glanced at the admin.

  "I'll be fine."

Etho nodded and felt a harsh pain on the right side of his face. Doc grinned and pulled his metal arm back, the steel stained red.

Etho shut the eye Doc hit and winced in pain, feeling his skin open and blood drip down. But before he could give a counter attack he froze, Etho's open eye widening.

BDubs' eyes widened too, his feet making him trip and stumble while Xisuma glared at the new arrival, while also quickly closing his eyes when pain throbbed through his head when he tried to stand.

The Being glared down at the Listeners and Watcher, annoyance and anger twinging in them. "I want them out of the way." The Being told Doc and Iskall.

Xisuma quickly stood up, despite the headache, and prepared himself for combat warily. Iskall charged at him, weapon gone from earlier.

Xisuma tried punching and blocking Iskall's hits, BDubs regaining his balance to help.

Etho fended Doc off, occasionally glancing back at his unpossessed friends to make sure they were okay. Doc got angrier, and even tried to blow up Etho's face, making him dodge.

Another friend that possession had changed. And Etho hated it.

Etho eventually had to focus all of his attention to Doc when an explosion made his ears ring from how close and deadly it was.

Before he knew it, Etho's feet were swept from under him by Iskall, making Etho fall and land harshly on his bottom. Etho grunted and glanced behind him, seeing BDubs and X either unconscious, or dead.

Etho bit his lip and looked up. The Entity smirked smugly down at Etho as he called Iskall and Doc back to stand beside him.

"You've lost," the Entity said, smiling at Etho menacingly.

Etho breathed heavily from the strain of his fight, and damage to his lungs most likely. But he smiled up at the Entity.

"Why are you smiling?" The Being crossed their arms and glared at the light headed Etho.

"You're the one who's lost," Etho told the Entity, still grinning mockingly at them.

Etho's red eye glowed a deep green and suddenly BDubs and Xisuma glowed green. The Entity's eyes widened and their teeth clenched angrily.

Etho's grin faded and his eyes grew heavy, before they slipped shut. Etho fell to the cold slightly blood stained concrete floor, the Entity growling in frustration.

And then Etho lost consciousness, feeling proud that he was able to get BDubs and Xisuma away.
