"WHAT?!?!?!" Peter, Edmund, and Thorin exclaimed.

"Him? You hardly know him!" Peter exclaimed.

"I can't believe this! Him of all people?" Edmund asked, looking at her like she was high.

"Why me?" Thorin asked.

"I've fought all of you, and I am really sorry Edmund and Peter, but he gave me the most challenge." Shinia explained softly, afraid of her friends' reaction.

"We should still hold a competition for all who wish to fight, not just the four of us." Caspian said.

"Of course! I just thought you all should know that."

Caspian sent word out across all of Narnia that any man who wished to fight for Shinia should come to the tournament.

There were a hundred men who showed up, including Caspian, Thorin, Peter, and Edmund.

Shinia wore a formal dress, just to follow protocol.

"Alright, there will be a series of duels. Everyone will face every other competitor. Whichever two win the most will compete three more times, and best out of three wins." she explained.

"What do we win if we beat the traitor? Your hand in marrige?" one man asked.

"Ummm...." she stuttered.

"No!" exclaimed Thorin, Caspian, Edmund, and Peter.

She blushed as Edmund winked at her.

The duels began, and  they only got through a fourth of them, so this would take a few days.

That evening, she was sitting on her balcony, and Thorin came to stand beside her.

"You seem off."

"This is too much trouble for just me."

"No it's not, I promise. Not after what he did to you.";

"Who told you?"

"Your brother."

"Oh."

"So, this Shad. What exactly did he do?"

"Well, um............."
