Ash POV

"Oouchh!" I cry as I clutch my stomach. Suddenly, my head jerks upwards by a powerful punch at my jaw area, causing me to fall backwards.

I land on the floor with a thud. I do not even plan to retaliate Calem. Calem is right. Serena is dead. There's nothing I can do. Calem being her boyfriend must be full of rage and sadness.

Calem then grabs me by my shirt, up from the floor. Calem yells, "This one is for SERENA!"

I do not even struggle to be released, I allow my empty stomach to receive a few more, so I close my eyes to prepare myself for more punches.

Soon, Calem pummels in his fists at almost every part of my body. Until the fifth punch, I open my eyes to take a look at Calem as I am in a great deal of pain. His eyes are filled with anger, I just could tell. Rage from losing your girlfriend.

After a few more fists, I start to spit blood out from my mouth. Grace shouts in my rescue, "STOP IT, CALEM STOP!"

Calem, however, does not listen, instead, he gives his most powerful punch yet. My world suddenly turns upside down as I am sent flying.

"WHY? HE KILLED SERENA!" Calem yells at Grace.

Grace helps me up after those beatings. I mutter to her, "Sorry Grace, Calem is right, it is all my fault."

Grace sort of understands and nods her head. She whispers to me, "You had a rough day Ash. Go home and take a rest!"

Calem yells, "So you are going to let this murderer off, BRING HIM TO THE POLICE."

Serena says in a saddening tone, "There is nothing else we can do and we have not even found her body, perhaps she could be alive."

Upon those last words, Grace immediately cups her mouth.

Both Calem and I says in unison, but Calem's voice obviously overpowers mine, "Serena is not dead?"

In an attempt to clarify, Grace waves her hand in disagreement and says, "I am just-t stating a p-possibility."

Calem insists, "Tell me more!" as he pleads Grace.

Grace initially refuses and shakes off Calem. However, Calem grabs hold of her hand. He says, "Please."

One could easily see Calem's love for Serena. His desire for the hope that Serena is alive is strong and high. Calem really loves Serena. How about myself? Yes, the days we been through together, the days we had fun, the days...

Grace takes a glance at me, then looks back at Calem, and says, "Ok, I say."

"Quick!" Calem becomes impatient on knowing the truth.

She confesses, "Serena is in the hospital."

Calem reacts, "HOSPTIAL?, HOW IS SHE, IS SHE FINE, WHAT IS HER CONDITION???"

Upon hearing the truth, I also ask myself the same questions Calem yelled, but just softly so that only I can hear.

After Grace tells us all that she knows, both Calem and I heave a sign of relief knowing that Dawn was the patient, not Serena.

Since it is now very late at night around 2am, Grace does not allow us to visit Serena at the hospital but instead allow us to sleep at her house, one in the living, another in Serena's room.

Calem obviously wants to fight for Serena's room, as though it is his privilege as her boyfriend. I say to Grace, "I think I better get home."

Instead of being concerned about my safety, she says, "Ok!".

"Ash, hold it right there!" Calem demands.

"What?" I ask.

"Lets have a 1v1 Pokemon battle, Ash to settle everything earlier!" Calem demands.

I reply, "Have you not had enough?"

"No, I would like to humiliate you more" he replies.

Before I could reply, Grace then speaks up, "But having Pokemon battles are illegal for those below sixteen, you two are only fifteen."

"Yeah, we know," Calem coolly replies.

"So Ash, are you up for it?"

Feeling pumped up for a Pokemon battle, I did not hesitate and agree, perhaps due to my genes.

Calem responds, "Ok, 5pm at Old Pokeford Stadium. The date will be 3 February, a Friday."

"That's a deal," I reply as I leave the house. From the side of my eye, I could see Grace shaking her head in disapproval.

I happily skip home but questions on my Pokemon start to loom over me. Where do I get my Pokemon? I dont even have one.

Serena POV

In a hospital ward

After what felt like an eternity (just a few hours only), Dawn wakes up from her slumber. Dawn speaks up weakly, "Where am I?"

Johanna immediately pounces onto her and says, "Hospital, of course."

"Call the doctor!" Johanna demands me.

After getting the doctor to check on Dawn, he says, "Although she wakes up earlier than I expected, she is still very weak. Try to give her more rest."

Before Johanna could ask questions, he has already left the room without a sound.

Johanna says, "Ugh, this doctor."

Dawn weakly says, "Mum, it's ok."

Dawn finally takes a look at me, then asks Johanna, "What is she doing here?" obviously still mad over Ash.

Johanna lies "Serena is the one who saved you!"

"R-really-y?" Dawn questions in disbelief.

I didnt want to interrupt their conversation, so I decide to walk out of the ward. Just then, Johanna says, "Wait up, Dawn has something to tell you."

Dawn starts to talk to me, "Thank-k y-you-u Serena, but-t-t."

Dawn continues, this time with more breath, "Can we be friends again from now on?"

Silence ensues, suggesting that there must be an explanation for this sudden change. Dawn continues again, "I was wrong about Kenny, Kenny is an asshole. To be accurate, he is a pervert.

"What did he do to you, dear?" Johanna impatiently asks.

/flashback/

(before I start, I hereby warn you of disturbing scenes. And as usual, I will try to keep it less mature, so dont report this story, thanks, alot)

Dawn POV

"AHHHHH!" I cried loudly as I feel something foreign entering my body, a long stick to be exact.

I could only feel pain and no pleasure despite Kenny rubbing my small boobs.

That something went further in, the pain immediately multiplied. I moaned louder but finally took control of my body yet again. I said to Kenny, "Kenny can you stop, uhh."

"No bitch, I still have not had enough fun," Kenny replied.

"But I-"

"concentrate," Kenny said as he slapped my ass.

As I could no longer handle the pain, I decided to put a stop to this myself. In one quick swing, I ended up on top of Kenny. As I exited from him, I slapped, punched, kicked Kenny for being such as asshole. However, he retaliated with a slap on my right cheek. He added, "If you have no guts, then dont play strip poker with me, loser."

"Fine, then lets breakup" I shouted

Kenny shouted back at me, "Sure!"

As I was about to wear back my clothing, Kenny said, "Dawn, if not wrong, I bought you those clothing. So if you please, you could leave those here."

"HUH, why would you need them?" I exclaimed.

"Those are mine so I have the right to keep them and even give to other girls," Kenny explained ridiculously.

"FINE," I yelled as I wore only my daily clothing to brave the cold storm outside.

/End of flashback/

Serena POV

"So how did you end up in front of my house?" I ask.

"Oh, I thought of going to your house to seek shelter first, but who knowsbI collapse first." Dawn replies in embarrassment.

Johanna then speaks up, "That Kenny is a bitch, told you to stay with Ash, and you dont listen."

"Mumm..."

I say, "Johanna, I think it is time for Dawn to take rest, why not you return home first? Let me take care of Dawn."

In a stomach full of anger, I finally convince and persuade Johanna to listen to my request. Soon, only Dawn and I remain in the ward. Despite both of us being tired, we start chatting about the times without each other...

A short chapter to wrap up some unclosed loops like the girls getting together and why Dawn was outside Serena's house.

Initially, I didnt want to include Pokemon in this story but I just feel something wrong, so I decide to include. In addition, Ash vs Calem will come up real soon.
