Pacing the cold, pale bathroom tile while trying not to cry was something Roux thought she would never do. Though, she expected it.

The nausea in early hours of the morning, when no sunlight would show. The random cravings for odd food combinations. The dizziness at random moments to where Eros had to manually make Roux sit on the couch. Her sense of smell increased to where she could smell a tiniest rodent running outside. All the frequent trips to the bathroom. Her drained happiness from all the sleep she lost. And her late period.

She was supposed to get it.. Three days ago but, no. Not yet, she didn't get on the day it was scheduled to. Roux was very confused why she didn't get it, And why all the symptoms where getting her closer to the answer but she had to make sure.

She bought the pregnancy test Roux never thought she would have to buy at age 25. She and Eros weren't even married yet! But, her and her lover did know how to have fun.

Yes, they always used protection when they did do the deed. 'But, maybe it broke? Or it wasn't good anymore? Should I tell Eros? Would he be mad? ...Would he.. Break up with me?' All these thoughts shot through her head as she waited for the pregnancy test to give her the results to say if she was pregnant or not.

After the five minutes that Roux dreaded with a great passion, her ears and tail twitching with fear and excitement as she grabbed the pregnancy test and looked at it as her eyes widen while tears prickled in the corners of her eyes. "I-I'm pregnant.."

Roux had started making a poem, An idea she found on Pinterest.

'Dear Eros,

I've got good news to tell you! Hoping you won't be mad at the fact that these news might make you cry and smile or scream and hit.

Maybe even make you hold me close to your heart so, I may feel it beating more for my love and warmth as mine beats for yours.

Probably knowing you for a few years, You'd start yelling in excitement as we start holding each other close and never wish to let go.

Reminds me, I still need to tell you the news I've known for a while now. They're important to our life and love together, I love you Eros and wish you'll be pleased with the news you're getting close to knowing.

Even so, You still have a while to go to figure out my news! I wish you don't start getting mad that this is long, It'll be worth the wait!

Gosh, You must be thinking 'How long is this? I'm so curious!' Well Love, You're getting close to the end. Don't freak out though, It's nothing bad.

Never the less, You probably will still freak out as it's a life changing piece of information I want you to know as you deserve to know because I love you very much!

Anyways! Let's get back on track, Eros. You need to read slowly, I'm sure you skipped everything to get to the bottom. Go back to the start and reread it, You need to read all of this to know what I'm talking about.

Now we're getting close to the news, it's just another line then you'll know the news I'm excited for you to know! It's so close! Eros, I love you so much, Please don't be mad when I'm sitting next to you, Waiting for your response.

That's it! We're almost done, Love! I just need you to reread the first letter of every small paragraph to find out the news. Don't be mad at me, Please..'

Roux wrote with a smile, the first letter of each line spelling out 'I'm Pregnant'. She hid the letter in her nightstand as Eros was sleeping next to her. She stood and walked out to the kitchen to start cooking breakfast.

Just as she was done cooking, She set the letter on the tray of food and walked back into the room, using her tail to wake Eros while setting the tray on his lap after he sat up with a smile. "Good Morning Love! I made you breakfast!" She greets as Eros smiles tiredly up at her.

"Thank you Babe.. It smells delicious.." Eros yawns while starting to eat, sipping the glass of orange juice once and awhile before he finished, noticing the letter in the corner of the tray as he picked it up and moved the tray onto the space next to him.

Roux took a deep breath and sat next to him, her tail gently wagging as she watches his eyes scan the letter before they widened with small tears.

Dropping the letter in his blanket covered lap, Eros pulls Roux into his lap before hugging her close and tight, just enough so she doesn't feel pain as he starts crying happily into her chest. The blonde smiles while gently kissing the top of his head, running her fingers through his hair.

"I take it that you're not mad?" The French fox asks quietly as her ear gently twitches to the side, a soft smile tugging at her lips while lifting Eros' head to look up at her.

The male of the two quickly shakes his head, smiling happily while letting go of his lover to wipe his tears away. "H-Hell no.."

"Good.." Roux smiles before continuing running her fingers through his hair.

And then, Roux spoke two words that made Eros cry harder.

"They're twins."
