He's a little bit of a wild card. To people, he's lively and extroverted as he is mean and arrogant. 

Some would say they'd see him frequently standing outside class because of something he did in class, threatening whoever makes fun of him for it no matter who the hell they are. Some would say he actually makes a pretty cool and funny friend in spite of his brutal ways of showing affection. Some would say he's admirable in the way he always gets jobs done on his own, never seeming to burden others (unless he's pulling stupid pranks on them and anything of the sort). He is also the type to seem disinterested in something but gets through it swimmingly anyway. For example, his studies. Irritating, honestly.

Despite his borderline unpleasant front, you might be able to find a more timid side to him once he gets comfortable with you. You'd find that he's just someone who doesn't care much about anything else but the happiness and well-being of those he loves and would do quite anything for them, even at the expense of his own pride.

He can swap positions with someone after marking them. He marks his target by eye contact. Precisely by blinking, hence the name Flicker.

He can only use his quirk when the target is within sight. Flicker is mostly useful for mobility and stealth work.

Cannot be triggered if the target is out of sight.

Cannot be used against inanimate stuff.

Overexerting results in disorientation and a major headache.
