"That's right! This world is widely inhabited by mysterious creatures called Pokémon! Pokémon have mysterious powers. They come in many shapes and live in many different places. We humans live happily with Pokémon! Living and working together, we complement each other. We help each other to accomplish difficult tasks. Having Pokémon battle one another is particularly popular, and it deepens the bonds between people and Pokémon. And that is why I research Pokémon.  The moment you choose the Pokémon that will accompany you on your journey, your story will truly begin. During your journey, you will meet many Pokémon and people with different personalities and points of view! I really hope you find what is important to you in all of these travels… That's right! Befriend new people and Pokémon and grow as a person! That is the most important goal for your journey! Let's go visit the world of Pokémon!"

Valerie was asleep in her bed as her mother burts in." Wake your lazy ass up!!" She said as Valerie fell off her bed." Jeez mom! I could've died!" She whined as her mom gave a cat face." Well, you're leaving so i don't care!" She said, walking off as Valerie gave a bruh face." Owch," She groaned before standing up." Who lets a 10 year old go on an adventure?" She asked herself before getting ready. She slipped her boots on before walking out her room and too the bottom of the stairs." Okay, look for a girl with a big green hat and have fun!" Her mom said, pushing her out the door as Valerie sputtered as she fix her red hair." Jeez." She said again before walking around to find Bianca. Valerie walked up a flight of stairs as she coughed." I need to work out more.." She said before walking up to Bianca." Hey, do you know a girl name Valerie?" She asked as Valerie gave a lenny face." nO." She said." Oh wait! You are her!" Bianca said as she nodded." Well, here is the starters!" She said as she threw out Tepig and Oshawott.

She smiled." Wait, isn't there one more?" "Yes...i have it." Bianca muttered, holding a ball." What is it?" Valerie asked." I-I don't know...but, Professor Juniper was...hesitant when giving me it..." She said." So its rare?" She asked." What? No! Its not!" "Then show me!" Bianca sighed as she threw out a female Snivy." I thought it was a Dieno or something.." Valerie said as the Snivy growled." I'M SORRY IF I DON'T HAVE A 600 BASE STAT!!" The snivy yelled as Bianca and Valerie jumped up a bit. The Snivy panted as it gave a hurt expression before Valerie picked her up." Ill pick you." "w-What?!" Snivy said, confused." Ill call yoou, leaf! Smugleaf!" "Riveting.." Smugleaf said as Valerie held her close and took the pokedex from Bianca and walked down the stairs." Lets put you in your ball-Hey!" Valerie said as Snivy crawled onto her back, opening her bag and slipped herself in it."I'm not going in it." Leaf said as Valerie snickered." And we're off!!"
