Victim.07

Hail.

Run little piggy run. It's all that went through my mind as I chased down that woman, her beautiful skin made me want to kill her faster. She should've known her day was coming. God hates women like her..thy can't call thy self a sant if thy sin like the devil. Remeber that! So when I killed her I wanted her to kneel before me as though I was God. For I am his servant. The woman did as I had asked but once she realized she was a goner anyways she gave up right there and let me light her on fire. Hearing her scream was like the sound of a trumpet blowing in my ear. I loved it.

Bryce ran a finger over the page as his eyes went over each word on the page again and again. He was allowing himself to let the information sink in. Sometimes Bryce thought of burning it or maybe even sending it back to where he got it but for some reason he felt consumed by each and every page he read. No matter what. The blonde would never tell anyone about what he had found or even speak of the actions made.

This obviously wasn't a fake.

Bryce sighed as he closed the book and sat it down inside his dresser drawer under his clothes so no one would find it there. He checked the time and then grabbed his coat along with his cell phone so he could call Brock for a ride. Since his car was at the shop getting repaired.

Ring..ring...ring...

Bryce made a face as the phone went straight to voicemail. "That's odd.." He whispered to himself as he tried again. Nothing. "Brock normally answers." Bryce sat on the couch and tried over and over again but ended up with the same results; he left voicemail after voicemail.

"Hey Brian," Bryce said as the other male picked up his phone. "What?" Bryce could hear typing in the background an knew the other must be at work so he bit his lip before speaking, "Have you seen Brock?"

"Not since last night. He told me he was going out with someone he met over the web..I um..haven't talked to him since. He didn't come home last night either."

"A date? Don't you two have a thing?"

"We did but I got pissed off and shit so he just did it to get in my nerves. Why?"

"He hasn't answered any of my calls..I need a ride to work and he always answers.."

"Yeah, I'll see if I can get ahold of him for you."

"Thanks."

Bryce sighed as he ended the call with Brocks ex boyfriend Brian. He knew something was up when Brock never answered his phone calls after two calls. It was unusual. Even if he was upset with Brian or went out with another guy he'd answer his phone if he heard it go off because it was just his caring heart. The male always answered.

Bryce went through his contacts and found Lukes. The blonde prayed he answered his phone.

Ring..ring..

"Hello?" Bryce nearly squealed as the sound of his friend's voice echoed through his ears like music. "Hey Luke!"

"What do you want Bryce?"

"A ride to work if that's cool. Brock isn't picking up so.."

"What do you mean ain't picking up? He always picks up!" Bryce wished he knew the answer to why his friend wasn't answering his phone but he didn't so Cartoonz's question was left unanswered. He groaned. "I'll be there. You better be ready cause I ain't waiting." As Luke hung up Bryce fixed his watch before walking out of his house and locking the door behind him.

It wasn't until twenty minutes of sitting on his porch steps that Luke showed up in his red mustang. The blonde hopped to his feet and dashed to the car in a hurry as he looked down at his wrist to check the time. "I've got to be there in ten minutes Cartoonz." His statement was flat and his blue eyes gazed right through his friends soul. Luke nodded and burned rubber as he exited.

"So Brock didn't answer?"

The sudden question took him off guard but Bryce replied, "Yeah. Maybe he's at work already? I don't know. Him and Brian got into again so.." Luke laughed a little as he shifted into another gear. "Yeah Brian was telling me about that last night. I can't believe they aren't married yet like goddamn do they fight.." As much as Bryce hated giving his friend the credits he was right about their relationship.

Brock and Brian had been in so many fights over the smallest thing and this happened every time. Brock would try to hook up with others but fall in the bed with Brian again. It was like a broken song that just repeats one verse you hate.

"So you and Ryan.." All fell silent as Luke said that name. His brown eyes glanced at Bryce who was looking out the window. "I didn't know you knew him.."

"I don't." The blonde shrugged. "I just so happen to dig up something and get the cops involved. Then he came along."

"You like him?"

"What?? No."

Luke eyed the blonde who was making a sour face then he smirked and nodded to himself. "Good. That's Jonathan's ex." Bryce stayed silent on that part. He didn't even know the clown was in a relationship until he found out him and Evan became a thing. Plus Jon never brought up Ryan so of course he wouldn't know who he was. "Figures." Bryce whispered to himself mostly.

"Yeah I um, I know the guy. Jonathan never spoke much about him but I got into a lot of shit and he was always there for me. Got my ass out of a lot of shit Bryce.." Silence. "He's a really good man dude.."
