"Come on, you have to admit those malasadas were good. You can't hate everything," I joked. Gladion sighed and replied, "They certainly weren't the worst and you're right. I can't hate everything." Points for me! Woop woop. That reminds me... "Hey, Gladion, you wouldn't happen to have swimming trunks on you?" I asked. He shook his head. I ended up dragging him to the local salon to get him a pair. "Now you can swim, if you like. I bet Silvally would like it," I hinted. If Silvally wants to go in the water, then Gladion would probably go in too. He really cares for his pokemon.

"Yeah, I guess I would. It wouldn't be like I'm going in for you," he responded. Tick mark for I'm going in with you. He should really stop prefacing things was I'm not like I'm doing this for you. It really gives it away. Like when he said it's not like an apology when giving me a Type:null. You certainly didn't give it to me just because you trust me. You could of given it to Lillie or Hau. I saw Hau was already in his swim trunks. The malasada monster came running up to us. "Hey! I didn't think you'd actually be able to bring grumpy along!" Hau greeted cheerfully. Gladion just looked the other way, ignoring us.

A smirk appeared on my face. I flicked Gladion on the side of his head with my fingers. "You know you're happy to see Hau and I. Cheer up," I snickered. He looked annoyed and was about to say something rude. Instead, he just shook his head and pushed my hand away from him. "How childish are you?" He asked. My smirk grew wider. "Very. I just turned 13. That's the first year of teenagerism and I still have the right to remain childish," I giggled. "Teenagerism?" Gladion repeated. I nodded in response. "Of course that's what my rival would call it - they have no self respect."

I glared at him. "Hey, no fair!" I moaned. He scanned the beach. "I think I hear a pidgey squealing for help. I just have no idea where it is," he said sarcastically. He looked to where I was. "I think it might be around here..." Who's immature now? "Oh, there it is." He exclaimed with no enfusiam. Gladion picked me up and swung me over the shoulders. He started walking towards the ocean. Please don't. Please don't. I'm still in my clothes! I was thrown into the ocean and landed with a splash. I was arms reach away from my Gladion. The blonde was laughing at me, smirking at how silly I looked. He's still really close by... he should know it's dangerous to hang around a sour puss.

Due to him being so close, I grabbed his lower arm and pulled him in. His face was in shock, believing that I wouldn't try to get revenge. Now his clothes were drenched with the salty water. "Childish," he murmured. His mouth showed no sign of joy, but his eyes sang tales of amusement. "Like you, huh?" I chuckled. "Yeah, yeah. But now all my clothes are all wet," he complained. I rolled my eyes and started dragging him out the water. Gladion rolled his eyes and trailed behind me. "There's a salon close by. I don't mind treating you," I offered.

He shook his head. "It wouldn't be right of me to just take your money. I'll pay," he refused. I stopped walking at the sure and glared back at him. "Think of it as a gift," I replied through gritted gift. I got a pokeball out of my back that contained a Blastoise. "And a sorry." The Blastoise used his water canons to blast him further into the ocean. When his head popped out of the water, he did not look happy. He pushed his fringe to the back of his head so he could see. "Silvally, use crunch!" He yelled. He released Silvally from it's pokeball. Parts of Silvally was green to signify it's bug type. Aw, damn. "Blastoise, use bubble!" I called. Gladion gave me a look to say 'that was dumb.' What? I panicked.

"Dodge and use multi attack!" Gladion commanded. Silvally dodged the attack in time with Gladion's call. Your pokemon much really love you if all of yours evolve with friendship. And you gotta love them Mr. Icy heart. "Blastoise! Dodge and use hydro pump!" I shouted. Blastoise went to dodge, but failed due to his slow speed. It's nearly down... sorry Blastoise. Despite nearly fainting, it stilled used hyrdo pump. I heard some clapping by Hau on the side line. "Go (y/n)!" He cheered. I flashed him a smile and noticed Blastoise has fainted. "Since your bag is on shore, you are out of useable pokemon and-" "Go! Lunala!" I interrupted Gladion. "It's on Gladion!" I challenged. He smirked in response. "Challenge accepted," he replied.
