My name is Elaine Bank. I am a 21 year-old smuggler from the Kanto region. Clients pay me ridiculous sums of money to bring their precious Pokémon to them undetected. Of course, pretty much all of that cash goes to my boss, Brigette Bank. I borrowed her last name to show my loyalty to her operations. I started working for her when I was pretty young, around 15 or so.

I was fed up with the bans on Pokémon starting in my home region. One thing led to another, and I befriended smugglers and hackers, and made my first delivery to a wealthy collector in Pewter City. That was the beginning of a long career in Pokémon smuggling. It's really not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. Those bans are even more widespread these days. This is my story.
