"Sir you're under arrest for kidnaping and raping Evan Fong" The officer said as he hand cuffed Tyler behind his back.

Everyone gasped and immediately got out of the car.

"No he's innocent! We just filed a report on another guy that's actually kidnapped him! It wasn't Tyler!" Marcel said.

"Yeah! He's innocent we're wittinesses!" Nogla said.

"Evan knows what happened! We saved him!" Lui said.

"A guy named Smitty?.... told me it was Tyler and that you guys were going to frame him for kidnaping and raping Evan Fong, Until further notice or if you guys have any questions he'll be with me" the Cop said as they all looked at Tyler then back at each other.

Tyler took one glance at Evan Sleeping and hoped that this wouldn't be the last time he'll be seeing him.

Marcel Sighed in anger and all of them went to the Police department to see if they could bail Tyler out and finally clear out the lies Smitty told.

"W-what are we going to say?" Lui said, "we don't have any evidence except for Evan, and plus Delirious escaped, Smitty is no where to be found, Binkylilly's birthday is toda-" Lui quickly closed his mouth at what he just said and laughed nervously.

"Binky...Lilly?" Marcel said with a 'are you fucking serious' look.

"Anyway.... uhm... we still have no evidence" Nogla said.

"Yeah but we have Evan, he can probably help us?"

"W-wha?" Evan said as he groaned while stretching.

"Evan thank god!" Lui said as everyone sighed in relief.

"How do Ye feel?" Nogla said as he looked over to Evan.

"I feel numb, sore, and sad... like I'm missing something— or someone" Evan said as he narrowed his eyebrows.

"Well... just a few minutes ago a cop pulled us over and arrested Tyler because Smitty told the police department Tyler framed him." Brian said in an annoyed tone.

"W-what???? We have to go to the police right now!" Evan shouted causing everyone to cringe.

"We are! But we don't have evidence except for you" Lui said.

"M-me? But I don't have anythi—" Evan paused as he checked his pockets to find an old iPhone.

"Except this! It's my phone maybe it has f-footage..." Evan said nervously as he handed Lui the phone. Lui opened the phone to immediately find a picture of Smitty holding a sign on the home screen saying. "Snitches get stitches"

"What does that mean? Does it mean if we tell on the police one of us will end up with stitches?" Nogla said.

"I guess so, but I don't know if we should take the risk or... let Tyler stay?...." Marcel said softly.

"No, we're going! Ye wouldn't like to be trapped in jail probably gettin raped? Now would cha?" Nogla said.

"Hi what can I do for you today?"

A young lady said from the front desk.

"Hi we'd like to see Tyler please?" Evan said softly.

"Oh right this way...." the lady said rolling her eyes and getting off her chair to guide Evan and the others to Tyler. They found Tyler sitting on a chair with a desk in the middle of the room with an officer sitting on the other side.

Tyler looked so tired, so depressed, and already empty, his face was pale from being scared and worried.

"T-Tyler?" Evan said softly as Tyler's head shot up and look up at Evan. The cop infront of his put his arm in between Tyler and Evan and the others.

"What do you need?" The cop said.

"We wanted to show you evidence to show you Tyler's innocent" Marcel said with confidence as he pulled up a car from the side of the room and put it next to the cop to show him Evan's old phone.

"We're going to get you out Tyler...just like how you got me out..." Evan said softly as he slowly walked towards Tyler. Tyler looked up at Evan lazily as he opened his arms slowly to let Evan give him a hug. Evan bent over and gave Tyler a hug with a small smile on his face and he smelled his favorite scent of the older male. Tyler wrapped his arms around Evan pressing him closer. "Tyler we're infront of people right now" Evan whispered as Tyler stayed silent and pulled Evan onto his lap. His friends stared at the couple hugging and smirked as the cop rolled his eyes and continued to listen to the others explaining what happened.

"It's funny to see you embarrassed" Tyler said as he looked up with a small smile.

"Of course it's funny" Evan said as he sighed and smiled. They all explained the evidence and finally Tyler was free to go.

"Alright, seems I was wrong about you Tyler, sorry..." The cop said as he scratched the back of his neck. Tyler nodded slowly still feeling sad to be in the room.

"Have a nice day guys, we'll call you when we have new info" The cop said with a small smile. Everyone left happy and eventually all made it to a house they lived in, too afraid to be in separate house just Incase since Delirious and Smitty are out there.

"Here Evan, I bought you a new phone to get your mind off of the other one" Brian said as he gave a small box to Evan that was wrapped in beautiful Christmas wrapping paper.

"Oh thank you Brian! This is sick" Evan said with a bright smile as he immediately unwrapped the paper. Evan gasped as he saw a bran new iPhone 8 and hugged his big phone. "Yeah enjoy it, I'm the best I know" Brian said bragging nonstop.

Until— Evan's iPhone glitched.

"Evan will remain happy for now, but not for long... Just remember this... Snitches....get stitches...bitches...."

An anonymous person said while they showed a bloody knife.

"If you cant already tell, we've...Ive... hurt one of you're friends... he/she, or it...won't live, but then again won't die...that's the doctors option if they can save it, or will they let it die?" The Anonymous person said as the phone kept glitching making the guys not able to delete or get rid of the video that showed up on the screen.

"I WILL HAVE MY REVENGE! And I will get what's MINE... return Evan or everyone will be dead in a second." The anonymous person said as they reached over to end the video. Everyone was puzzled and remained quiet until a minute later they received an address— and a phone call....

"WHAT THE FU— DI— YOU GUYS DO! — IS FUCKIN— DEAD!" One of there friends said screaming into the phone as the phone remain to have a glitch stuck inside.
