Beyond Universe
He was the king of silence
Keeping his thoughts deep within ;
Reciting stories to the moon
Of the untamed world so thin.
She was the queen of cold midnights
The 2 AM, silence, darkness and all;
Her eyes raining tears like stars
And thousands of them yet to fall
So when the sun began to sink
They packed their bags of words ;
Stretched their hands to hold
The truth about their worlds.
As he sat on the moon
He watches her from the start ;
Silently studying her from distance
As she skipped between the stars.
He brought the moon closer
Just to reach her out ;
Try to trust his only companion
In the world full of doubt
They met for the first time
Just before the dawn ;
But he promised to meet again
Tomorrow before the moon is born
They met at the junction
Of the moon and the star;
As final try he shouted her name
And She stopped as an answer from afar
They talked as these midnights hours
Are the only thing that belongs to them ;
For he used to voice his mind before
But there was no one to listen.
He unfolded his stories
That filled her empty nights;
Now they waited for the time
To spend together that they might.
She completed his songs before he could
And he got the hint in her eyes that grew ;
And He thought if he would love her
There will come a day when she would too.
But like the moon she had a dark side too
She never believed in love affairs;
She had strings of past holding her back
As he reached to unfold her heart's layers
He knew this feeling a little too well
Of having a lonely suffocating past ;
But he couldn't just shake her mind
To assure that now it won't last.
He slowly picked the thrones
from the beautiful meadow of her mind ;
Keeping her distracted in his songs
Where solace in his arms she could find.
He slides through the comets' tails
With the wonderful plan of his ;
That tonight he would tell her
How much worthy of love she is.
She didn't knew how
The space drafted this story ;
Of meeting someone she could trust
And falling for him ever so slowly.
They got drunk in the moonlight
And watched the sun's gift ;
As from the darkest night
To a sunlit home they shift
She had her messy mind
He had his thirsty heart ;
He was her first love
And indeed she was his last.

Also, if you can share the book to the people who you think might be interested poetry, please do.
