Day - 1

For nearly twenty days we got no work at college because of our mini project thing so I guess it's going to be total fun except for Viha. We thought that he's not going to like to team up with Anthrax but he did not care about it as much as I did. Maybe I was sweltering in fire.

Right now I'm in Pizza hut with Arjun who is meddling with laptop continuously without taking his eyes from that damn screen where I was sitting near him with my entire thoughts sunk in food. Because I skipped my breakfast due to this heartless monkey who just dragged me out of my home at nearly 8 in the morning and still does not care about my hunger. Mentally I was cursing and scolding him without any pause.

"What are you dreaming about Mitu...?"I heard someone saying from far. So all I felt was my dreams were talking to me to pacify me which made me to ignore that voice. Later I felt someone shook me, there I saw the devil with concerned look sitting near me with still laptop open.

"I'm talking to you Mitu....!" Arjun said when I turned around there was none in the restaurant it was me and Arjun and when I looked at my watch it was going to be 1 in the noon. Fine...! My earing capacity is almost gone.

"Hey talk something. What happened....?" Arjun turned to my side now. Happy....! This is the right time to tare him into pieces. So immediately gathered all my strength and got started.

Ready......Steady......Go........!

"What do you think of yourself...? You dragged me out of my home at 8 because of you I skipped my breakfast hoping that we'll eat something at restaurant but you were just kept going on and on with this project stuff. Now it's almost 1 in the noon still you're tapping that stupid machine. In fact I'm almost becoming deaf and dumb due to the lack of energy besides you know the fact that I can't stand the hunger and now you're expecting me to concentrate on this stupid thing that you're working on for almost five hours you moron" I yelled at him which made the workers to stand still, above all Arjun was too surprised since I never yelled at public place like this.

But what can I do....? My stomach is growling and almost they were yet to burst in pain above all we were sitting in the pizza hut. Who wouldn't starve...?

"I'm sorry" Arjun said with small smile which is peeping at corner of his lips but I'm in no mood to flatter in his charm today. Ok..! At least I'm not falling until my stomach gets filled with something delicious.

"Go to hell....! Before that order me some food now, else I'll smack you" I yelled again with the most terrific look of mine, which made him to laugh hard when I gave him the stern look instantly he rushed to the counter. After few minutes he came back only with two cans of coke. Seriously he's not going to survive today.

"Here your food" Arjun said with huge grin and handed me the coke.

"What...? Is that all...?" I gave him the puzzled look.

Again he was laughing "Mitu we shall eat after completing this small part. Once this is finished our quarter part of project would be getting finished by now. This is going to be over soon". He said and started to work which just boiled my blood even more, without any second thought I closed the laptop screen.

"NO FOOD....THEN NO WORK... I mean it" I said with still hands upon the laptop screen.

"Mitu...! Listen to me...!" he was begging.

"No....! I won't. Food else not-" Before I could finish my sentence the bearer came with hot pizzas in both her hands.

"Here's your food. Enjoy the meal" She said and placed the food.

When I turned to look at Arjun he was grinning, without any hesitation I hugged him tight and in the blink of an eye I started to eat my meal. After sending some food my vision got cleared and ear felt so relieved. "Why didn't you tell me that food will come in minutes..?" I asked him with some food in my mouth.

"Because I want you to fight with me" He said and smiled. Damn...! I was a dish for him. 'Stupid Mitu' I scolded to me.

"My fight is a joke or what...?" I said and held the slice of pizza above in the air with heads up and waiting for the cheese drop to fall in my mouth.

"I like when you fight with me" he said. Oh..! This wasn't I expecting.

I turned immediately to see him but he was leaning in the table and looking at me with his most flattering smile.

"Cheesy lin-"Before I could finish my line I felt warm cheese drop fell on my right cheek. "Damn...! I missed it because of you" I said and went to wipe it off with tissues before wiping it off I felt something warm, wet and soft thing getting the cheese out of my cheek.

Then I realized it was Arjun besides he kissed me in my cheek. Before I could feel this happiness heard someone squealing"Whoa.....! What's happening...?"which made me and Arjun to move apart and saw Viha standing with the huge grin on his face who is accompanied by the Anthrax with the terrified look. Nice combination.

"What you guys are doing here...?" Arjun asked without answering him.

"Answer mine first" He said and sat across in the same table.

"Shut up...!" Arjun said with small smile creeping on his lips which made me to blush so harder.

After that awkward situation we kept silent for few more minutes. Thank god! Viha broke that awkward air moving out of the table by fighting with me whole time with my pizza. Arjun was enjoying our child fight. While Anthrax was looking at me without getting his eyes off of me. Somehow the day got completed very well without getting any troubles from this witch.

Day – 4

In these four days Arjun and I were getting pretty cozy in relationship. Whenever I tried to say my love to him we both get distracted my something around us. 'Timings...!' Our project was almost done and the entire credit goes to Arjun because he worked on this day and night of course even I helped him with some stuffs and we got nearly fifteen days to spend happily without any works.

Today Arjun and I decided to work in my home so me, Arjun, mom and my little brother gathered in the living room. My mom and Arjun were doing something on the laptop while I and Mithun were fighting during our video game play time.

The game was getting even more enthusiastic as Mithun was yet to win; I just reset the game which made him to get too angry on me and started to hit me. Ok now its fight time, even I started to hit him back our fight was growing but still Arjun and Mom didn't take their eyes from the laptop so it was too convenient for me and Mithun.

He seems to be small but his hits are too strong now we both are in floor kicking at each other with full force. After few minutes Mom started to yell at us instantly we both moved apart because if we kept fighting sure my mom will start to bang us with anything she gets in her hand first 'Very dangerous Mom'.

"Mommy it's only because of this stupid" Mithun started.

"Mithun mind your language. She's your sister and she's elder to you. Give respect to elders" Mom gave him a stern look which made me to tongue out at him with pure ecstasy and I got the happiness by looking at his fury face to knock me down.

"But mom-" He started but mom cut him off.

"No buts Mithun say sorry to Mitu" She said him with stern look, which got no chance other than apologizing to me which made me to dance in the clouds of nine.

"SORRY....!" He said with the angry tone while I was grinning at him which made Arjun to laugh more.

"And you ask sorry to Mithun" Mom tuned to me which was totally unexpected.

"But why....?" I asked with frown and turned to look Mithun who was grinning with full satisfaction on the other hand Arjun was trying hard to not to laugh.

"I saw you cheating the little one by resetting it. So ask him sorry" Mom said with terror look.Before I gain good scolding from her it's better to do whatever she says, else the two monkeys will enjoy my rebuke session.

"Fine....! Sorry" I said him and saw both Arjun and Mithun laughing.

"And from morning it's only Arjun who was working in the project you were sleeping, playing and fighting with Mithun the whole time. Even you got to work but you let Arjun to do all this. Better start working on this Mitu before I delete this entire thing and make you to work from first without Arjun's help" Mom warned me and left to attend the call.

Whoever called her right now will live long with all the happiness because that person saved me from embarrassment.

Arjun and Mithun were sitting together in the couch and laughing at me so happily, now Arjun was almost laughing hard with tears in his eyes. "Go to hell monkeys. I'll get my time" I said and walked to my room by grabbing the laptop with me. Still they were laughing. 'Soon I'll pay you back monkeys' I cursed to myself.

I landed on my bed with laptop when I saw the document it was almost complete. Arjun said me earlier that our design is completed only the review part is pending. Now even this is completed then what am I supposed to do....? One part of my mind was telling me to sleep the other part was saying me to look at the folder that he didn't let me to see the other day.

After a little fight inside my mind I decided to look the pictures. When I opened the folder it got thousands of pictures and got stunned by the pictures which I saw. In fact every photo in that folder was me, taken from first year to till this month. What does this mean....? Does he also love me...? Now I was dancing in my room my face was getting hot and it was red by now. Then the entire incidents came in front of eyes as a recap and confirmed that he made every move in first so I was very sure that he is in love with me. So what to do? Questions were dinging in my heads and how to confront him about this simultaneously my heart was doing ballet dance in the cosmic land which is covered with ice surface and clouds scattered everywhere.

There was a knock in my door immediately I rushed to his laptop and closed the folder and answered it. I was surprised to see Arjun. "May I come in...?" he asked.

I moved inside so that he can enter "You finished the project by yourself....?" I asked him.

"No still some part is pending it'll take some time"he said and switched off the laptop and dragged me out. When I gave him the dubious look "Mom asked me to get you to the dinner" he said with small smile which always makes me to blush.

In the middle of the dinner I and Mithun were fighting for the food which was a routine while the fight was getting interesting mom cleared her throat which made me and Mithun to stop the fight instantly but still our hands was in the last parotta. "Mitu....! Tomorrow you're going to Arjun's home for project and he'll drop you back so get ready by 8"

"Ok....!" I said and looked at the plate parotta was missing. Mithun took the last parotta while Arjun took the parotta from my plate. "Seriously you two behave the same way. Damn...! I should've sat across you two monkeys" I said and frowned but nothing bothered any of the person sitting in this room. 'Nice family...!' I thought to myself.

Day – 8

Arjun,

Eyes which could speak millions to me without uttering a word, cherry flavoured lips which arches into the heart melting smile, two vanilla scoops placed on either side of her face in the name of cheeks taints pink the moment I graze her with my eyes. Cute little fingers which is crowned with the nails flies in the air while speaking makes somersaults inside my heart. When those little finger gets trapped between her pearl white teeth takes my breath out of my soul.

MITRA....! She was playing in front of my eyes. Those laughing sound, the voice which calls my name so beautifully like none can call me in that way. Those soft feathers which moves slowly throughout my physiques will instantly sent shockwaves to all my nerves. The tenderness of her lips and softness of her cheeks still remains in my heart. In a word she's a symphony.

Tick.....Tick.....Tick....Tick.....Tick.....

The clock ticking sound was hearing in my ears like it was in the repeat mode. My dream just faded away like the stone fell in the pond of water and only the dark was prevailing inside me. I was trying too hard to get back to my dreams but all my missions ended up in the failure. Finally I gave up and opened my eyes there she was 'My girl'. It was looking like early morning fog scatters away to pave the way for sun. My Mitu was shining in my eyes. She was my sun, moon, day, night, sleep, dream, thirst, hunger everything to me.

She was sitting across me in my couch and watching television. Her hair was tied into the messy bun and she was wearing a pink skirt upto her knee length and white shirt. My heart was slamming me to say my love to her at this second but I got to wait for the right moment.

Besides she is going to stay in my home for nearly four days. Actually she was supposed to leave with her family to Mumbai but I stopped her from going by giving an excuse of the assignment. Like I expected her dad was stubborn about it but after showing the assignment and said the problems about the due date and he readily accepted. On the other hand my family was too happy about the stay of Mitu so everything was set.

Without warning Mitu's eyes caught me "Hey sleepy head.... You're awake...?" she said with a smile. I replied with a smile and started to stretch my body.

"What's the time....?" I asked.

"It's four"

"Aren't you sleeping...?" She just shrugged. "Why..? Your room isn't comfortable or what...?" I said and woke from my bed instantly.

"Chill...! I just felt lonely in my room so thought of disturbing you but you were sleeping peacefully so started to watch shows in your room" She said.

"Mom and dad..?"

"They're sleeping" she said "Come let's watch a movie. I was waiting for you".

"Not now but I promise tonight we are not going to sleep lets watch movies" I said looking into her eyes.

"Cool" She continued watching the show.

Me, mom, dad and Mitu all gathered at the backyard nearly at 6.50 in the evening with hot cup of coffees in our hands and as a snacks mom's special cookies and cupcakes. At beginning the talk was going good they were saying about their marriage life and about dad. It was too funny to hear their mistakes which made our stomach ache in pain after laughing so hard.

My dad looked at me and I was laughing at him which stirred him and begun my childhood embarrassing moments in front of Mitu which he was not supposed to say and highlight is he knows that I love Mitu. When I gave him death glare he winked at me. When he tried to end the chapters my mom picked up another stories about me and went on and on. Thanks to my dad my love was laughing at me and I was too embarrassed.

"Dad...!" I whispered to my dad almost yelled whispering.

"Yes" he said in the middle of the laughter.

"Why did you begin this...?"

"Payback son" he flashed all his thirty two.

"Ok. Fine...! Stop this" I gave up.

"It's just fun Arjun. Look at Mitu she's enjoying it" dad said with happiness.

"But I'm not. It's really embarrassing dad" I became red by this time. Mom was enjoying telling about me and my times.

"You're so easy to defeat my son" immediately he turned around towards mom "Sweet let's continue this tomorrow now let's have dinner. It's almost ten Darling" he stood and gave hand to my mom.

"Mitu I'll show the albums and videos tomorrow" She said and moved inside with dad. "Come we shall have dinner"

"No mom...! I promised her for movie so I'm taking her to living room now" I said and dragged her to the living room.

"Arjun you were so much of fun at your childhood" She was still laughing.

"Mitu I'm going to order pizza and you go pick the movies" I said and moved out of the room. But she was still laughing.

After an hour the room was completely set with two beds. Comforters, foods and drinks and by the time Mitu has picked the movies to watch for this entire night. When I went through the movies which she chose to watch today was full of romance one, which would be a bore dorm for me so I turned around to see what she was doing. She was busy with her foods immediately I changed the movie in the player and went back to my place.

She was smiling and eagerly waiting to watch all romance flicks which she chose. Poor Mitu.....! I hope she is going to enjoy today with me. Once the 'Insidious' title popped on the screen with such scary background music she got choked with juice and paused as quickly as she can. Once I saw this I could not hold my laugh back.

"What the hell is this....?" Mitu yelled at me.

"It's a movie....! Can't you see...?" I said and winked which actually stirred her. When she was getting angry her face looks so damn pretty. How can she look so pretty even when she is angry...? Just my eyes got glued to her beautiful dark brown eyes and the face which was traumatizing me with her beauty.

"Argh...!" She sighed heavily in irritation "Monkey I know that, why do you want to watch the scary movie....?"

"Because romance is boring and action is not your thing so decided to watch something new darling" I said and winked at her.

"Arjun.....! Try to understand even I love to watch but I would keep screaming and you would get annoyed easily" She stated the fact. Yea..! I would get mad when they keep screaming but nothing annoys me or stirs me when it comes to Mitu.

"I wouldn't get annoyed" I said boring into her eyes deeply.

"Then fine" She said and resumed the movie within split seconds all her foods were at the floor which few seconds before were surrounded her. She took the teddy and hugged close to her. Sure if it had life it would have been dead by now.

For every scary scene she was screaming and her eyes was full of curiosity and fear. And my eyes landed on her teddy which was enjoying the time by hugging her jealousy started to play inside me within seconds I just put that teddy in the floor and wrapped my hands around her and dragged close to me. The moment when I touched her she was so chill so covered us with the comforter. And I was so comfortable with Mitu sleeping on my chest. After few minutes she started to crush me and half screamed. She was too scared which looked so lovely to me so without any control I hugged her even more tight to me and kissed on her forehead.

The blanket was around us and she was comforting on my chest there was some kind of heat passing with us. Something is happening inside me and some kind of bravery state was controlling me. I just raised her chin and looked deep into her eyes. Geez.....! 'Mitu I want you to be mine forever'. This was playing in my drumming heart which was accelerating its full speed.

Without any second thoughts I kissed her cheek at first then later I started to drench her soft pink lips with my love. For my surprise she was kissing me back then I broke the kiss and kept staring at her.

"Mitu...! Will you be my girlfriend....?" I asked her with full of confidence and some kind of feel is urging me to go any extend to make her mine. She belongs only to me. I can wait for years and years at last I want her to be my girl.

"Idiot....!"She scolded me. Damn...! I just messed up.

"Mitu...! Please don't be angry on me and I can explain" I started to fear because of the thoughts of losing her. Shit..! Shit...! Shit....! I messed up got to build it again from the beginning. How am I going to face her now..? How am I going to explain her..? Damn....! Mitu please don't go away from me. I want you to be with me.

My mind was fully occupied with worries but I did not get that brave to open any of those words to her somehow I found my courage and hid the fear in front of her and uttered "I can't stay away from you anymore. I love you Mitu...! Can't act as your friend anymore" Holy shit..! What the hell did I said. She is going to blow off the things. I am so finished. When I looked at her she was getting red and cold. "Mitu..! Please say something".

"Idiot...! It took you so long to tell me this huh...?" She said and knocked hard on my head.

"Ah... What...?" What did she say...? Did she accept me...? Before I could speak I felt the same soft lips with cherry flavour melting in my taste buds slowly. Now my hands held her waist tightly and dragged her so that she was sitting on my lap and her fingers were moving inside my hair.

I broke the kiss and rested my forehead on her and uttered "I love you Mitu". She smiled softly and placed a soft kiss on my cheek.
