3rd person POV

Friday came in the blink of an eye and students were running about trying to get dates and first kisses and all the crap. As for a certain red headed Evans, well she was studying. Why? You may ask, no one knows or cared too much.

They students left for hogsmede at 3 o clock and it was currently 10 am. A certain hazle eyed, messy haired boy also known as James potter was panicking. Why? You may ask, well everyone knows and cares a lot. Lily Evans asked James potter to hogsmede. The Lily Evans asked her bully of 5 years to a trip that included dating and kissing and all that crap. He was freaking out. Freaking out hard. Sirius was laughing. Laughing hard

(A.N  I dont even know what those paragraphs were. I dont want to go back and change them. So you and me both will just have to deal with it)

James POV

It was around 10 O'clock when I ran into the Gryffindor common room screaming for Sirius. He came barreling down the stairs on his hippogriff pyjama trousers and nothing else. "JAMES I HEARD SCREAMING. REMIE POO GET DOWN HERE AND BRING WORMTAIL. WE CAN USE HIM AS A SHEILD." "GO BACK TO BED SIRIUS. JAMES IS FREAKING OUT OVER HOGSMEDE. IM JUST GONNA BE 3RD WHEELING ANYWAYS. I DON'T WANT TO USE PETER AS A SHEILD EITHER. HE BRINGS FOOD" "WILL YOU ALL SHUT UP" "SORRY MARLENE" we all shouted.

I spent roughly 2 hours getting ready. I was just wearing black Jeans and a red Gryffindor top. I wore my white convers aswell. I tried to gel my hair but obviously that didnt work. I looked good if I do say so my self.  Sirius just wore a white t-shirt blue jeans and his black sneakers. Remus just wore a jumper and jeans. I'm not sure what peter wore. He left after Sirius used him as a shield because Mary tried to hex us. Remus just surveyed from a distance informing Mar of a new hex when Sirius got cocky.  At 1 o'clock we made our way to the great hall.

Lily's POV

At 10 o'clock I saw James running out of the portrait screaming about how he needs help. Normal enough. I decided that I should go to the library. I'm not sure why.

I made my way down to the library giving a detention to a 2nd year hufflepuff for hexing a 1st year. Little asshole. Anywho...

At 1 o clock I made my way to the great hall meeting peter, marlene, Mary and Tonks along the way. Alice wasn't well but she told the girls to go without her. She said that flirty boy Frank was staying with her. My best is she's all lovey dovey dopey when we get back. Marlene says they'll have their wedding planned and Mary being Mary, said we would walk in on them making baby Fralice.

2 o clock and we were ready to go.

"Hi Lily" "heyyy Remi poo" I greeted Remus at the entrance of the school. "Where's Potter?" I asked. "I'm here." Stupid potter and his Stupid invisibility cloak with his stupid pretty face- what the fuck Lily!?. Remus grabbed at the air for a minute before grasping what looked like air and pulling it to reveal none other than James with his messy hair and crooked glasses. God I just want to walk right up to him, punch him in his pretty little face then fix those glasses. I smirk at the though. "ily... LILY" "Huh" I asked dazed. "Back from lily-land now?"he laughs. One punch. No one would even notice. Just one little pun-. I was rudely cut off from my thoughts by Remus saying we should go before the book shop is closed.

At 3 o clock James and Remus wanted to meet Sirius  in the three broomsticks. I wanted to go look inthe music shop for a new guitar. I've saved up enough over the summer to buy a new one. Rachel loved when I played guitar for her but petunia's whale of a boyfriend 'accidentally' sat on it. I knew he did it on purpose. I dont know what his motives were, Petunia probably put him up to it. "Hey guys, I'm going back to the quill store I forgot..... emm gold leaf parchment?" It came out as more of a question. Well done, actor of the year award goes to Lily Evans for trying to convince her friends she wants something that does not exist. I feel so freaking smart. "Ok pick me up another quill aswell" Remus handed me 2 sickles. James just looks like an adorable curious puppy. Godamit.

I got my butterbeer to go and I was on my way.

3rd person POV

The next day was a full moon was in 2 days time. Remus looked awful and was currently lying face down on the couch in the heads dorm. Lily knowing he was a werewolf didnt bother to ask what was wrong.she just took care of him. James was freaking out. He had to go home the next day for his mothers 55th birthday. It was a big party and they wanted james to be there so they asked Dumbledore if he could leave school for the day. He would miss patrol with Lily. Usually this was no big deal because he would've just asked Remus to fill in. But the boy currently couldn't walk straight. So that left one person. Sirius. He had asked mcgonagal and she said it was alright for now. He already asked Lily who didnt mind but also said she would hex him if he put a toe out of line.

The next day

Lily and Sirius was making their way around the school. "Ok so it's either the astronomy tower or the dungeons. You pick they're equally as bad." Lily asked him. "Hmm? Astronomy tower first. Personally don't want to get murdered tonight." Lily rolled her eyes and lead the way to the astronomy tower. "You knock on the door give them 30 seconds to get 'decent' then you open it and scream got you!" She said with a small smirk on her face.

Sirius pov (I think we all saw it coming)

"GOT YOU"  I screamed into the first broom closet. Two 6th years walk out and flip us off. How friendly. I turn to Lily flower who was lecturing 2 second year boys who were caught trying to pull a prank with peeves. After a few more doors we got to the very top. "It's beautiful" Lily-Pad whispered into the night sky. We made conversation and I found out a lot more about Lily and she found out a lot more about me. I really cared for Lily. Almost like she was my little sister. We have lots in common and I would do anything to protect her. I didn't realise she would do the same for me. It really was beautiful. I should come up here more with Marlene. Maybe I could ask her out on a proper date. Not just snog and leave her. "Oooo what are the two love birds doing up here" I heard a voice drawl out behind us. We both turn around, wands drawn. Snape. "What do you want" Lily asked him, a scowl on her face. She's scary. "Just wondering about practicing new hexes and curses. The usual." He says with a smirk that looked more like a grimace. "Now if you dont mind I'll be going now" he turned around and so did I. Looking back out at the sky. "Septum sempra!" "NO!" I turned around just in time to see Lily jump infront of me taking the curse then falling limp in my arms. Blood was pouring out in vast amounts staining my clothes her clothes and the castle floor. Snape, like a coward, ran after he saw what he'd done. "HELP PLEASE." I screamed as more blood flowed freely from the unconscious girl in my arms. Lily was deathly pale. I checked for her pulse and after a while I found it. It was slow and faint but it was there. Just as I gave up hope mcgonagal came through the small wooden door with Dumbledore and madame pomfre. "Oh my goodness!  What happened here." Mcgonagal asked. I tried answering her but all that came out was a sob. I didnt even realise i was crying. Poppy took Lily from my arms and Dumbledore guided me to his office where I managed to calm down. "You should get Lily's friends and tell them what happened." " will she be ok?" I asked him. He looked at me and this time there was no sparkle in his eyes "I don't know my dear boy. I dont know"
