No one understood what was happening. The warrior in white lashing out with tails of orange flame like energy that annihilated what was in his path.  Again and again he would jump from building to building lashing out in his anger only to repair it all. He was using the city as his punching bag.  

Inside Ace was broken after finally learning his mother's fate but being denied more time. Losing his friends as he knew them completely, being stuck in a world he couldn't restore. So he took advantage of  what he could control, and restore. Attacking the new world as the only Kamen Rider. He spotted you stunned by his actions, just staring at his form.
