Lilly's POV

I woke up to the sky turning reddish pinkish. I guess it's almost night time. I groaned. That's right tonight is Brian's birthday party and the ritual where I help him get demon powers. I remember Brian telling me earlier today. I get my head off the desk and get up to move around a little to get my blood flowing. I noticed Brian had already left the room. Did he leave to get ready for the party or go somewhere with someone? I wondered. Then I heard the door open. The person who walked in was a girl who was maybe two years older than Brian. She had brown hair and brown eyes. She wore a blue and pink tank top and white short shorts. She was even was wearing black shoes.

" Good you're wake. Brian said you would be in here." She says. " Excuse me,but who are you?" I say. " Oh sorry. My name is Megan. I am his older sister by two years. He also has a older brother who is named Jose who is two years than I am. But in short, Brian is 17,I am 19 and Jose is 21. So anyway, your name is Lilly right?" She says. " Yes. My name is Lilly." I say. " Thought so. Brian didn't mention that you would be so cute and really pretty." She says. " Thanks. I think you're pretty too." I say. " Ah thanks. Now let's you get you ready for the party." Megan says. " Ok" I say.

Megan takes my hand and walks me down to her room. She lets go of my hand once we reach her room. We walk inside. I was amazed in how big it was. The wall paper was a yellow color. The floor was carpet and everything else in the room was really colorful. It looked more like a normal nineteen year old's room. I follow her to the closet as I look around. Once she opened the closet, I was even more amazed in how much bigger her closet was. There was even a runway in her closet. " So what do you think?" She says.

" It's huge." I say.

She giggles. " I thought you would like it." She says. She starts picking out clothes for me to try on.
Then she hands me a dress and says " Try this one on first." I walk over to the changing room in the closet. The dress was a light teal color. It was strapless. The dress went up to my dress as I put it on. I then noticed a black bow in the middle of the dress. I walk out of the changing room to show Megan. " Oh you look so cute." She says. Dress after dress, I tried each one on, until we finally found one. Megan says the very first one was the one for me. Once I put on the  dress, Megan gives me black flat shoes to wear. I put them on then she starts doing my hair in the bathroom.

Night time came. The sky was now a dark black with millions of stars shining in it. Megan had put my hair in a braid. She places a black hair band on my head to go with the dress. Megan had put on pink a dress like it. Once Megan was ready, she lead me to the ballroom. " How many people will be here tonight?" I say. " Over 40 people." She says. Wow over 40 people here to celebrate Brian's birthday. As we walked into the ballroom, many people were staring at me. I noticed some people were talking quietly. Most likely about me. We made our way to the center of the room where Brian, his mom, his dad, his older brother Jose, and my dad all stood waiting for us. " Lilly. This is my brother Jose." Megan says.

" Nice to meet you." I say. " Nice to meet you too." He says. Jose looked like his brother except with his hair being a bit curly. " Ladies and gentlemen. I welcome you to our home and thank you all for coming to celebrate Brian's birthday." Brian's dad says. As his dad was talking, I ask Megan if everyone here was aware of the supernatural being real. " Of course they do or else dad wouldn't have invited them." She says quietly to me. " Now that Brian's bride Lilly is here, we can now start the ritual." His dad says finishing the speech.

Now it was the moment of truth. Let's find out if I can do it. Few people drew a circle around Brian. Everyone else except me had moved away from the outer circle. " Now Lilly. Just say the spell to summon your grandfather." Brian's mom says. I look at Brian. Oh crap. I forgot I didn't know any spells what so ever, let alone a spell to summon my granddad. " What's the matter? Are you nervous?" Megan says. " It's not that I am nervous, it's just that I don't know to cast any spells." I say. Everyone was stunned. " What do you mean you don't know any spells? Didn't you study when you were younger?" Brian's mom says.
" She didn't know she was a demon princess until a few days ago." My dad says to her.
" That can't be true." Brian's dad says.
Brian's brother Jose smirks.  " But there is still a way she can summon her grandfather." Megan says.

" What's that?" Brian says. 
" Call him by dialing 666." She says. " Ok. I guess I could try that." I say. Megan gives me her cell phone and I dial 666. The phone rang for a bit but my grandfather finally answered. Just then a bright light appeared from the phone and a beam of light landed on the circle. Everyone's eyes even mine squinted as the light beamed on the circle. Then out of the light appeared a figure and the light disappeared. There stood my grandfather. But some reason my grandfather was facing Brian's parents and not me. " Did one of you summon me?" He says. " It was not us that summoned you. It was her." Brian's dad says while pointing at me.

My grandfather looks at me. " Dawn? Why did you summon me?" He says.
" What? I am not Dawn. I am Lilly. Dawn was my mom. I summon you here so you can give Brian demon powers." I say. " I see. My daughter had a child. I will give him demon powers but on one term. I will make you immortal and Brian will have to stay as a vampire but only grow to be full vampire until he turns 21. But for fun, I will make his sister immortal too. " he says. He then snaps his fingers and the lights flicker a little then he was gone. I felt weak. But before I knew it, I blacked out,slipping into darkness.
