Maiko's POV:
I woke up early the next morning from my alarm clock, I yawned as I got out of my bed. I look at the time to see 5:30 on my clock as I turned it off. As soon as I did, I got ready for school. I went to the bathroom and took and shower and brushed my teeth. I finished brushing my wet hair and put on my school uniform

and I decided to put on make-up. I'm not a big fan to put on fancy make-up, so I thought I can put on something simple. I curl up my eyelashes and put on black mascara.

Once I'm done, I went to the kitchen and saw mom making Ayano's bento for lunch. I heard footsteps running down the stairs and I saw Ayano who's in the same uniform like me. "Maiko, why didn't you wake me up?" Ayano asked, "I was going to, but I have to get ready early since Osano should be here any second and you know how mad he can be if we're late."

Osano Najimi is my childhood friend, I met him at the park, and we became best friends ever since. Sure, he was hesitant around Ayano due to her condition, but he gotten used to it once he got to know her. "Yes, I already know." Ayano said as she left to the bathroom, she came back and made grilled cheese sandwiches as our breakfast. Once she's done as mom finished Ayano's lunch, we grab our bookbags and we ate our sandwiches as we walked out of the house after we said our goodbyes to mom and dad.

"You didn't get your lunch, sis?" Ayano asked, "No, I told her I didn't want Osano to be annoyed too much as he is." I said, "I'll just asked someone from the Cooking club for something to eat anyway, since I am friends with one of them." As I closed the door, I heard a voice yelled, "Finally you're ready, baka!" We turned and saw Osano, oh yeah, I forgot to mention, he's a tsundere, so it took me some time to get used to his attitude. I smiled and said, "Osano, you came just in time." "Well, I was waiting forever for you two!" Osano said annoyingly, "Osano, it's only 6:00, I think we can get to school on time." I said as Ayano and I walked pasted him.

Osano quickly catched up and walked beside me as he said, "D-D-Don't take it the wrong way, it's not like I like you or anything! D-Dummy!" "If you say so." I giggled. We walked through town as just as we went back, the next thing we knew it somebody bumped into Ayano who just finished her sandwich. "Ayano! Are you OK?!" I asked worryingly, "Yeah. I'm fine." Ayano said as she rubs her head, "Ow! I'm sorry. Are you alright? Here, let me help you up."

A hand was held in front of Ayano. We look up and saw a boy with black hair and black eyes, wearing what looks like he goes to Akademi high school. I look at Ayano, expecting her to yell but was surprised to see her face. Did... Did her eyes just make hearts? Her cheeks were flushed as well as she took his hand and allowed him to pull her up as I stood up. "You're not hurt, are you? I feel so bad running into you." The boy said as Ayano swipes the dust off her clothes. "I'm totally fine." Ayano said as she blushed.

"That's a relief. I was really worried for a moment. Well, I've gotta get going or I'll be late for class." The boy said, "Oh, of course. School." Ayano giggled nerously. "See you around!" The boy said before running to Akademi. "Buh-bye!" Ayano waved at him. I look at my older sister, "You OK, Ayano?" Her cheeks were still flushed, and she was... smiling? Like an actual real smile? "What's wrong with Ayano?" Osano asked me, confused like I am, I shrug my shoulders.

"Ayano?" She looked at me, still smiling. "I think... I think I found the one... the one Mom told me about... the boy who would make me feel... complete." She looked at her hand that he had grabbed and put it to her chest. I gasped as I smiled happily and hugged Ayano as she hugged me back, "That's so great sis! I'm so happy you finally found someone you actually love! I just hope you two can be together!"

"Yeah, yeah, can we talk about it when we get to school?" Osano said annoyingly. I look back at him with a dry look as I said, "Way to ruin to moment." Osano looked away with a blush on his cheeks. "It's ok, Maiko. We should get to school anyway." Ayano said, I nodded, and we walked to school. I'm so happy Ayano finally feel emotions! Now dad doesn't have to worry about her anymore! Little do I know, is that Ayano is gonna feel a new emotion once we get to school.
