"Sunbae, I know it's weird to say this, but..." Chanyeol smiled a bit before he continued his words. "You're actually my first and I-I liked it. You liked it too, didn't you?" Chanyeol smiled at him teasingly.

"Idiot." Baekhyun let go of his hand from Chanyeol and went to drink the juice from earlier.

Actually, I did like it. Baekhyun thought and slightly smiled to himself.

The Next Day

Chanyeol's POV

I went to school feeling excited as always. However, having Baekhyun sunbae beside me and walking together side by side to school that morning, I couldn't control my racing heart beat. We entered the school building for senior students, I was supposed to accompany him to his class every morning.

We arrived in front of his classroom on the second floor. Our presence there were getting all the attention from the seniors that were walking past us and some were watching us from inside their classroom.

We both saw Kris inside the classroom chatting with his friends. Apparently, the sound of people whispering got his friends' attention and saw us standing outside. They stopped talking and looked at our direction, which also made Kris turn his head towards me and him.

Baekhyun sunbae turned his body to face me. "I'm going in now. I'll see you later during lunch, Yeollie. Don't miss me too much," he said it a bit loud on purpose so Kris would hear him.

He gave me a signal which meant I have to be really affectionate towards him. I was actually worried of people staring at us but I pretended to not care. I ruffled his hair then he pouted like a cute puppy. I have to admit, Baekhyun sunbae showing his cute side made my heart go crazy!

"I'm already missing you. How can I leave when you're being cute like this," I said while pinching his little nose, which received a little punch on my chest in return. I just smiled. He's so cute.

For him, it may be an act, but I really mean it. I'm surprised myself that I was actually brave enough to do that to him without hyperventilating.

He went inside his classroom after a quick wave and another one of his cute smiles that I'd never forget. It was 10 minutes until classes started so I walked faster outside into the first year's building. Thank God my legs were long as heck so it didn't take much time to arrive at my class.

I could see Chen talking with Sehun and Kai. As soon as I arrived at my table, they stopped talking and asked me questions about yesterday without even letting me sit first.

"Hyung, where did you go with him yesterday? I heard he took you somewhere with his car." Sehun amazed me as always, how did he know these things?

"No way. Hyung, did he..." Kai looked at me with a smirk.

"Kim Jong In, whatever you're having inside that perverted mind of yours, it was nothing like that."

"I was going to ask if that is his own car, geez. You're the pervert one, you thought I was gonna ask something nasty, weren't you? Or was there really something going on when you're with him?"

"N-No, there's nothing like that happened," I stuttered.

"Oh, yeah, then why are you stuttering?"

"Tell us what happened yesterday, we're really curious to know, Chanyeol-ah!" Impatient Chen is annoying sometimes.

I finally get to sit down and I took a deep breath before telling them about that Kris guy and making a plan to make him jealous. I told them about being inside Baekhyun sunbae's room, except for the making out part. Sehun and Kai would flip out if I told them about that.

I noticed Chen kept silent and crossed his arm while making this face showing that he was not happy at all with the whole acting to be boyfriends plan.

"Don't you guys think my wish has finally come true? I get to be with him and be with him as his boyfriend... You know, he's different from what I thought he would be, but I'm okay with it," Chanyeol stated as he stared at his friends who either seemed happy for him or mad, like Chen.

"Chanyeol, he's using you to get back with his cheating boyfriend and you're okay with it?!". Chen finally spoke up.

"I believe if he's meant to be with me, he'll come to me eventually. If not, then perhaps I have to be happy for him even though I would be dead inside," Chanyeol said those words with a wistful smile on his face, hoping and praying that the second option would never happen.

"You're being serious there, hyung. You truly love him, do you?" I just smiled to myself. Sehun continued to speak, "So, for how long will you act as his boyfriend?"

"The plan was to make that Kris guy jealous. So if he finally admit in the end that he still loves Baekhyun sunbae, then... it's game over for me."

Sehun, Kai and Chen couldn't say any more words.

Class finally started and they got back to their seats.

Lunch Time.

Baekhyun's POV

As soon as the bell rang, I told Kyungsoo I'm going to the cafeteria first. He already knew about Chanyeol, so he just nodded. I was on my way out when I saw the guy that Kris cheated with. He stood in front of the class, waiting for Kris, obviously.

He saw me when I went out. There was something about that guy that made me wonder. I saw him giving me this smile, but not that creepy smile you see when villians looked at their enemy. It was more like a relief sort of smile.

I shrugged it off thinking that that couldn't be it. I made my way to the cafeteria to have my lunch with Chanyeol. Kris would be there too with the Tao guy later. I finally learned his name from Kyungsoo.

I opened the door to see many students already lining up to take their food. My eyes wandered around the room when I finally spotted the tall figure with yoda-like ears, talking with his friends on a table at the corner.

I went to take my food first before I went to where Chanyeol's table was. As I walk my way to his table, he already saw me from far, he looked at me showing his teeth rich smile.

"I've been waiting for you. Sit here, Sunbae." I sat beside him, putting down my plate and drink on the table.

"Let me introduce my friends. This is Kim Jongdae, we call him Chen and he's very good at singing. You would probably want to sing a duet with him."

Tch. There's no way he's that good.

"Next is Oh Sehun, you probably know him. I know that we just enter this school like 2 months ago but he already got so popular among the girls... and the guys."

"Nice to meet you. I hope you both don't mind having me here. I assume you already know that I asked Chanyeol to act as my boyfriend." I gave them a smile. First impressions are very important and I wouldn't want them to think that I'm a bad guy or something.

"Not at all. Chanyeol hyung talks about you all the time. It's just so unexpected that we get a chance to sit on the same table with you, Sunbae." Sehun gave me his hand and I shook it.

"I'm curious, Sunbae. What made you choose our friend, Chanyeol?" The Chen guy gave me a look. "You could've asked someone else from the upper class, yet you choose someone from the juniors."

It felt like I was being interrogated by a police, however, I tried to be calm as possible. "Why do you think I chose him? He's got the looks, and I also heard that he's quite a talented person. In conclusion, he's just the perfect guy I'm looking for. I could ask him to be my boyfriend for real." I looked at Chanyeol with his shy face after what I said about him.

I saw Chen almost choked at my words. Nice one, Baekhyun.

"But you didn't. In that case, why don't you just date him for real and forget your ex who is now with another guy?!"

At the same time, my eyes looked away from Chen when I heard Kris' laugh from across the table, he was joking around with his friends. Tao was sitting next to him with Kris' arm around his waist. They looked like they were genuinely having fun, and my ex-boyfriend seemed to forget that he was ever with someone other than Tao.

It reminded me of the days where we would laugh like that, too.

The view was too painful to watch and so I looked away, keeping my tears from rolling down.

We were just fine before, so what is it that went wrong?
