After being laid on the bed, Remus was told to leave, yet Roman didn't understand why he still felt paranoid, nervous, scared... The nurse barely spoke, didn't ask how he even hurt himself, to be honest, it wasn't like Roman was going to tell her the true reason he got a sprained ankle, but.. It was weird how she didn't even ask, as it is part of her job.

"Ummm... Don't you want to ask what happened?" Roman asks, his paranoia overwhelming him, the nurse again doesn't respond to him. When she walked or moved, it seemed to be a priority to keep her hair over her right eye, it seemed so strange, was there something that she didn't want him or anyone to see?

"Ma'am please, talk to me. Not to be rude, you seem to be more interested in your hair than a hurt student!" Roman finally snaps as she fixes her hair for the fiftieth time

"Please calm down, I'm getting the bandages now." She spoke, her voice monotone, it was if she was a zombie, emotionless, brainless, just reciting old tasks done before, speaking like a broken record. 

"Finally.." Roman mumbles under his breath, suddenly the nurse swung her fist, connecting it with Roman's ankle, at that moment he felt a shattering sound

"Oh god... OH GOD!! YOU BROKE MY-" Roman started through gritted teeth and pained groans, but was pushed back on the bed, a hand covering his mouth, he had gotten himself stuck in a very bad situation...

"Oh Roman, it looks like you won't be moving well, as it seems~" A high pitch voice taunts, Roman snaps his head to the side, only to see nothing.

Where was the voice coming from? Was he imagining everything? Is it all just a bad dream?

ROMAN!

Roman shot up, his breathing fast, cold sweats, the nurse laid a hand on his shoulder comfortingly

"It seemed like you were having a nightmare, sweetie. I had to wake you" The nurse explains

"But.. You... How... You broke my ankle!" Roman fumbles to find the words

"Me?? Do that to a dear student, how absurd! You had broken it when your brother had brought you in, he explained you passed out on your way down here." The nurse explains, Roman stayed quiet as the nurse bandages his ankle and hands him crunches. Roman was just glad that it was all a bad dream

"I'll let you sit here for a bit, this all seems like a big shock, so I'll let you return to class when you feel ready" The nurse says, Roman quickly thanks her, returning her warm smile with his own. 

Once she walked away, Roman sighed and leaned back against the wall, letting his feet dangle, he wasn't sure if it was the lighting or just him, but the room seemed a lot more dim once the nurse left. A few moments went by, until he heard a light tapping from under the bed, he couldn't go under and check so he was just stuck having to wonder what it was. A few more went by and it turned into violent stabs against the wooden frame, by then Roman had pulled his legs into the fetal position and sobbing. The nurse ran in, and tried to ask Roman what was wrong, all Roman did was motion to under the bed and say...

"T-There's s-s-something under my bed..."

The nurse was confused, she checked under the bed, all she saw was a few scrapes made by a metal object which she just assumed was part of the bed scraping against the frame, so once she reassured him it was nothing, she took her leave.

Roman stayed in that position for hours, not moving, just feeling the vibrations of the stabbings under him. He had somehow fallen asleep, it was the most relaxing thing that happened today, he heard someone shift in the room, like they were searching for something, then quick footsteps turned to a halt, replaced by heavy breathing, a few seconds passed by before he felt something stab through his throat, an image passed his mind before death had claimed him..

"V-V-Virgil... I -l-l-love y-y-y-you.. I'm sorry I c-c-c-couldn't s-s-say goodbye...."
