Alex's P.O.V

I sighed and sat on the couch in the apartment Raph and I called home. Jack had offered to give it to us to live in as long as he got my on-sweet in the lair. I had agreed and we had the apartment. 

"Hey." I chuckled and looked over the back of the couch. "Hey, Raph....what's up?" He chuckled and bopped my nose. "Your humour I see so far."

I laughed. "Yup, that's one!" He chuckled and went to the kitchen. I sighed and took out my phone. I looked at the number that still haunted my dreams. It was my fault. But I tried to forget it....forget him...But that was impossible.

I growled inwardly. I hated myself. Kylah trusted me now, but I was not one for keeping someone's trust..

"Hey, you alright?" I looked up. "Yeah, I'm OK, Raph." He kissed my cheek. "If you need to talk. I'll be here." I smiled. "I know."

He kisses my cheek and went back the other room. I sighed. This was the life. Until I had to go to work. I drove to HQ and went in. "Hey Chief!" Liam grinned and fist bumped me. I grinned. 

Everyone respected us. Especially me though since I was their hero and director. I sent a patrol on Viper hunt and leaned back in my chair. 

"Hey, boss. You know where the Tesseract is?" I sighed. "In storage room 4, Frank." "Thanks." "You need proper id." "Oh....right.." I sighed and threw him my key card. "Go on...don't get hurt."

He nodded. "Thanks." I chuckled. "Rookie...." I laughed to myself. "Hey sis." Jack said leaning in the doorway. I looked up. "Hey, Jack. What's up?" He smiled a little. 

"Just checking up on ya. You and Raph settling in fine?" I nodded. "We're good." He smiled. "Good. When am I gonna be an uncle?" I chuckled and punched his shoulder playfully. "I don't know....soon though." He grinned. "Good."

The life of a weapon was not that bad after all....

Raph's P.O.V

I flipped through the channels. It was all bad. Thieves, crooks, criminals, gangs...I threw the remot down and sighed.  "I'm home!" Alex closed the door and put her jacket on the hook. " Did you get groceries?" 

She stood in front of the tv, arms crossed. "Hello to you too, dear husband.." I nodded. "Uh, huh. Hi, dear....could you move? I can't see the screen." 

She growled, but moved. "You can be so lazy sometimes." I shrugged. "Eh, I'm a ninja. I deserve a rest." She hugged my neck from behind the couch. "A rest? You work nights only."

I chuckled. "True. But beeing a ninja takes it outa you.." Chuckled and pecked my cheek. "I love you Raph. Hot head or not." I smiled. 

"Love you too babe." I smiled and she flipped over the couch and snuggled close to me. I felt happy. I had the best wife ever...

2 Years later

"Raph, could you get Lily for me?" He sighed. "OK." He went up stairs and brought our little 1 year old daughter down. She giggled and chewed on his mask tails. I chuckled. "This is what you were crying about? You wanted to eat?" She looked at me and cooed. I smiled. 

Her black wolf ears flicked. I kissed Raph's cheek. "She has your eyes ya'know?" He nodded. "Yeah...she sure does." I took Lily and leaned on him. 

"M-mommy..." I laughed. "Her first word." Raph shook his head. "Nope. Pizza was her first. Mikey taught her. remember?" I chuckled. "Yeah."

Lily yawned and fell asleep. I sighed happily. "Life couldn't get much better." He laughed softly. "I agree."
