Y/N's POV:

We all stood there shocked. I couldn't believe it.

She looked around and yelled out, "What? Didn't expect to see me again. I wasn't about to give up my position easily."

That ticked me off right there.

"Who do you think you are," all heads in the village turned to me. At this point I was mad. 

"You have no right to come back and think you will be welcomed back with open arms. You hurt the people here and I am positive everyone will agree when I say you are not welcome here. Now, I would suggest you go before I get my guards to escort you out."

Garroth Laurence and Dante all moved behind me as to back me up. It felt nice to know I wasn't standing alone in this. She scoffed at us.

"Please, no one will do anything. Your just some want to be lord who thinks she can do it all. Listen, let me take this burden off of you. Just give me back my title and I will consider not killing how about that."

My hands clinch into a fist. I move my H/C hair out of my face so I can look directly into her amber eyes. 

"No."

She shook her head in disbelief. 

"Excuse me, did you just say no?"

I glare at her, "You know exactly what I said."

She turned away and muttered under her breath. 

I smirk at her. 

"What? Shocked that I am not willing to be a pawn in the game that you are losing. I will never give you the position of Lord."

"You would be wise to shut your mouth Y/N. I'm stronger than you and you know it."

"Then prove it."

I couldn't believe those words just left my mouth. I don't regret them though. She will not walk in my village and make a fool of me. 

She looked just as shocked as my guards did. That shock soon turned into a confident smirk. 

"Your on.."
