Garroth's POV:

Maybe I should just confront her! No, maybe I should subtly mention it. Ugh, there is no good way to tell her that I know.

I sigh and slump down in my chair. I look at the map of Phoenix Drop. I remember making this is with Aphmau. Then a thought runs through my head.

What if she ends up like Aphmau and becomes more of a harm than a use.

I shake my head and stand up and walk out of the guard station, making my way to the her house.

I am clearing this all up right now!!

Soon I am in front of her door. I look at it, ready to knock. This could all go really good or really bad. I can only hope for the best. I knock on the door.

Your POV:

I hear someone knocking on the door.

Man, someone else. What do I expect though. I am the lord now. Better get use to this.

I open and to my not surprise, there is Garroth standing there.

I smile big.

"Hey Garroth! What a surprise! Come in please!"

I motion inside and he walks in reluctantly. I look up at him, a frown formed on my face. He looked worried. I go over to him and stand in front of him.

"Is something wrong Garroth? Did something happen?"

His eyes seem to harden, a almost angry look on his face.

"You should know, you're the one hiding stuff."

Oh no.

"Garroth it is not what you think. It's just personal."

He scoffs.

"So personal that Lucinda knows. Lord Y/N what is going on!!"

I step back a little. I am scared of telling him, but he is only going to get angrier if I don't tell him. I sigh and motion towards my couch.

"Sit down, I should have told you sooner. It's a bit of a story."

 I then went on to explain what happened at the statue that day. (A/N: I would explain it here but I am lazy, you all should know what happened by now. Continue!)

He didn't say a thing the whole time, but he did calm down. Praise Irene. I sat back and waited for a reaction.

What if he thinks I am some sort of freak? Will I have to leave the village?

He got up and made his way over to me and wrapped me in a hug. I visibly relax and lean into the hug.

"Your not mad?"

He got out of the hug and grabbed my hands, pulling me up into a standing position. He looked into my E/C eyes and said, "I could never be mad with you. I was just scared that you were lying to me. You know that you can trust me right?"

"Of course I do! I was just scared of getting judged. Plus Lucinda told me not to tell anyone."

"I understand. I just want to be there for you. Your not just my lord, your more than that now. I never want to see you hurt or upset. Just know you can trust me."

I wrapped my arms around him and just hugged him,  knowing that there were no longer secrets that I needed to hide from him.

I did need to hide it from someone else though...
