A few hours later

I was soon ready for the day.

I decided if I was going to be a lord, I should probably dress the part. (The outfit above) I wore a F/C dress that went all the way to the ground. I walked over to my bag that Cadenza gave me and pulled out a 2/F/C flower crown. I also pulled out a beautiful F/C ring. I walked over to my mirror and quickly applied makeup to cover the bruises. I looked myself over and deemed myself ready to go out.

I stepped out of my house. I shut the door behind me. I barely walk 5 steps when I heard running behind me.

"Y/N-CHAN!!!"

I was immediately pulled into a hug from the one and only Kawaii-chan.

"Oh Y/N-chan, Kawaii-chan was so worried about you! She heard that Y/N-chan had gotten taken away by Zane-sama. Is Y/N-chan okay?"

I laughed slightly and removed myself from Kawaii-chan's iron grip.

"I'm fine Kawaii-chan. A few bruises won't bring me down."

Kawaii- chan smiled and gave her a goodbye hug and ran off to her backery.

Well, that was interesting. Maybe I should go to the guard tower and check on them. I guess that's what lords do.

I took a breath and started walked towards the guard tower. I soon reached it. I walked inside and realized that in order to get to the top, you have to climb a ladder. 

Oh, boy, I chose the wrong day to wear heels.

I quickly took off the F/C heels and started up the ladder, making sure not step on my dress. It took a little bit, but I finally reached the top, seeing the all famous 5 guards.

"Wow, I'm am shocked. You actually climbed up the ladder in a dress. Even Aphmau wasn't that gutsy," Kaitlyn said, noticing that I had entered the room.

"Oh, hey Y/N. I didn't expect you to come out already. No offence I thought you would hide in your house," Laurance stated.

I rolled my eyes, "Please, I am not a wimp. I refuse to stay in my room when in reality, I need to figure out how to be a Lord since someone," I looked over at Garroth who smiled at me innocently," told me I am now apparently the next lord."

"Wow, that's pretty cool Y/N! Or is it Lord Y/N now," Dante said in a teasing tone.

I looked at him and rolled my eyes, "Wow Dante, your so funny."

"I know."

I shake my head and laugh a little.

"Well I better go and keep making my rounds. I have a lot of people to tell that I am now the lord. Bye."

I turn my back on the five guards and head down the ladder once more. I soon exit the tower and walk around the town telling people the news. A lot of the towns people took it very well, although I could tell they were sad to hear about Aphmau. Some of the people were fine with me being lord, others could care less *cough* Logan*cough*.

"Hey, wait up Lord Y/N."

You turned to see Garroth running to catch up with you.

"Oh hey Garroth! What's up?"

He took a deep breath and said, "Listen, I had such a great time at the dance that night and I know you may be busy but would you consider going out to dinner with me tomorrow night?"

I stood there shocked, a blush forming on my S/T skin.

"U-um, sure. Why not," the blush growing.

His blue eyes light up with exctiment.

"Well, Great! I can't wait! Se you in the morning Lord Y/N."

He bows to me slightly running off to the wall. I shake myself out of my daze and run back home considering it had started getting dark. I went inside my cute little house and soon got settled in.

I run onto my bed and screamed into my pillow.

He asked me out!!! Yay!!!

I flip over, a giant grin plastered on my face.

Wow, a lot happened today. I did my first day of lord duties and I got asked out by my head guard. Definatlily a busy day. I can't wait for tomorrow!

I soon fell asleep, my H/L H/C hair sprawled everyway, dreaming of what was to come tomorrow.
