You are about to kiss when Tom's phone rings. Annoyed, he moves away from you and looks at his phone, "Holland?" he answers. He looks at you and brushes a strand of hair behind your ear. "Send this email to my secretary, she'll handle it," he says, hanging up again. "I should get back inside," Tom says to you and kisses the back of your hand. He makes you so upset you can't get a word out. You nod and walk past him, just, thinking about what's happening right now.

Your heart is still pounding like you just ran a marathon. As you close your bedroom door behind you, you lean against it and take a deep breath. "Did I really fall in love with Tom Holland, the player," you say aloud, going through your hair. Taking your computer that is on the table, you sit down on the balcony. The sun is shining, so you can enjoy the good weather. You take off your blazer and grab some sweater that is in your closet and put it on. You are working on the e-mail you received and are reading it again when you notice Tom coming into the room. He throws his things on the couch and lies down. You slowly walk over to him and look at him. He looks exhausted. "Is everything okay?" you ask worriedly, patiently waiting for an answer. He puts his hand to his forehead and then behind his neck "Yes, why wouldn't it be?", you sit down next to him and look at your hands. "M-May I ask when was the last time you took a break?", "I can't answer that at all, it's been a while", you look at him and are not surprised after that statement. "Y-You should rest," you give nervously because his mood could change again in a few seconds.

He sits up and looks at you. "Work is the best distraction, for my pain," you really didn't expect this statement now. You put your hand to his back and stroke it. You put your chin on his shoulder and try to make him relax a little. "Sometimes talking is the best cure". Tom takes a deep breath and exhales. "She just cheated on me and dumped me. I really loved her with all my heart, but then...", you can tell it's hard for him to talk about it. "It's ok if you don't want to keep talking", "She was gone from one day to the next. I changed my fucking life for her. Moved to New York, put off having kids so many times because of her. I left my family, for her, and for what?" he jumps up and runs towards the balcony. You go after him and stop at the door frame. "I thought that I would forget about her because of all the women, but I couldn't", "This is not what you want to hear right now, but you are doing exactly the same thing as her", he turns to you and gives you a nasty look. "I.AM.NOT.LIKE.HER," he yells at you. "What did you say once? The truth is hard sometimes", you walk into the living room and sit down on the couch.

Tom walks out of the Suit and you just roll your eyes. After a while you take your  phone and search for a new apartment, but were again unsuccessful. You take the remote control and turn on the TV. When you see a report about Tom, you turn up the volume. For the first time you see how happy he used to be. Of course you are sorry about what happened, but what he is doing is not right either. Around 5 p.m. you go to the bathroom and slowly get ready for the ceremony. Tom is still not back. Were you perhaps too hard on him after all? He is actually a really likeable man who can also show his feelings. After showering, you go to the closet and pick out an elegant, but also a sexy dress. After you have changed your clothes three times, you have finally found the right one.

Now you do your make-up and your hair. Since Tom is still not there, you go downstairs alone and already see the huge hall. As you enter the room, all the men look at you at once. When you see Mia you go to her and hug her. "Wow, you just look fanatical," Mia says to you. "I can only return that," you laugh lightly. "Where did you leave your husband?", you look for Tom but still can't find him. "I must have lost him in the crowd", "actually I should be mad at you for leaving me alone at this boring meeting". You hug her and look at her with a smile "sorry. Tom didn't want me to be there anymore," you say in your defense. "He also really yelled at the gentlemen when he came back" you look at them confused. "He said that they must never look at you like that again and if they do, they will cancel the contracts". You are speechless at what Mia just told you. You quickly smile at her and go to find Tom, when you find him outside you go to the giant balcony that is decorated with lots of lights making it all a little cozier.

You slowly walk up to him "I was looking for you" you say softly. "You found me. Surprise," he looks ahead and then back down. He has a glass of white wine in his hand and takes a sip. "I heard what you said in the meeting after I left earlier" he turns to look at you. "Regretted it when you once again couldn't keep your mouth shut," you slowly take his hand and look into his eyes. "I'm sorry. You were right. I should have just kept my mouth shut for once." Tom sets his glass down and runs his free hand down your arm. "You look beautiful, darling," you blush slightly and look down. Tom lifts your chin up and smiles at you. "I'm glad you're here. By my side," "Please don't play with my feelings," he rests his forehead against yours and puts his hand on your hip. "You don't know what you're doing to me. I can't stop thinking about you. Even if it doesn't come across that way" He says
