ONE

ONE

"Hey, Ocean."

Ocean Walker smiled tiredly at the sight of one of her brothers, opening her arms allowing him to hug her.

"You doing okay?"

Ocean nodded her head slowly, burying her face in to the neck of Alex Albon, finding him immediately hugging her back as tightly as he could.

"What was it that you wanted to tell me?" Ocean asked her brother, seeing his face light up in to an adorable smile.

"I'm going in to Formula One! I get to drive for Toro Rosso, how amazing is that?" Alex grinned proudly, seeing his sister smile happily at him.

"That's great! Uh, is Toro Rosso a good team?" The Walker girl questioned only with what Alex could describe as a hilarious frown of confusion.

"Yeah, it's one of the best! George got put in a Williams, poor guy." Alex laughed at the look of realisation on her face.

"And Lando?"

"Mclaren."

"Good or bad?"

"Middle."

The siblings smiled, shaking their heads before giggles left their lips, which soon turned in to full on laughter.

"Charles is in Ferrari this year, so I'm sure he'll do really well." Alex informed his sister, watching as she released a yawn.

"Shift go well?"

Ocean shook her head from side to side. "Nope, part of me wonders why I'm even trying to become a nurse, it's like the whole world is against me."

Alex pouted sadly at his sister, pulling her against his chest and rubbing circles on her back.

"Hey, the nursing world will be lucky to have you, if they're not, I'll call Charles, George and Lando and we'll fight them."

"I don't deserve you guys." Ocean released yet another yawn, one much longer than the previous one.

"No, you don't." The Albon boy winked at his sister and best friend, seeing her tired face force a smile.

"Get yourself in bed, I'll come by in a few minutes and tuck you in with a hot chocolate." Alex placed his hand on the cheek of the his sister, seeing her nod her head.

Ocean's eyes closed as her best friend softly kissed her forehead, before heading towards the kitchen of the house that she was renting.

She slowly stepped towards her bedroom, walking past the three spare rooms that the house had for when Alex and her other brothers stayed over, before collapsing in to her own bed.

Less than five minutes later, Alex quietly sidled in to the room with a warm hot chocolate in his hands, in her favorite mug.

"I gave you extra chocolate sauce and marshmallows because of your bad shift, I think you deserve a treat." Alex placed the warm drink on her bedside table, seeing her slowly drink from it.

"You're the best brother that I could ever wish for." Ocean's eyes began to flutter closed as tiredness started to overcome her. "The best friend I could ever wish for."

Alex watched as she fell asleep, making sure that her phone was charging and that she was completely covered by her sheets before gently kissing his best friends temple.

"You're the best sister and best friend that I could ever wish for, Ocean."

"Blue!"

Ocean turned around at the sound of her nickname, smiling as she saw one of her brothers running up to her in the paddock.

She was immediately pulled in to warm and caring arms, which eloped her gently as if they didn't want to squeeze her too tight.

"Hey, Charlie." Ocean smiled happily at her brother, seeing him kiss both of her cheeks.

"Are you excited to have all of us in Formula One?" Charles Leclerc asked his best friend and sister.

Charles Leclerc saw Ocean as his best friend, but also his sister, since he had known her for a few years and had grown fond of her.

She reminded him of his brother, Arthur.

She was quite innocent, and super caring even to strangers. It was why he knew that she was going to be amazing once she qualified fully as a nurse.

"I am indeed. I might finally be able to learn what it all means." Ocean giggled at the adorable smile that her brother held, shaking his head at her.

She really had tried to learn it all, but it was so confusing to her, and even though she attended races in Formula Three and Formula Two with her brothers in an attempt to learn, she still found herself incredibly confused.

"We have tried to teach you." Charles sighed.

They really had. They used to spend hours trying to explain it to the Walker girl, who would take in the information and then ask the same questions ten minutes later having forgotten it already.

"And I have tried to listen, but you know me, I have the memory of a goldfish." Ocean kissed her brother on the cheek as she pulled away from their hug.

"I've got to find Alex in this Toro Bull garage or something, I'll see you later Charlie!"

She headed in the direction that she had been told to go, by a woman in Mercedes clothes called Angela, and waved goodbye to her brother, seeing him wave back before he headed back to the infamous red garage known as Ferrari.

"Have fun in the loser garage, Blue!"

She walked through the paddock, confused as to where the Toro Bull garage was, since she didn't know anything about the team, other than her brother was driving for it.

Her eyes found the sign for 'Red Bull' and assumed that was the team, since all she could really remember was the 'bull' part of the name since she had googled it.

She hadn't even realised that she had mixed it up, since she had read that Red Bull was the sister team of Toro Rosso, with her mind mashing the two names together.

"Where the hell am I?" Ocean frowned as she stepped in to the garage, seeing people walking past her and paying her no mind.

"Who are you looking for?"

Pierre Gasly made the girl jump, since she was standing in his side of the Red Bull garage. He offered her a polite smile, seeing her carefully smiling back.

"Alex Albon."

Pierre nodded his head, pointing a bit further down from where they were. "He's over there."

"Thank you."

She made her way in the direction that he had told her, only to become even more lost.

"How have I got even more lost?" Ocean whispered to herself not noticing how another person was making their way over to her, having spotted her looking very lost.

"How can I help you?"

"Uh." Ocean froze as she took in the blue eyed man in front of her, seeing him smiling gently at her, having obviously been able to see her confusion. "I'm looking for Alex Albon."

The boy nodded his head at the girl in front of him. "He's driving for Toro Rosso, so he's just down there, this is Red Bull, their sister team."

Ocean's eyes widened to the size of saucers. "So I'm in the wrong garage completely?"

"Yeah, but it's not a big problem, it's quite easy for people to get lost around here. I'm Max."

Ocean smiled at him, shaking the hand that he held out to her. "Oh, hi. I'm Ocean."

"Do you know any other drivers?" Max asked her carefully, wanting to see if she knew who he was.

"I know Lando, Charles, George and of course, Alex. I don't know anybody else, I don't really know anything about the sport really, other than it's fast cars." Ocean rambled on, not noticing the boy in front of her was staring at her in awe.

She was absolutely beautiful, just like the feeling that she gave off.

It was as if she was the purest thing in the whole world.

Her hair seemed to sprawl everywhere, as if she was a goddess, her skin was glowing as if she was the brightest star, her eyes seemed to sparkle and he loved it.

He could tell that her personality was pure and innocent too, that she was a caring person who would want to bring out the best of people.

He could only hope that she could bring out the best in him.
