"I have a lot of questions right now."

Ocean Walker spoke as she stared at the Dutch man that she had grown to care for, his face full of a bright smile that was even evident within his eyes, his irises sparkling.

"I brought you to a zoo."

Max Verstappen smiled sheepishly, lifting the both of his hands in an awkward manner to give some sort of jazz hands motion.

"Who was it?" Ocean breathed out, blinking a couple of times. "It's either Charles or Lando."

"Charles." Max admitted, not wanting to lie to her, seeing her nodding her head up and down as his response hit her ears. "But he only told me about you liking Giraffes. He asked for a lawyer to avoid saying anything else."

Ocean giggled softly, happiness flooding her at the way that Charles had acted, knowing that he was always very funny as well as stupid. Arthur was exactly the same, just French.

"Okay, maybe I won't disown him for spilling my secrets then." The Walker girl teased lightly, a slight smirk upon her soft pink lips. "I do want to see Giraffes, though."

"Of course, that's why I bought you these." Max spoke as he reached in to a brown paper bag, his hand then being held with two different gifts.

One was a headband with giraffe ears on. He hadn't been able to buy one, so he had made one instead, with the help of his sister. It wasn't perfect, one ear was slightly higher than the other and a little bigger, but his sister had convinced him not to throw it away, because it was obvious to have been made personally which would mean more.

The second gift, was a teddy bear of sorts, a giraffe teddy bear wearing Red Bull merchandise which he had made himself yet again, and by the way that Ocean's face seemed to light up, he was hoping that she liked them.

"They're not great, so I won't be offended if you throw them away or anythi-"

Max was cut off by the body of Ocean Walker, practically tackling him in to a hug, her arms wrapping around his waist, small squeals of happiness leaving her lips.

His arms snaked their way around her waist in order to hug her back, his hand resting on the back of her head whilst the other was in the middle of her back. His lips gently pressed against her temple as she hugged him, an appreciative smile covering his features.

He was so lucky to have her in his life.

She was just golden in every single way, in the way that she cared for people and for animals, the way that she would support all of her brothers equally and make sure that none if them felt left out even if it meant that she was barely sleeping, in the way that she would always do her best to help the fans of her brothers and himself get signed merchandise or photos, sometimes taking the photos herself, in the way that she would be there after a bad race to comfort, soothe, calm and hug her people in order to make them feel better.

She was an angel, one so pure and saint like that he swore to always be the Knight there prepared to die to protect her to keep her safe, one so pure that all that he wanted to do was to smother her to avoid the harsh world around them in tainting her, because the world was cruel, harsh and mean, the complete opposite to her.

She had become his guiding light that kept him going every single day, being right there when he needed a shining star to guide him home, the guiding light that would light up his world purely by her presence.

She was the one who he would move heaven and earth for, who would lift a mountain if it meant getting to her, to be with her, who would fight a hundred thousand armies in order to spend just one more minute with her.

She would be there to pick him up and drag him to safety without even knowing it, she would rescue him from the darkest places within his mind, to pull him from the watery depths of the ocean and enlope him in the safety of her loving arms.

She was his ocean.

His Ocean.

"You okay, Ocean?"

Alex Albon spoke slowly as he stepped cautiously in to the bedroom that she had made her home in George's apartment, finding his sister sitting quietly wrapped in a dressing gown, her hair wet from the shower, her eyes closed as if she had fallen asleep sitting upright.

"I'm okay, are you okay?"

Ocean Walker spoke with her eyes remaining close, her breathing slow and calm which was what she had been trying to do, trying to find some peace that could make her headache disappear due to the living area of the apartment being full with very loud and very active Formula One drivers.

"Yeah, are we being too loud? I can tell them to shut the fuck up because I know that you've got a shift tomorrow." Alex asked, unsure.

He moved his body through the door and clicked it close, his feet walking towards her bed so that he could sit beside her, his arm wrapping around her shoulder as he did so.

"Other than Carlos screaming that he is the messiah, you're good. I want you to guys to have fun and not be quiet because I'm working. Yeah, I've got a headache that will make me suffer in the morning, but what I care about more is you guys." Ocean explained, her eyes fluttering open slightly, a wince appearing on her face.

"We only have fun when you're with us." Alex spoke as he pulled his sister in to a hug, his voice soft and gentle to avoid making her headache worse.

"Well, that's bullshit."

Ocean released a short laugh, turning her body so that she was burying her head in to the crook of her brothers neck, her arms wrapped around his waist.

"I don't know how you've put up with me for so long." The Albon man chuckled lightly, his hand lifting up to run his fingers through her hair. "Without you, I probably wouldn't have become a Formula One driver. I still haven't forgotten how you screamed at me telling me not to quit. I jumped so high that I wet myself."

"You gave me a purpose, Alex. I'd like to do the same for you." Ocean breathed out, her voice almost sounding lost.

"And you gave me my dreams, that is a purpose if I've ever known one." Alex pressed a soft kiss to her forehead. "Your dad would be so proud of you."

"He'd be proud of you, too. You were a son to him, don't you remember what he said in his will?" Ocean questioned, hearing Alex mutter that he did not. "If by the time that we're thirty, if we haven't settled down with anybody yet, that we need to fulfil his dreams and become serial killers."

The duo erupted in a soft and happy laughter, wrinkles forming around their eyes as they did so, happy to be with one another.

"Well, maybe we should ditch the 'wait till we're thirty' thing. How about we kill somebody now?" Alex grinned, rising to his feet, his hands outstretched to his sister, his lifeline.

"I choose Carlos!"

"Damn it!"
