Chapter 7: Terrible First Impressions
Bonnie's P.O.V
"Alright! You got this! Just go in and talk to her," I said to myself, preparing myself for Chica. "I gotta make a good impression to make sure she actually likes me." I looked at the door, unready and uneasy but at the same time feeling confident in myself. "You got this! Don't screw up!" I said to myself. I opened the doors as I walked in. "Hey Chica! Whats u-" I stopped to realize she wasn't even in here, only Golden Freddy like usual. "Don't worry, I'm staying in here for only a minute," I said to him. As expected, he didn't responded. Now that I think about he never did speak to us, or anyone for that matter. "Squeak." I looked down to see Carl was here, guess he decided to stay here, probably because Foxy would try to eat him. Foxy always had a habit of doing that. "Oh! Hey Carl! You know where Chica is at?" I asked him. "Squeak, Squeak," he responded. "Why did I even bother asking him? I can't understand him," I said to myself. "Ok. Can you show me where she is?" I asked. He nodded in response as he walked out the door, while I followed behind him. As I walked out, I could see Foxy sitting at one of the tables, almost like he was ready to watch me fail. Like that would happen. "Now I see you're turning this into something to entertain yourself with," I said. "Nope. Go head! Do your thing," he responded. "I'll show you how it's done!" I said trying to show I had courage in my ability's. "Then you better prove me wrong," he responded. "Oh I will!" I said before turning around and following Carl. We were walking down the right hall, and I could see Chica at the door of the security office. "Hey Chica!" I said walking up to her. "Hey Bonnie! Whats going on?" she said. "Nothing much," I responded. 'Ok. Now I gotta complement things about her. But what though?' I thought. 'I know! I'll say something about the weather!' "So... the weathers nice, huh?" I asked. "Um... yeah," she responded a bit unsettled. 'Wait! We don't even know the weather, and that doesn't matter anyways! Dammit! Uh... what to do, what to say,' I thought. 'Oh! I'll say how I like her bib!' "So um... you have a nice bib!" I said suddenly. "Thanks?" responded Chica not sure how to respond. 'Great, I'm making this seem hella awkward!' I thought. 'Uh... what to do, what to say! I don't know! Ugh! I'll just improvise!' "So, Mike. He sure knows how to defend himself with strategy right?" I asked. "Sure? Can't jump-scare him ever; nobody has," she said. 'Thank god! She's feeling less awkward now. I gotta keep it at that or it'll be like how I started,' I thought. "So umm... uh," I said. I couldn't get my words out for some reason, it was like something was blocking the words from coming out me. I was getting nervous, and that was controlling me. "Bonnie, you're acting strange right now, is something wrong?" she asked. "No! Nothing's wrong!" I said trying to deny it. 'Great, she's catching on to my behavior!' I thought. 'I gotta say something! But what?' "Umm... uh. CHICA I THINK YOU'RE NICE!" I blurted out suddenly. "Squeak?" said Carl confused. "O-k? I'm... gonna go now," said Chica as she walked past me with Carl, leaving me to be the one to blame for her leaving. I walked over to Foxy, and I could see him trying hard not to laugh at my unfortunate attempt at an impression. "You going to let it out?" I asked him. "Yeah! WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT! THAT WAS A TERRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION!" he spat out while laughing uncontrollably. "Wow! You sure like to take everything as a joke," I said. "Ok, ok! I'll stop now," he said trying to stop laughing. "I told you this would happen. Do you regret it?" he said. "I guess," I said not wanting to admit it. "I think we need to talk about this, but not without a price," he said. "Of course," I said knowing he was scheming like usual, after all he is a pirate. "But it better be worth it in the end."
