Before you continue just know I really needed some angsty fluff bits (towards the end) so it's short compared to the rest of my chapters.

"Sam are you sure you're okay?" Gabriel questioned Sam for what felt like the 1,000,000th time.

"Yes Gabriel! Now shut up! Please" Sam groaned as he tried to read the lore book.

"Are you sure?"

"I'm okay! Why does everyone think I'm a sulking child?! Dean, Cas and mum go off hunting because they think I need time to 'breathe"!" Sam ranted, he stood up so fast that the chair fell over. Gabriel shut right up. "Thank you"

Sam picked up the chair and continued to read.

Boooooooop

Sam glanced over to Gabriel as he continued to make the noises.

"Can you not?"

"You promised me sex... and I'm still horny" Gabriel complained, trying to suggest something.

"When I'm done" Sam turned back to the book which was about the width of his forearm.

"Saaaaaaaaaaaaam" Gabriel waved his arms and legs around. A light smile spread across Sam's face yet he continued to read. "Pleeeeease" Gabriel batted his eyes as he crept in between Sam and the book. Sam continued to look past Gabriel. Gabriel grabbed Sam's jaw and pulled his head up to meet each other's eyes.

"Stunning" Sam complimented Gabriel's eyes.

"You know what's better than these... this..." Gabriel motioned to his crotch giving a suggestive eyebrow wiggle.

"You are relentless" Sam smirked, pulling Gabriel to meet his lips in a soft brush.

"And you're a tease" Gabriel moved closer, more urgently and sloppy. Obviously trying again. Sam squeezed his tongue in and traced over the bottom of his mouth. Gabriel ran his hands down to Sam's buckle but Sam pulled it up to his cheek. "You're no fun"

"I'm working" Sam muffled out as he grazed his teeth over Gabriel's sweet lips before pulling away.

"Fine then" Gabriel groaned as he trudged off to Sam's room to do who knows what.

Sam certainly wasn't okay. He'd completely lost his apatite, he couldn't sleep at all. He tried, he was exhausted but they never closed. All he did all day was read, he didn't even acknowledge Gabriel even existed unless he annoyed him.

"Sam?" An almost innocent voice perked up. Sam peered up from the book.

"Yeah Gabe" Sam gingerly replied with a soft smile.

"You've been reading all day" Gabriel whispered. It was true, Sam hadn't moved, like at all. He was still on the same page he had been four hours ago.

Sam leaned back onto his chair vigorously rubbing his face. Gabriel slid over to Sam's side and slowly made tiny circles all over his back.

"Thank you" Sam looked up into Gabriel's eyes before looking down to Gabriel's hand and gently taking it, guiding it up to his lips. He placed gentle pecks all over his hand and arm. Gabriel blushed a light red. "What?" Sam smiled.

"You know exactly what to do to make me feel special"

"Well it's only fair that I return the favour" Sam pulled Gabriel down onto his lap. Gabriel stretched his arms around Sam's neck, nose to nose. "Gorgeous" Sam pulled Gabriel closer. quick, soft and passionate not desperate like before.

"Are you okay?..." Gabriel murmured unsure if Sam would upset or angry with him.

"No..." Sam's walls crumbled for a split second, showing nothing but exposed pain.

"Then let's work it out..." Gabriel pulled Sam into his chest, holding him as tight as he could. It seemed to work, Sam's body relaxed in his arms and his eyes slowly began to close.
