Part Twenty Six
I arose from the sofa and moved to his kitchen were multiple beer bottles laid on the island and the sink. I felt so sad, so lost that he drank so much. Then I remembered how much I drank.
I peeked around the corner to see him snoozing lightly. I smiled and started cleaning the kitchen without making any noise.
I felt so much better for the reasoning that it felt like old times. The breakup was so hard and troublesome. Price, Joe, and Phil were so worried about the both of us.
Conor knows what happened. I know he does easily. I finally turned the oven on and started poking through his freezer. He looked as if he hadn't eaten in so long, taking the drink for himself only. I was annoyed and worried about him, and in hopes that he wouldn't kick me out when he saw me.
Eventually, I got food out and popped them into the oven, heading to the shower to make myself somewhat fresh. I knew Conor wouldn't gave minded.
His apartment was messy, his bedroom was filled with beer bottles and old clothes that needed washed. I sighed and walked to the shower and opening the glass door before turning it on.
I took my shirt off, along with my jeans and boxers. I folded them and set them on the radiator which was warming up nicely. I hoped I didn't wake Conor so he would get at least some sleep.
His eyes were black. Bags hung over his waterline which scared me. Conor looked like he hadn't slept in a few weeks. I just wanted him to get some rest.
I wet my hair and washed myself. I felt the smallest bit fresher, still listening to my pounding heart. That boy would be the death of me someday.
The window shot out some sunshine which was odd for January. Suddenly I heard a click but thought nothing of it.
The shower was roaring loud and so warm, making me yawn and not want to get out.
Hands wrapped around my waist while I was facing the shower wall, as lips kissed my shoulder.
"Conor, I am so-."
"Don't be. I should be. I knew what happened for so long and indulging every ounce of pain stung." I felt tears down my back but I couldn't tell if it was water or his tears.
I turned around and pulled him into a hug. "You smell good." Conor giggled on my chest and I smiled. The soft voice I missed was back.
I kissed him passionately like I'd lost him for years even though it was only a few weeks. My grip tightned onto his waist, earning a groan.
We didn't care if we were naked. It hadn't come across us as I explored every inch of his body.
This is what I craved for. Him.
Conors POV:
When I woke up I knew it was Dom in the shower. I knew he was the one who helped me get up and lay me down on the sofa then blanketed me. I smiled and remincised his hands on my waist when he laid beside me.
The heat in the shower was everything. His lips on mine as either of my legs were on his waist, the cold wall pressed against my back. The grunts and moans. Body against body.
"Come on. I have food in the oven." I slid down Dom and landed on my feet after being pressed to the wall. He laid a chaste kiss on my forehead and on my nose.
"I missed you."
"I missed you too, Conor."
Now just to ask him if he'd take me back.
I slurred words to myself of happiness and rushed to the oven to take the food out.
I called Phil.
"Um so."
"You had a hot makeout session with Conor? Was damn well hoping, your depressing ass is making me depressed." Phil sighed on the end of the line.
"Yeah yeah. Lucky guess. Listen, are you and Price free? Maybe even Joe?"
"We're chilling out here, having a few beers. Need us to do something romantic again?" Phil laughed with two distant laughs of Price and Joe.
"Yes. Very funny you three. I need Conor back unless you want me to go depressed again,"
Phil sighed then laughed, agreeing so I gave him the details, time and what to do.
I'd be lost without them all, specially Conor. Price and Joe helped me through so much when I came out about loving Conor but being so doubtful about it.
"Alright thank you." I skurried off the phone while Conor was walking up in a baggy jumper and some sweats.
"Hey baby." Conor said and snuggling into my chest.
"We have somewhere to be so be ready in less than two hours."
I handed him some chips and a little chicken after he smiled and kissed me again.
It felt so normal like nothing happened and the amount of joy that brought me was unreal.
He hopped with excitement, bringing me exiting and unforgettable memories.
