"Think just to kill time. I want to know whether your opinion corresponds with mine or not."

"I have no more energy to talk now." There was a pleading look in his eyes.

"Just this. I am not going to worry you anymore on this day." Malathi was persistent.

"Hundred percent we need." He opened his eyes and looked at his wife. "I already told you sex education is not to say how to do sex. It is to say the disadvantages of premature and unsafe sex. It is to say how to take precautions at least...." He felt uncomfortable to say that. "If they cannot restrain the urge."

"But it is appearing to me like encouraging them to immoral sex by taking precautions."

"It sure appears like that but it is better to take precautions and do it rather than subjecting themselves to unnecessary diseases and unwanted pregnancies."

There was silence between them both then. Neither of them knew what to say more.

Fever completely off Ragini appeared so happy and active to Jasmine and Mounika. The change in her like that did not surprise either Jasmine or Mounika. They both knew very well why she had got that fever.

"I am feeling so happy and so happy now. I am going to say one more good thing to both of you." Hugging them both at once, Ragini said.

"First tell us what is that good news." Mounika asked her.

"I have got my periods also." Ragini laughed and said.

"We have confirmed ourselves that there is no pregnancy at all on yesterday itself." Jasmine said. "Anyway it is double confirmed now."

"There is one more good news here and if you both hear it, you feel shock." Narrowing her eyes Ragini said.

"It seems that you are going to say only good news all the time this day. Spit that out." Mounika said.

"Pramod came to see me." Ragini said with a small voice.

"What?" Mounika and Jasmine said at once and looked into each other's eyes. "Pramod came to see you?" Mounika said.

"That is what I am saying. Pramod came to see me. He felt very bad for what he did to me."

"I see." Mounika nodded her head. "What else he said to you?"

"We completely misunderstood Pramod. He said that he would not leave me all alone with the problem. As we both were in the same way contributed to it, he is ready to tell the world that he is the father of the child. He promised to marry me. He said he would not bother with the consequences we have to face because of that." Ragini said.

"And you believed every word he said!" Mounika sarcastically said.

"He meant what he has said. There is no necessity to him to come and see me. No one would blame him if he did not do that. But he came to see me. He felt very bad seeing my condition so. Once said I was pregnant, he instantly came forward to take the responsibility."

"Oh, my god! I just don't know what to say." Mounika exasperated.

"Its alright Ragini. It proved he is also a good boy. There is no necessity to punish anyone. Just tell him that there is no pregnancy to you and ask him study carefully." Jasmine said.

"I already told him that and relieved him from his tension." Ragini said.

"Then what else there is to think or worry about? You too concentrate on your studies and get good marks in your examinations. In the first unit test you did not score well. You too know about that." Jasmine said again.

"Pramod and I want to marry." As if she did not hear anything Jasmine said, Ragini said.

"What?" Jasmine almost yelled on hearing that. "Tell me what you have said just now?" she asked her. Mounika also equally bewildered on hearing that and just remained looking into her friend's face.

"What is that much surprising in it? As we like each other a lot, we both want to marry."

"My god! Do you know how much aged you both are? Just fourteen and fifteen!" Mounika became aghast and said. "Minors cannot marry."

"We wait until we become majors and then marry." Ragini said.

"Then it may be okay." Jasmine said. "But don't let ideas like love, marriage, children etc. into your mind now. This age is particularly to study. Once you complete your studies, then you may think about your marriage with him."

"It is appearing impossible to me to wait that long." With a small voice Ragini said again.

"You just said that you both wait until you become majors." Mounika said.

Ragini hissed out heavily and said "I cannot say. But I am feeling too much to be with him always. I just cannot bear separation from him now."

Jasmine and Mounika both were dumbfounded on hearing that. For sometime they remained staring into each other's eyes. They just did not know what to talk.

"This lovebug dear" after a considerable pause, Jasmine said with firmness in her voice. "is more dangerous than the pregnancy you thought that you got. It eats out your whole life. You know very well that it is not possible to you and to that Pramod to live together now."

"Why not it is possible? What is wrong in it? Once we both love and like each other like this and going to marry in future, why should not we live together?" Ragini asked angrily.

"Just shut up. Shut your mouth. Don't say anything more." Mounika was almost yelling on hearing that. "You are disgusting to me. More disgusting than ever. I have not felt disgust like this on you when you said that you have committed that mistake with Pramod and got pregnancy."

"Use your brain Ragini. It is not wise. You said that you both marry when you become majors, its okay. But what is this? How it is possible now to both of you to live together? First of all think what your mother would do to you if she comes to know about it." Looking pleadingly into the eyes of Ragini, Jasmine said.

There was an instant fear expression on the face of Ragini and she clipped her inner lip between her teeth frames for some seconds thinking something. But in those few seconds her face became plain again and she said "I am not going to feel fear to anyone. Pramod shall be there for me all the time."

Mounika tried to say something more angrily to Ragini but Jasmine stopped her. "We talk about it later. I have to go home now."

Mounika nodded her head and they both came out of the house after saying bye to Ragini's mother also.

"I just don't know how to deal with this problem. She became mad." Mounika said. "Just see how she is talking! I never have thought that she behaves brainless like this!"

"There is only one way to solve this problem." Jasmine thoughtfully said.

"You can find a way also to solve this?" looking surprisingly into the face of Jasmine, Mounika asked her.

"I am thinking it may work out even I am not sure. No danger in trying." After few seconds pause she said again "We have to meet Pramod now."

"What? We need to meet Pramod?"

"Yes, we need to meet Pramod." Jasmine said with a firm voice. "Now itself if possible."

"Not that much of a difficult task. My mother and his mother are friends. On some occasions I went to their home with my mother. Where we do have to talk with him?"

"Somewhere where we shall not be disturbed atleast for half an hour."

"Alright. Come with me. Once we meet him we shall decide where to talk with him."

Mounika and Jasmine went to Pramod's house. Luckily Pramod was in the house itself and Jasmine and Mounika were warmly greeted by Pramod and his parents.

"Your mother and you stopped coming to our house completely." Looking at Mounika, Pramod's mother Meenakshi said.

"Just we cannot find time. We always think to come here." Mounika said. Then she introduced Jasmine to Pramod's parents and they greeted her also in a warm way.

Then Mounika looking into the face of Pramod said "Pramod I want some clarifications in mathematics problems. Will you please help me?"

"Is my son that much intelligent to clear mathematics doubts to ninth class students? He never has appeared like that to me." There was surprise in the face of Pramod's father Prakasa Rao.

"He is. We ninth class students generally prefer to consult him to clear our doubts in mathematics and physics." With a smile on her lips Jasmine said.

"I never have felt this much happy in my life. Okay my boy take these both girls into your study room and clear their doubts." His father said again.

Pramod promptly took them both into his study room and closed the doors. He said after few seconds pause "I can understand why you both have come. I am very sorry to what I did. I am ready....." Pramod tried to say something more.

"Its alright. Whatever happened is happened. We felt very much happy for your attitude with Ragini." Mounika said.

Pramod nodded his head. "What do you want to be done by me now?" he said.

Mounika explained to him how Ragini was behaving then. "You know it is not at all possible that you both live together now. Its okay that you both marry after you become majors. But before that she has to concentrate on her studies. You know how much her mother is worrying about her."

"Yes I know." Pramod nodded his head. He was bewildered on hearing what they said.

"We both tried our level best to make her understand that it is not wise to think like that. But she is not listening to us at all." Jasmine paused a moment before continuing. "Now only you can persuade her. Tell her that it is not possible to you both to live together like that. Tell her frankly rather stubbornly that no sort of relationship is possible between you both, until you both marry."

"Even not as friends either?" looking into Jasmine's face, Pramod asked her. "In fact I am also feeling too much about her. It may not be possible to me also without seeing or talking with her."
