Summer rose smiled as she pat her eldest child head as she looked at him. Y/n sat next to his younger siblings as the three of them ate breakfast as well as their parents.  The sound of thunder went off in the background making the five look out the window as Ruby began to cry from the loud sound. The father,Taiyang xiao long, began to comfort his daughter making her calm down slowly but surely. The five walked towards the living room and began to watch a movie to pass the time as their corgi pup Zwei waddled his way towards the three siblings sitting in the boys lap.

Soon the rain stopped and the three siblings went outside to go play. The three began to play tag but as Ruby began to chase her older siblings the three of them failed to noticed two red eyes poking through the bushes. Giggling Ruby ran after her siblings but tripped and scratched her knee. Ruby began to sit up and sniff as tears began to appear the two older siblings ran up to her as they checked on her but something snapped making the two turn around. There stood the biggest Beowolf they have ever seen

"Yang. Grab Ruby and carefully get to mom and dad." The boy ordered as he stood in front of his sisters with a stick as a weapon. "Can you do that for me Yang?" Looking over his shoulders the boy looked as his sister stood up with Ruby in her arms. "Thanks sis I'll cover you." The brave ten year old boy began to run opposite to the monster yelling at it. "Hey over here freak fresh meat this way!"

The beowolf looked at the boy as it licked its mouth chasing at the boy making the two girls run as well but tripping Yang let out an audible ouch making the beast stare at her looking between the two the beast ran after the two girls making the boy run as fast as he could towards them,throwing the stick, the beast move its head to the side but quickly went to bite the two. The two girls closed their eyes scared to feel the pain but it didn't happen,blood dripped on the floor as a arm stuck in its mouth making the boy scream in pain.

The beowolf began to flail the boy around like a dog that got a new toy. The scream didn't go unheard as the two parents rushed out with their weapons seeing what's going on, shooting the monster in the side, Summer watched as he step son went flying into a tree as the impact shook the branches making some leaves fall to the ground.  Tai angered at the fact the boy is hurt rushed at the beast as Summer ran towards the boy with the two girls following her,but she stopped looking in horror, the boys arm was ripped as the teeth holes pierced the boys arm and the deep cuts from the teeth dragging along it made her slowly cry. The two sisters looked away so none of them noticed a black and red ooze slowly dripped from the tree branch. The boys half opened eyes showed a hazy forest but what was noticeable was a black figure with a sickening grin along with big wide eyes that lite up from the sun. The figure turned into a liquid as it began to go through his wound making him scream in pain. This made Summer look up scared seeing the ooze flow into his arm, waving her hands, she tried to stop it but failed as it submerged into the boys arm closing his wound and rebuilding his arm. The clouds appeared again as the ran began to wash over everyone as the negative emotion summoned a bigger grimm. A Wendigo.

Summer watched as the boys arm began to rebuild as red and black tendrils morphed the boys hand into a claw. The boy looked at his hand still screaming but this time it was in fear.

"It's raining. You're bleeding."

Y/ns fearful look vanished as it was replaced with a crazed smile while the black and red tendrils began to consume his body.

"Carnage is starving~."

Summer stood back moving the girls as the red and black tendrils covered half of the boys head until it fully covered his head and made it's way down towards the body.

Tai had just finished off the Beowolf and went to attack the Wendigo but noticed a red tendril plant itself on the beast, yanking it back, Tai saw the beast get thrown into multiple trees and then towards the ground. Tai heard crazed laughter as he saw a red and black monster jump through the trees towards the beast.

"Grimm. Such fascinating creatures,able to destroy towns. Hehehahahahaha." Tai watched at the monster held its sides laughing hysterically. "But such beast can only survive in numbers,while we just need each other to survive." The Wendigo began to back away as the monster walked over to it with its left claw pointed upwards showing its spear-like fingers. Tai has never seen a Grimm show fear,but then again, the beast has a reason to be afraid as he was as well. The monster shot red webs restricting the beasts movements.

"You are a plague on this world. You tried to hurt our sisters and now we will kill you." The monster sat on the Grimms stomach the monster traced its fingers along the beast chest in a sinister motion. But what came next scared him, the monster began to rip the monster in half, by only using its claws. Tai watched in horror as the Wendigo began to screech in pain until it slowly began to dissolve.  The monster began to eat the dissolving beast making the dust like flesh vanish. The beast vanished but the monster roared in anger.

"Carnage.Hungry!"

Tai prepared to fight but let his guard down as he heard Summer and Yang yell out to him. "Tai/Daddy!" While the hunter was distracted Carnage jumped at the man but a small innocent voice yelled stop,making the monster smiled at the toddler known a Ruby showing his razor sharp teeth.

"Toddlers always taste the best."

Lunging at the two girls Yang and Ruby curled up but heard screaming as the beasts left claw began to bulge showing a human hand. The human hand went to the opposite claw and pulled out its other self. The two hands went to pull onto the chest,stretching it out, monstrous screams along with child screams echoed through the forest.

"Seems like you're spared this time. Hehehahaha"  the monster laughed as a human head appeared inside its mouth showing his black hair and soon his face the monsters form dropped to the ground onto his knees with his arms drooping. The red and black skin crawled into the mouth,eyes and nose of the boy showing Tai his son making the family run to him as the boy dropped to the side.The clouds vanished as the four family members rushed to the boy.

"Y/n come on son hang in there!"

The boy began to fade in and out of consciousness.

"Come on quickly we need to get him to the living room." A new drunken voice rang into the boys ears.

"We should take him to the hospital! he has a destroyed....arm?"

Later that day.

Y/n slowly began to sit up from the couch as Summer rest her head on her folded arms asleep. "What happened?" Getting up Y/n walked towards the kitchen to get a glass of water.

"Y/n"

This suprised the boy as he saw a red ooze like demon off the reflection of the water making him drop the glass shattering it. This made Summer run towards the kitchen seeing Y/n having a panick attack as his eyes filled with red and his left hand began to morph into a  red and black claw.

"MOM,DAD!"

Running towards the boy Summer went to help him but was hit by a tendril waking and startling Qrow as he slept in the chair with Tai running down the stairs. The three tried to get to him but were all held back by a tendril as a the red and black monster appeared in a liquidy man as it ran its claws gently across the scared childs chin. The monster smiled at the adults.

"He's mine."

Slowly the liquid began to cover Y/n from behind until Qrow threw a sound grenade making a high pitch ring making the beast scream in pain and retreat into the boys body not only dropping the adults but making the boys hand return to normal and his conjunctiva turn back to white as the red flushed out of his eyes. Summer zoomed to the boy as she held onto him as he sobbed in her arms.

"Qrow what is this thing?"

"A failed experiment by Atlas."

"Why did it choose my son?!" Tai yelled as he stared at the man.

"I don't know,but Y/n wasn't the only person that this thing connected to. I'm sure you've heard of the Carnage Killer." This made the two adults look at the boy in shock. "That thing. That's in Y/n is that very thing. Its name is Carnage."

Next day.

"Bwig brother can we go play?" Ruby asked the door to the boys room as the boy opened the door to show him not looking so good. His eyes had bags underneath them from lack of sleep, his room completely destroyed with red webs everywhere. 

"S-Sorry Ruby I can't maybe n-next time?" The boy said with a forced smile this smile was enough to trick the small child as she smiled and nod.

"Okay, how bout tomorrow?" She suggested with a small bright smile.

"I'll think about it. SHUT UP!" The boy suddenly exclaimed as he held his head with his right hand but Ruby could make out a red tip.

"Bwig brother?"  Ruby looked at her brother with worry only to be met with a closed door as painful grunts began to rang in the room. Summer walked up to her daughter and smiled a bit.

"How about you help mommy with baking?" This earned the grown woman a gasp.

"Are we making cookies?" Ruby asked with a smile.

"Yes we are Rubes. Come on let's go."

Walking with her mother Ruby failed to noticed a red tendril missing her as it went back into the room. Inside the room Y/n jumped to the ceiling with a red claw over his left hand as he hung there trying to stop Carnage from taking over. "You need to stop Carnage." Flipping upside down the boy held onto a red web as his left eye morphed red and black. "Whats the matter Y/n just give into your urges."  Carnage cackled util the bell to the house rang.  Down stairs the home echoed as multiple footsteps began to go off in the house. Multiple shadows were seen under the door. "Ooo fresh meat"

Outside the room.

"Stop you can't do this!" Summer yelled as she watched Atlas military go up the stairs.

"Actually I can miss. Rose, your son is in control of a highly dangerous experimant and we need to contain it. Even if it means that we take your son." The head of Atlas military spoke. "How's it going up there?" He yelled out until multiple gunshots were heard along with hysterical laughter. Screams echoed upstairs as blood shot down onto the stairs and even on the walls. A shadow leaped onto the living room wall as it hung onto the wall with its left claw and talons. The boy smiled insanely as half of the ooze was on the left side of the boy while tears were streaming down the boys right human eye slightly watering the blood allowing it go down his cheek.

"Hello James." The boy spoke as he laughed at him. "Fancing meeting you here, like my new host?"

James looked at the boy as Carnage was more control over him then he did. Slowly Carnage began to cover him. "Project C you are to leave Y/n Xaio longs body or we will have to force you." James spoke calmly warning a laugh from the creature.

"What can you do to me than those excuses of soldier you had upstairs?" Carnage questioned until the house became dark from the sudden blockade of the sun.

Quickly handing the family some ear muffs a sonic wave blasted into the house shattering the windows and making Carnage fall to the ground in pain as it retreated into the boys skin. Walking up to the boy James threw a tiny ball at the boys body scanning the boy it flashed and created a giant bubble. "Project C is captured return him to the lab so we can keep an eye on him." Suddenly four people walked into the house and rolled the boy out much to the parents dismay. "I'm sorry but I assure you Summer,Tai. Your son will be safe and healthy, when we can we will release this beast from him, then hand him back to you."

Walking away Jame took Y/n away towards the kingdom of Atlas to be monitored.
