Sleeping soundly in his bed a black haired boy yawned as he sat up and stretched as he woke up the small Grimm Cub. Koda sat up and walked over to his bowl and began to take a drink while Y/n grabbed a mug with Carnage making the boy coffee but failed causing the boy to toss it out and just stick with water. Calling for the bear cub Y/n noticed his cub was actually bigger.

"Woah Koda. You've gotten big." He smiled picking up the cub as he pawed the boys nose making him smile. Just then he heard a knock at his door making him open it seeing Jaune.

"Hey Y/n, Sorry to interrupt you, but did you get a call from the girls last night?" He asked making the boy shoot a web to his scroll before having it appear in his hands.

"Huh. Looks like I missed a call from Yang." He said before replaying the message but only static came. The both of them knew something was wrong. "I'll try giving Blake a call." He said before going to his contacts until the both of them heard a alarm from the city. Soon the alarm from Beacon went off making the three hold their ears.

"My team are heading to the city. Meet you there?" He asked making the boy nod before closing his door and getting dressed. Grabbing a pair of pants the boy hopped as he tried to put a leg on along with grabbing a shirt. Getting ready to run outside Y/n was stopped by Koda as he whined.

"Wanna come with?" He asked as the Ursa Cub's ears perked up with him smiling. Opening the door and running outside Y/n followed behind Koda as the two rushed to a bullhead team CFVY were in along with Port.

"Hey wait up." He yelled but the doors closed and the ship was about to take off. Grabbing Koda Y/n slugged him over his shoulder and shot a web at it as the two flew with the ship. Flying a ove Vale the two let go as Y/n and Koda landed on the ground before ruuning off with Rip and Tear active. But a sudden grimm stopped in front of the two of them.

"What the fu-" back flipping from an attack from the Grimm. Y/n extended his claws as they shined white. "Koda get to team RWBY." He commanded as the cub looked at him with worry. "Don't worry I'll help you get a hit in." He smiled as he grabbed the small cub. "Get those claws ready buddy." He smiled as Koda did exactly that. Throwing him the cub zoomed past the monster and cut it's right eye before hitting a house Koda went through a portal and headbutt a Beowolf shocking little red.

Y/n and the now half blind Grimm looked at each other before circling around each other. Running forward Y/n slashed at the beast after slid underneath a swing from the beast. Hooking his claws in the beast thigh Y/n kicked off the ground and stabbed it in the back before jumping off and vanishing into a portal. Opening two portals in the sky he began to gain speed as he opened multiple portals around the grimm before he rapidly slashed it as he went through the portals with his speed. But the beast was able to close line him to the ground causing him to flip and land face first.

"Ow." He groaned but rolled out of the way as the grimm tried to stomp on him. Twisting his body Y/n sprung to his feet and smirked. Rushing forward he slashed at the beast as ice shot out from his cold claws causing the beast to get frost around his cut. Quickly swapping his dust the claws now turning black as he stabbed it causing him to bounce off before changing into yellow. Running at the beast Y/n went to electrocute it but was grabbed by the face before thrown into the building and appearing on the other side. Standing up slowly the boy held his back as glass was impaled in it. But Carnage was about to get it off before being stopped as the two side flipped avoiding a attack. Quickly making his back face the grimm Y/n gave Carnage the all clear as it shot the glass shards at the beast cutting it multiple times.

Turning around Y/n rushed the beast as the Grimm did the same unfazed by the attack. He went to slide under the fist but was shocked as it quickly grabbed him with the swinging fist. Picking him up the monster began to slam him into the ground.

Y/n screamed in pain as the grimm was dishing out more damage as Carnage was having a heard time keeping up with the amount of damage he was taking. Holding him upside down the Grimm smirked before cutting the boy deep as it dragged its claws into his chest making him scream even more. Upon reflex,Y/n stabbed the beast in it's bad eye making it let him go by throwing him over a building. Flying over the buildings Y/n skipped on the roofs of the buildings before falling onto the ground but was stopped by his red claw. Looking up he heard Carnage speak.

"I got us." It spoke making the boy nod slowly. But the two felt something shift in the building making Carnage pull the boy up as the Grimm ran out of the building missing its target. "Take five Y/n. I'll handle this." The symbiote said making the boy nod before closing his eyes as Carnage ran from the claw over the boys body completing his form.

"Show time." The symbiote smirked as it jumped of the building pouncing at the grimm. Slashing at the beast Carnage began to use its tendrils to wrap around the beast making it be restraint. Smirking the symbiote bit the grimm in the shoulder before ripping off its skin all the while it began to rip the spikes on it's back off. Jumping off the beast, before it crashed into a building, Carnage smirked as it looked at the beast as it rushed at him. Opening a portal Carnage looked at it before smirking as it jumped back into it with the grimm following. The grimm searched for the symbiote as they appeared around a dark building. The grimm looked around and missed a rushing symbiote as it ran through the room like some sort of demon. The grimm looked around before feeling a tendril rip off its leg causing it to roar in pain. Before it could attack its left arm was ripped off along with more of its spikes. Next was the other half of the body as the limbs were ripped off. Laying on the ground alive since Carange put some tendrils in it to make sure it doesn't vanish. Grabbing the beast by sinking its claws into the monsters chest. The symbiote dragged it to a meat grinder. The grimm looked at the symbiote with fear as it smiled at it with a sickening look.

"Looks like Grimm is on the menu." It smirked as it slowly began to push the grimms body in as its head was near the blade of the machine. The area changed as it showed a meat factory and grimm screams as Carnage laughed. Walking out of the factory Carnage is seen eating a black patty as it used a white spike to pick at his teeth.

Going back into Y/n the boy hurled onto a tree as he regretted giving Carnage control. Opening a portal he appeared in the middle of Vale with his team as they smiled seeing him. Y/n smiled back as he was hugged by his sisters.

"Can we go home?" He asked making them nod and everyone left to Beacon.

All of team RWBYY along with Zwei and Koda sat at the edge of beacons cliff as they all talked about their encounters with the grimm in the city.

"If we don't get extra credit for that I'm gonna be deeply disappointed." Weiss said as she sat next to Y/n.

"Weiss a grimm flattened a bakery. I don't think we'll be getting that." Yang replied.

Y/n was going through his scroll until a message appeared from Eddie.

"Hey kid.

"How did he get my number?" Y/n thought as Carnage spoke to him.

"You really wanna know? This is my dad soo." He said making Y/n nod.

Looking at the article Y/n began to read the article talking about the robberies he's stopped,the car chase, mugging and even helping a family get their tire on their car. But what made him smile was seeing the word "Hero" on the article making the rest of the team huddle around him.

"The being known as the Carnage Killer has not only stopped multiple attempts of robbery but also helped innocent people. Could this be the work of a villian turn good or something entirely different. I personally think this is a murderer seeing the errors of his way and is working on fixing it.

Carnage people may not believe that you are having a change of heart. But I do. Keep it up and one day you'll change your public image in the eyes if many.

Ruby just finished reading a quote from Eddie as Weiss held her boyfriends hand making him smile at her as she rest her head on his shoulder before Y/n yawned.

"Anyone up for some sleep?" Ruby asked as she got multiple approvals from her team.

Entering their dorm the five humans and two animals walked to their beds but Y/n noticed his bed was missing. But felt his scroll going off.

"Sorry Mr.Branwen but we had to remove your bed from your dorm so the students from the other academies can have somewhere to sleep." The message he got from Ozpin read out loud making the team look at him. "Well I need a place to sleep." He said as he looked around.

"Well you can sleep on my bunk." Ruby said but Weiss chimed up.

"Don't you move in your sleep? Plus it would be weird for a brother and sister to sleep in the same bed at your guy's age." She said. "So I put my bed and company up for grabs." She said as Y/n and Yang smirked.

"Awe does Weiss want to sleep with my brother/me?" They teased making the schnee look at them with annoyance.

"I will make you sleep on the ground." She said pointing at Y/n with her finger making him place his hands up surrending.

"No I'll take the offer." He smiled making her smirk.

"Besides what kind of girlfriend would I be if I let my spouse sleep on the ground." She said as Y/n chuckled.

"I will have you call me your boyfriend or some sort of cute nickname Snow White." He smirked as he felt a pillow hit his head.

"Just get showered up and get in bed." She said as a blush was on her face. "I don't want you stinking up my sheets." She said as Y/n nod smiling.

"Love you too sweetheart." He smiled as he twiped his pajamas from his bag before running to the bathroom.

Weiss smirked as she watched him enter the bathroom. She won't admit it but she likes his teasing.

After about an hour the team was washed and clean as Y/n had just made the team some noodles along with some sushi with the help of Carnage as the symbiote had cut the ingredients.

"Awe. I think I'm full." Ruby said as Weiss nod but Yang and Blake looked at the boy Yang wanting more noodles and Blake some more sushi.

Handing out seconds Y/n pulled a chocolate bar from the fridge as Ruby went to have a piece Y/n swat her hand away.

"Rubes that's Carnages food." He said making the red caped girl nod.

"Y/n." She asked as she shifted in her seat.

"What's up Rubes?"

"Can I talk to Carnage?" She asked making the team look at her confused.

"Sure?" He asked as Carnage went to come out as a tendril but was stopped.

"No I want to talk to him alone." She said making the symbiote cover the boy as he and Ruby walked out into the hallway.

"What's up Ruby?" He asked as the small flower looked at him as tears dropped.

"Why did you kill my mom?" She asked as Carnage flinched at her question, He knew it was gonna be asked,but now of all times?

" Ruby a way my race survives is by eating a certain protein found in limit food supplies but aren't in humans." He said making her flinch. "We killed summer to survive before we knew chocolate had the protein I needed. I deeply apologize for what i have done. But i needed your brother alive to stop my other host." He said making her look at him.

"Why my brother of all people?" She asked as Carnage placed his claw on her shoulder.

"Because--the other people I joined with didn't have the right immune system for me. They died within a week. Your brother was the strongest one next to Cletus. I promise you once Cletus is gone I will leave your brother as well." He said but Ruby shook her head.

"No. As much as I should hate you for killing my mom. It wasn't something you could stop. Besides you and Y/n basically grew up with eachother. You both need each other. Plus you could've just let her die and get rid of everything. But you didnt, you brought her Cloak and now in a way I have a piece of her with me now." She said as she hugged the cloak that was around her body.

"We should head inside. You all need rest." He said making the rose nod but hugged him as it froze in place.

"Thank you for bringing my brother back to us." she said as Carnage chuckled.

"You found us. We didn't find you." He smirked making her smiled.

"Still. You brought him to Vale so in a way you brought him to us." She smiled as the two walked in side as Carnage went back inside of Y/n.

"What were you guys talking about?" He asked making his sister smile.

"None of your business big bro. That was between sister and symbiote." She smiled making him shrug.

"Alright. But it better not be a deal about cookies." He said making her smile.

"Of course it wasn't." she smiled making him smile before laying on Weiss's bed.

"Night everyone." Ruby said as everyone jumped on their bed with Weiss sleeping next to Y/n as the two looked at each other before smiling and falling asleep.
