Authors note: 

First of all this is going to be very different from the Harry Potter series although I will be using some of the characters and places. Please don't get annoyed at me if I don't follow the books or movies. This is essentially a book of what ifs- what if this had happened differently? 

Please read The Trip before reading this because that is actually the prequel to this book though it won't make sense at first. 

There may or may not be possible Drarry in this book although I'm not sure if or when it might appear, early warning all the same.

 Two people stood watching over a small boy of about 11 who was lying on the bed fast asleep. With their matching ginger hair and grim expressions they looked like what they were, twins and pranksters. they weren't playing a prank now though. They just stood there, more still than should have been possible, waiting for the boy to wake up. The boy had been found passed out on their doorstep with quite a few injuries. But that was a week ago and there was no longer any trace of the injuries that had caused the boy so much bloodshed. The boy suddenly stirred in his sleep and turned over causing the two older boys to pay even more attention to him.
