Everything up to 6000 AC (After Christ) or CE (Current Era) as it is normally known, was pretty normal. Humans had made their way onto different planets finally and were living on Earths moons, Mars, a few of Jupiters moons. The support for the space programs were skyrocketing since the late 3050's. Most of the human race came to a final conclusion that there is no god. Religion was more of an underground thing by the early 3000's. War over religion finally stopped by then and the only war now was for planets. Having more access to space, humans had already made spaceship like vehicles that cost just as much has regular electric powered cars in the 2000's. By 5500 AC/CE, the human life span had increased from 110 years or so to around 300 years. The increased population was easy to maintain with the new planets they conquered. The human race went on being a non-stop force for another 6000 years.

In 12000, a group of astronauts and a few other humans that came on the trip hoping to make a new settlement landed on a small planet outside the MilkyWay. As they were exploring, their group was ambushed by a clan of unidentifiable creatures. Only one astronaut escaped and flew to the nearest planet settlement to get help. The astronaut came back with a search crew and a small armed force from the planet they got help from. They searched for 2 moon days (59 days on Earth) but there was no sign of the lost group or the unidentifiable lifeforms. The final day of the search a young woman from a university on Mars came along to do some testing of the planets surface and craters. As she was diging, the ground cracked under her and spread for a mile before the ground crumbled, bringing around 15 people under. They fell into some sort of temple. A glowing white and light blue figure stood before the group, claiming he was Christ or what was known as Christ. He claimed he knew their sins and as the listed them off, killed each person with a flash of light. With that "Christ" flashed his way out of the temple and onto the surface of the planet. He murdered the rest of the group before going on a rampage onto the other planets. He validated his mass murdering for the humans sins and no longer believing in God.

Skip to the present, 12989 ACA. The human race is slowly diteriating in numbers due to unidentifiable species taking over

Nysa is a species known as Faline. (Fay-line) they are friends with humans, well more like other possible mates. Faline were born from humans that made children on a small planet outside of the Milky way. The same planet that caved in on one side and where "Christ" awoke. The pressure and the chemicals in the air of the planet affected the children after generations, creating Faline. Faline lived with humans on the small planet named Heaven. Religion thrived there and they lived somewhat safe from the chaos of the universe. Christ had dissapeared 200 years earlier after doing enough damage.

Nysa grew up with a human dad and a Faline mother. Nysa was born as a female but never really felt like a girl nor a boy. At age 13 Nysa clarified they wanted to be just a they/them rather than a she/her. Nysa's parents didn't agree but decided it was just a phase. At age 16 Nysa told her parents that they felt attracted to their neighbors daughter. After an hour long fight, they kicked Nysa out. Soon her town knew or Nysa's "sins" and threw her out.

Now 20, Nysa travels from planet to planet, scavenging through wreckage and broken down cities. They have somewhat a base on the old Earth, now a breeding ground for green house gasses and a home to creatures. Nysa's facemask has a small filter to filter out most gasses that would be toxic to their species. Nysa lives alone but content on their own with just stealing and scavenging, wandering the galaxy alone.
