I will soon post about the colors... probably. Today... Maybe. Tomorrow... Who knows.

It had been years since Virgil's death. Life had been going by pretty easily, Logan and Patton had bought an apartment together while Roman had sold his house and moved in with Virgil. 

Life had been going about its normal ways. Everyone had gone back to school, everyone but Virgil.

The new normal had been slightly more soothing than what they previously called normal.

Roman was on his way home from school when Virgil popped out from nowhere and upside down, he had caused the other to jump and hold his chest as if he'd been wounded. "Virgil, you scared me!"

Virgil smiled, no one had been thinking about the events of years before. Not even him, and for once they were genuinely happy. "It's a lot easier to find out if you're cheating like this...  So don't even try it or I'll kill you myself."

Sure some moments were all too real at the sudden dim and morbid moment where one of them realizes that the other is a ghost/spirit/wtf ever. It usually never gets Roman or Virgil down that the other is in this alternate universe but when it does it brings back the reminder of what exactly happened that night.

Date nights were an exceptional constant reminder of this. Each date night they tried their hardest to keep each other happy but being that they couldn't exactly touch it just brought one or the other down.

Other than the touchy topic, life had been great. The friends still met up and "hung out". Just like old times, right?
