I realize a wallflower is kind and learns to forgive

When someone is sorry and means it

I should be ready to forgive with arms wide open

I went through a time of being angry at everything and everyone

I'm sorry to those I shut out because of this

If you care about me you make time

These people around me take time to care

Just in their own unique ways

It may not be in school

It may not be in texts

It could be in that smile in the morning

Or that hug during the day

Even when they come to cry on my shoulder

I realize I'm that rock for them

I may not be the strongest ,the funniest or the happiest

I may not be the most outgoing at times, and I choose music over people

I am there to keep us all standing

No matter how bad things get

Or how angry we get at one another

We are stuck , we can't just give up on one another
