Lunchtime

The Plastics and I were all sitting at our usual table.

"Hey, Regina." Cady said, and looked at Regina.

"Hmmm?" Regina hummed, not really paying attention.

"Did ya give anyone candy cane grams?" Cady rested her hand on her head.

Regina shook her head, and smirked slightly. "Nah, I don't usually give them out... I just get them."

I chuckled slightly. "I got all of you guys candy cane grams." I grinned.

Karen gasped. "SMART!" she clapped, giggling.

Regina playfully rolled her eyes. "Now I feel bad for not getting you anything." She smiled slightly.

The others looked shocked that Regina just said that, but didn't say anything.

"Sooooo...~" Regina started, looking at all of the Plastics. "Tonight's the talent show, you guys ready?"

Everyone nodded and I did as well.. just not as confident.

Regina looked at me. "You'll do great, Y/N." she smiled reassuringly at me. "And I'm never wrong so.." her smile turned into a smirk.

"THE Regina George wrong?" I started to go along with her act. "That has never happened before.. I AM going to do great! Regina herself said so!"

Regina smiled widely then we all continued to eat lunch.

Janis, Damian, Cady, and I were all in the bathroom, talking about the plan to ruin Regina.

"So, I'll be passing out the grams." Damian did jazz hands, smiling.

"And things will play out from there." Janis says.

"Gretchen, Cady, and I are all in calc so.. that'll work out." I said, looking at the them.

Janis smirked. "Perfect! Class is about to start, so let's goooo!"

I guiltily nodded.

Cady pat my back. "Let's go, after this, I promise we will stop, ok Y/N?"

I nodded. "Ok." I smiled slightly.

"Four for you, Glen Coco! You go, Glen Coco!" Damian ...— or should I say, Santa Claus, did finger guns then handed Glen a candy cane gram.

It suddenly got very quiet.

Damian then said, "AND - one for Gretchen Wieners." He handed her the gram I gave her. "BYE!" He skipped off.

"Uhh.." Gretchen looked over at Cady. "Who's that from..?"

"Y/N and... Regina." Cady answered, faking shock.

"Oh.." Gretchen looked pretty upset. "Mhmm, cool." She turned around to face the teacher.

Gretchen looked as if she was going to cry, I sighed, and then walked over to her to hug her. "I bet it was just an accident." I rubbed her back. "You're her best friend! She'd never leave you out." I smiled gently at her.

Gretchen just sniffled in response. "T-thanks for tying to h-help.. but I'm not that stupid." She wipes at her eyes.

I sighed, then walked back to my seat. Poor Gretchen..
