A/N: I did make Regina soft in this chapter because I felt like it🥺

Cady and I walked across the road since our house was just across the school.

But the Plastics being... the Plastics, decided to take Regina's car and drive there.

The Plastics get out of there car, then Cady unlocks the door for us.

"Are we sleeping over?" Karen asks.

"Uh — Regina?" Cady looks over at her.

"Nah. I have plans with Aaron tonight." She smirked a bit.

I couldn't help but feel jealous, and avoid Reginas gaze.

Cady looks sympathetically at me, then changes the subject. "Well, what are we gonna do?"

Regina shrugs. "Wanna watch a movie?"

I nod, looking over at the Plastics. "Sure, why not?"

"Great!" Regina smirks, not caring that no one else answered her. "What movie?"

"I can go see what we have." Cady looks over at her movie case thing.

"Do we have any horror movies?" I look over at her.

"Uhm — yeah, I think so." She walked over tho the movie display case then looked through them. "Yeah, we have Carrie." A/N: hehe i am obsessed. Uh —

"Heck yes." I nodded excitedly, then took the dvd case out of her hand. "You fine with this?" I glance at the other Plastics.

Gretchen nods, crossing her arms, Karen nods while bouncing up and down, and Regina faintly nods, her eyes were slightly wide.

I shrugged it off, she probably just wanted to watch something else — but.. I still wanted to watch Carrie.

I then place the disc in, and skip through the commercials.

"What's Carrie even about?" Karen asks, her head tilted.

"I-It's a horror movie." Regina answers, looking over at Karen.

Holy shit — Regina just stuttered! Is she scared or something?

"Regina? You ok?" I glance over at her, worry laced my voice.

"Oh — yeah I'm ok." The blonde smiled, though it looked slightly forced.

"If you say so." I mumble, loud enough for her to hear, though.

Regina huffs as a response, as if she hated this attention.

I furrow my eyebrows, then press play on the movie.

"Plug it up, Plug it up —." Karen chanted, not really understanding what was happening.

Gretchen sighed, then placed her hand on Karen's mouth.

Regina shifted uncomfortably, looking at the movie.

Again, I shrugged it off and continued watching the movie.

"Shit." Regina gasped, watching at the movie. Her eyes were wide with fear, watching Carrie murder... pretty much everyone.

"Regina?" I whispered, looking over at her. "You're scared..."

"W-well no shit I am!" She huffs, attempt to act tough. But that was pretty impossible since her voice was shaky.

"Uhm—." Me, being my awkward self, just spread open my arms, I could only hope she wouldn't scoff or make fun of me, or something —

Regina crawled into my embrace, interrupting my thoughts. My face flushed, but luckily, the dark room hid it.

"When's it over?" The blonde whispered, about seven minutes later.

"Carrie just arrived at her house, it's soon." I mumbled.

She faintly nods, then buries her face into my neck.. which causes me to blush even more if possible.

We stayed like this until the end, and Regina awkwardly pulls away. "Uhm, thank you." She runs her fingers through her blonde hair.

"No problem." I smile faintly at her. Honestly, I wish she didn't pull away.

Regina smiles back, just barely. Slight blush dusted her cheeks.

"Carrie's gonna get me!" Karen exclaimed, hiding under a blanket.

Regina chuckles, then looks at me for a moment then hugs me again. "I — I honestly really am.. thankful. Scary movies scare the shit out of me." She awkwardly chuckles.

I giggle at her. "You're welcome — I liked hugging you."

The blonde slowly started to grin. "Me too."

I suddenly remembered something— Regina has a boyfriend. No way I could possibly end up with her. Yes, she did kiss me that one time but.. what if she was just playing with my feelings or something?

I got so caught up in my thoughts, I didn't notice Regina gently shaking me.

I blink a few times, then meet her gaze. "Hmm?"

"I have to go now, Aaron, remember?"

I sigh through my nose, and then nod. Gosh, the timing.

She then flips her hair, then gets off of me. "I'm going. C'mon Gretchen and Karen." She announced.

Karen slowly removed the blanket, and Gretchen giggled at her.

"Protect me, Gretchen!" Karen threw her arms around Gretchen.

Gretchen dizzily nods. "Let's go."

The two then walk out with Karen clinging onto Gretchen, trailing behind Regina.

"I swear, if I have nightmares tonight, don't be surprised if I go Carrie on you." Cady chuckles.

"I'm so scared." I chuckle as well. "Let's go to bed, I'm tired."

"I need to find a night light first." Cady sheepishly grins, then walks off to find it.
