" example"is the mind that can shift / change there appearances. She also the most animalistic of the 3.  She is often called Shift, because like 'Grumpy' she hasn't told the others her real name.
'Example' is the human mind. The more humane, positive, opened minded, strategic, and intelligent one of the 3. She is mostly to be in control most of the time, because of her level head.
